I have had a wonderful experience with the staff very friendly respectful and outgoing. My only issue is with the Concierge she is great but seeming overwhelmed. It looks like things can get easily backed up at the front. I feel the front desk area can do a better job at working together to maintain a better flow

I love the fact that I went for the first time and I instantly got taken home doses. Also the people here are very kind and understanding they always make me feel welcomed. I'm very glad and thank God for this place because I honestly don't know where I would be or what I would do without them.. I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious.

I volunteered here one day to do some (very amateur) painting and have to say that the people I met are all amazing and this is one of the most worthy causes there is.

The best part of Serenity at Summit in Haverhill by far is the staff. Don’t get me wrong, the facility is nice and clean and the food is good, but what helped me was the true care that the staff had for every single patient. Many of the staff are also in recovery and understand where we are and where we’re going. Even being slightly short staffed, the people working busted their butts to make sure we were taken care of. From my angel of a case manager, Gina, to BHTs like Nevaeh, Jess, Cristy, Caroline, Andrea. Rick, Isha, and Steve, to the group leaders like Ashley and Lindsey, I knew I could go to anyone and be listened to and cared for. I can’t thank everyone there enough for helping me start my way to recovery.

By far the best detox facility in Massachusetts. The staff are incredibly supportive, attentive, and compassionate, which makes a huge difference during such a difficult time. The food is excellent, and the fact that you’re able to keep your laptop and cell phone adds an extra level of comfort and connection. They truly do everything they can to make the experience as comfortable as possible while you work through one of life’s toughest challenges.

I am so happy that I went to adcare! Their staff is amazing and always checking on you checking on you. They listen to your problems and do the best to help. I feel amazing after detoxing and I’m not looking back. Thank you Adcare.

I’ve had such a great expedience with Seahorse behavioral! The portal they use if very user friendly and easy to send messages with questions to your prescriber. They have great communication too and get back to you in a timely manner. My practitioner is also very friendly, caring, and informative. I’m also a therapist and with clients who I see located near their area I always recommend them!

Everyone here at Clearbrook has been absolutely amazing!!! From the time I stepped in the door greeted by Steph with a big hug, to the awesome techs and nurses, amazing. My case manager Harry was great, getting things done for me in an efficient manor. All the group leaders were very understanding and informative. I felt very comfortable and cared for during my stay. I would definitely recommend Clearbrook to anyone struggling with addiction or mental health!!!
