TL;DR: I was on the mental health track and GBBH changed my brain, and my life, for the better. Caring, dedicated staff and they will pay for Ubers if you can't drive yourself there. In-person is much better than virtual.

HOURS ARE INCORRECT! I CHANGED AROUND MY ENTIRE SCHEDUALE BASED ON HOURS POSTED FOR SUNDAY. FOR THE MOST PROFITABLE METHADONE PROGRAM IN THE COUNTRY YOU WOULD THINK THEY COULD ATLEAST UPDATE THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION! what a joke.

Both my husband and son see Shanise and she has been wonderful for them - she comes up with innovative solutions and is very caring and knowledgeable. They have both got great medication under her and she always helps talking things through and coordinating with our other Doctors when needed. I am not sure how I would have navigated these last few years without her. She is a true carer and I feel fortunate she looks after my family, I would have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone.

Normally I have no issues at this place but this particular nurse seems to find fun or something bcuz treats me like I'm in a juvenile in a institution. But your not gonna play with me like that or in any fashion. So better things escalate. I just walk out. I'm afraid of my reaction plus the fact that it's a loose loose situation for either way it goes. This i understand. So I always play it smart. I promised myself I won't ever get arrested ever again. So I'm always a head of these little games these like play with us and our intelligence. But overall, it really isn't that bed besides a few screwed up staff members. Peace and Blessings... If you're having trouble kicking an opioid addition you should go here. You never have to feel sick again you will no longer be risking jail time. Give this place a shot. Your life depends on it!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Duffy Health Center. I’ve been left in a situation where I’m dealing with sickness and withdrawal symptoms, and instead of being supported, I felt passed around and not clearly taken care of. I asked for a proper prescriber and continuity of care, but I was scheduled with an NP without clear communication about provider responsibility or next steps. I needed stability and clarity, especially with medication management, and I did not feel that was provided. This situation has left me feeling unheard and unsafe in terms of my care plan. Patients deserve clear treatment responsibility, timely responses, and appropriate medical oversight, especially when medications are involved. I hope the clinic improves how it handles continuity of care and communication so others don’t end up feeling lost in the system the way I did.

if i was writing this review months ago it would have been 10 stars if i could, but let me just say I am shocked. ya'll got rid of Lindsey? I have been a client at Meta 3 times. First time was in North Reading and I didnt like it, I left. It felt like every other treatment center out there and to be honest no one learns with powerpoints. Anyway I relapsed, needed help and a friend of mine told me to go to Meta Haverhill, because they were above and beyond all of their other sites, and you know what they were right. And why? Lindsey. She created a space where everyone felt safe, welcome, taken care of, supported, loved, and treated like a human. You cant teach the way she treated her clients. I called her one night at about 11 frantic, a whole hand full of pills in my hand (she didnt know at the time) but within 10 minutes I had flushed them. And why did I call her? because she always told us PLEASE REACH OUTTTT I MEAN IT! and she did mean it. She cared, she didnt judge, she listened, she took the time to understand. the amount of clients that called her, reached out to her, depended on her and she always answered, no matter the day the time. We all talked about how wonderful she was as a WHOLE....And shes a single mom, who still never left us worrying... who does that? She did. we told her ONCE we didnt feel included at the other alumni events, so you know what she made us our own, and it was AMAZING the amount of people she has helped and taken care of.... and now what? I have a friend who is currently a client there, she said one day lindsey was there, the next she wasnt without even a single explanation from management. She also said the entire environment has changed, and it is nothing like it was. So if you wanted another basic run of the mill treatment center that doesnt stand out, and doesnt get repeat clients, then good job you accomplished that. you took a beautiful center that those women created ( lindsey being the only constant) and you destroyed it. its a shame. go somewhere else people. its ruined!

I thank & very much appreciate the professionalism & caring of the staff. The staff has helped & supported me thru many struggles & celebrated my accomplishments as well. I thank them & recommend anyone whom is struggling with addiction to give it a try, allow yourself the chance to live a better life by taking full advantage of the experience & the supportive reasources that are available everyday at this clinic.Good Luck. Stay Strong.
Mike A, Zach, Ted, Ian, Lisa, and Kim are great they make it tolerable while some people are bugging out sometimes I wonder if they're actually working here or patient with keys but overall great to talk to
This place…
To know my life mattered enough for them to take care of all I could need while I took part in their 2 week program… makes a difference. My zest for life was gone but they lit the spark again and my hope is to carry it with me. I'm so grateful for your work and patience and dedication to us when I needed it the most.

This is a horrible place to be. They took away my take-homes for over 30days because I got an increase usually you get them taken for a week but they didn't follow what they were supposed to do. I made a complaint and Jill said stop talking about my clinicians it's a complaint obviously it's about a clinician and that's what it's for

DONT BECOME A PATIENT HERE!!! they constantly tell me an appointment time for it either to be another appointment time or they move it .. never telling me till I show up AFTER the time they moved it to and they tell me I’m out of luck and to wait for a call the next day.. gave me the wrong time for that call as well! Then NEVER called. I have been without my suboxone for three days now at NO fault of my own. The girl that took my urine that day told me they have had nothing but issues lately since they don’t have enough providers for the patient load… I’m Traveling an hour away GLADLY to never have to deal with them ever again. BECOME A PATIENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
