No help at all from these agencies. They only care about your insurance while they help house migrants with 10 kids as quoted by a case manager with this agency. They don’t care about the people they are supposed to help. Especially Mainers and US citizens
The providers here are incompetent, ruthless and enjoy playing God with people's mental and physical health. They will take you off controlled substances COLD TURKEY because their goal is to get everyone off them as fast as possible without regard to patient wellbeing or safety.

Violated HIPAA, did an assessment and based it off a report that was already sent to them and also very unprofessional. Lexington told me her whole family needs counseling because they drink. And that anyone who has even has a beer on Friday night has alcohol use disorder. She asked me about my dating life which is totally unrelated to anything other than my personal life. They gossip on the phone about their clients. And then avoid all responsibility when thier behavior is discussed to management. This is not a legitimate business.

3 years no medical records after several requests. To have disbalitiy denials as a result. Have now even been hung up on. Call me. Got til Thursday before I call a lawyer for breach of hippa.

Go somewhere else. Ask around this place us a joke. Go where u will get real help from sincere people
They had me on hold for 2 hrs. conveniently, five minutes after four o'clock. They pick up the phone to tell me that there is nobody that can speak to me.Because it's after four o'clock. Like if they had people that new had to do the job. And actually worked it, then maybe they wouldn't keep people on hold for 2 hours. And then tell them, sorry, nothing. I can do for you, absolute crap
Myself, wife, and children have been seeing dr. Marilyn Petit, utilizing the med management program at 'Brighter Heights Maine' for close to a year now. Everything was running smoothly until I shared my political position! She has tried everything NOT to work with us. Even as much as saying she couldn't see us on a zoom call! THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially after recently telling us she won't write our children anymore prescriptions. If this isn't illegal, it should be.
Disorganized and very low quality care. It's a shame as they serve a low -income population who are unlikely to advocate for their healthcare. Dr. Jeffrey Benson could be the worst provider we've ever seen. He is rude, unprofessional, unknowledgable, and arrogant.
