Well... Where do I begin... Just joking, North Charles is actually hands down the nicest clinic I have gotten the privilege to be a patient at! Only thing I want to say is that if your not trying to do the right thing or if you have a tendency to miss your groups, Counseling, doctors appointments, etc. Then I don't recommend this clinic because they WILL DISCHARGE YOU without hesitation, unlike clinics such as Boston Habit OPCO Topeka Street that will give you unlimited breaks, and allow you to miss all your appointments, fail every drug test, and won't say a word or even try to reprimand in any way shape or form... So long story short, at NCIA North Charles Clinic you WILL NOT get away with murder like other clinics!

They have a really good specialist that meets our needs, but some of the therapists are better than others.

If you have a child with special needs, you are no doubt familiar with many of the services and accommodations you want to be provided by your child's school. Solstice provides the services and accommodations by working with you and the staff to make sure there is a clear understanding of the individual needs of their students. The staff works extra hard to make sure the appropriate support services in an educational setting are always provided. The staff is very dedicated to ensuring the development of each individual child. I can't say enough good things about Solstice. I'm so happy my child found a great school with an awesome staff.

As a clinician in private practice and EAP provider, I can say that I have excellent experiences with Haven and their primary mental health programming. I received not only great feedback from my clients, but my clients treatment team was excellent with collaborating and using clinically sound judgement. A special shout out to Mike Leggerio as well as Hiliary who does impressive work with clients who have significant trauma.

If you are looking for a practice that understands how difficult it is to struggle with mental health issues, I must recommend TAK. The entire TAK practice has proven to me they are consistent, organized and caring. For someone who tends to procrastinate visits and phone calls, having an office that initiates communication and is organized is essential. With timely appointment reminders that aren’t annoyingly excessive and text updates on prescription refills it makes it easy to stay on track. I have been a patient of Dr Razi’s for over five years and he is exactly what I want in a provider. He has always given me his undivided attention, is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely sincere about helping me.

There lab is much more efficient than Leeds VA. Get free transportation than you don't have to deal with parking. Location can be bad . But service is good.

The women’s program in Fall River has helped me so much. At first I thought it was too strict with too many rules but there’s definitely a reason for all of them. Staying in the program for one year then moving to the grad house for 11 months helped me alot with getting back on a schedule and living a normal life. I will forever be grateful for this place and the awesome staff that helped me along the way.

Supervised visitation manipulation. No communication. Late afternoon visit ended early on regular basis . My call to supervisor of visitation never returned. I now can only see my kids virtual because their manipulation

I had been going to Baystate for many years, but I didn’t start having a problem here until somewhat recently. First, my regular doctor left the practice. No explanation why. She just left and I was left scrambling trying to find another doctor. I got put with an older doctor who recommended I take Gabapentin, which is an extreme pain medication that can knock you out, for klonopin withdrawals. I had extreme anxiety and was previously put on klonopin to cope, but needed to stop taking it. Gabapentin is not an anxiety medication. My aunt had taken gabapentin before and she slept through work because she was so groggy and weak from taking it. Therefore, I didn’t take it because I didn’t want the same thing to happen to me. So I called back to tell them Gabapentin wasn’t going to work and the on call doctor told me to take vistiril which also isn’t an anxiety medication! It’s an antihistamine meaning it’s used to treat severe ALLERGIES, not anxiety! Vistiril is essentially Benadryl on steroids. It’s not what you should be taking for anxiety OR withdrawal symptoms. Not only that, but my body rejected Vistiril and resulted in severe tremors and worsening anxiety. The doctor clearly did not know what she was prescribing, nor did she have the knowledge of what treats anxiety and withdrawal symptoms. Needless to say, I’m not going back. All they do is prescribe medication even those that have nothing to do with your symptoms! It’s all about making money for them.

The woman in billing was incredibly rude. Did not read through my messages before responding and had to be asked the same thing 5 times before giving an answer. I do not want to comment too much on my appointment, but I will say I drove 4 hours and did an entire day assessment 11 months ago and still don’t have my evaluation paperwork I was told would be mailed to me at the end. They also use testing for adults meant for non verbal children and it may be insinuated that you are not autistic based on playing with absurd children’s toys while you are spoken to like a toddler. Incredibly humiliating and dehumanizing. Left a voicemail a long time ago trying to get in touch with a practice manager and was never called back.

I've been with service not going on a decade and a half. And I haven't been in therapy in the last 4 years due to the covid-19 outbreak. In all my years I've had thee top therapist. I finally got a new and her name is Cindy she has a big heart and I was a little scared coming back after 4 years cause of covid restrictions. This is my 1st in person time with a Therapist in quite awhile Cindy is such a warming person I'm so glad to be back thank you to all my past therapist at service net I'm thank you for cindy.

I’ve been seeing Ann and Kelly for about two years now. They are very kind and empathetic and go above and beyond to help. They are so easy to talk to and feel more like friends than therapists. Five stars!!

Very understanding staff. Caring workers. Cleanbathrooms. Polite secretaries. They really listen to you and did their best to help in any wast they can. I have been failed by multiple mental (and regular) health care professionals but i have never been failed by mass mental. They saved me. They offer so many amazing services. You can tell that the workers are there to help not for the $$$. I owe them my life. They've helped me get so much better. They have gone above and beyond to assist me in so many ways. From my therapist coming to the hospital the day after my son was born to coming to my home to help me clean when I'm having a bad time they've just gone out of their way to do the best they can.

My son is thriving since he started here…The staff is so nice and caring. I can tell how much they all love working with all the kids and I’m so grateful I found a place to help get my son the services he needs. I don’t feel safe or comfortable leaving my son with many people at all so I am very lucky I found children making strides.

Went for first time Dental and had a excellent customer care service both at the front desk and from the dental staff.The dentist Leah Briscoe took care of regular teeth cleaning with much care and recommended for future Deep teeth cleaning..The Dentist is very knowledgeable and highly recommended...My teeth looks better now and safe for any dental precautions...Highly appreciate their customer and excellent dental care service...

Avoid seeing Desire Kangsen wouldn’t give referral for obvious issues had to complain to the main office who referred me to another doctor and gave me the referral immediately and apologized for her behavior. Extremely unprofessional and told me multiple times to “just go to the er” which when I did all I was told was to follow up with my PCP (which was Desire) who did absolutely nothing. If you care about your health do not see this clown
