Find Mental Health Providers Across Kentucky

Had my son tested for autism, months and months and months ago, as the person BRITTANY who tested my son. Was supposed to had called me for my son's results never heard back from her. I have called dozens and dozens of times for the receptionist and she kept saying that she will get my results sent to me. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. They kept sending me stuff concerning Mr. Daniels. Makes me furious. Now I'm gonna have to go over there today n if I can't get my son's results I will be going over their heads. This is insane. I need this for my son for school. 😡😡😡😡😡. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, NOR DO I Recommend BRITTANY. IT WAS HER FAULT CAUSE I CALLED SND WAS THERE FOR MY SONS RESULTS WAY WAY AHEAD OF TIME. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GARBAGE PLACE.

Both of my cousins went here. Our family has nothing but good things to say about this program. They both graduated and have gone on to lead successful lives in recovery. God is at the center of the day to day operations and whole heartedly believe that this is why it works. I would highly recommend sending your loved one here.

The staff here is the absolute best! I know beyond a shadow of a doubt there is no better clinic because this place has the trifecta * Dr Brazzell *Courtney and definitely *Melissa...my strong foundation. I work my own recovery but I know they truly care and a phone call away if I need them! Please don't delay...call them! They have lived experience and will be the first to tell you "me too" Life is too short- they are ready to help you find a solution instead of misery

Had my son there back in 2013. It is very nice clean facility. Until I went at 1am. My son was in his wheelchair in front of the TV crying pee all over his uniform. I went in to bath him and put him down for him to go to school the next day. Bottom line I have never seen a perfect facility good help is very hard to find! When I came back to get him they begged me to keep him there. It's best to keep your loved ones home if at all possible I had to quit working and take care of him full time but he is healthy and happy and that's all that matters. I really loved the shower area my son is not able to sat up so it was very accommodating for him. I keep trying to find a tub like it, it must be custom made. It's good they give you a key to come and go as you please.

No call no showed me on my first appointment. Very unprofessional. Then proceeded to blame me for not be able to make another spot the same day and refused to take any responsibility for the situation they caused. Gaslighting at it's finest stay away

The worse place other than MCCC for mental health care. You go for help and have them terrorize you! Make sure not to talk about your problems they will broadcast it across the county and make it worse. Yes I am taking them to court!!

this place CHANGED MY LIFE, I highly recommend to anyone needing help, getting their life back on track. Everyone i came into contact with in this establishment were truly caring , loving, compassionate individuals... and they truly do care about what they do.

I have not met one unfriendly or unhelpful person here. We are glad to have found them.

Will treat unfairly dr is a liar not the nurse dr but their main dr is a quack imo and will take your take homes over a bs call in program when it dont work and has never worked from the start they say they care about your outlook on life and they dont or they would be more understanding of the ppl who work with jobs 3rd shift and cant stay up all day just to dose or work away from frankfort and still was unconsiderate i used to like this place alot hell even told my own family to join here and now i wouldnt send my enemy here keep in mind i lost my take homes over bs not a dirty screen or anything its always something here ….

Counselors make fun of and laugh about their clients with each other. Even children with mental disorders.

Excellent place to go for therapy regardless of what your situation may be. I have been seen Jim Croxton at the Cognitive Refinery going on three years now. I have grown so much in such a positive way and couldn’t have done it without their excellent team. Definitely recommend.

If you asked me a month ago, I would’ve told you Altruism Counseling was the best program around, hands down. I truly believed in it. But coming back recently showed me a completely different side. They put someone in a leadership role who was portrayed as having three years of sobriety, but in reality only had three months. Her name is Shaylin Floyd, and there’s public proof of her arrests on arrest.org. She has been arrested almost every year for the past decade, with the most recent being May 2025 for possession of fentanyl and child endangerment. They even went around to all three houses telling clients they were lovers. Now you tell me — is that professional? Instead of handling my situation the right way, they literally put me out on the side of the road at 10 PM. I was told, “let’s talk, let’s take a ride,” with no warning I was being discharged. My belongings — over $300 worth — were left for clients to pack, and a bunch of it ended up stolen. When I brought this up, the response I got was, “what do you want me to do about it?” That’s not recovery. That’s not support. That’s harm. ⚠️ If you value your recovery or your loved one’s recovery, do not send them to Altruism Counseling.

completely not worth enrolling; resident confiscated my belongings and returned what did not belong to him to security and i got kicked out for defending what belonged to me as a united states citizen of america. by all means if willing to waste your time go ahead and be my guest of honor to do so. sur plus no lie.

The low star reviews truly don’t know what a bad hospital is like. I live in Somerset, and went to LCRH around a week and a half ago for abdominal pain. They’re known for being a pretty bad hospital, but you don’t know how bad until you experience it yourself. They missed both chronic appendicitis and my gallbladder seeming dysfunctional. I know this because I made my way HERE the next day where I met the kindest nurses, techs, and a PA named Ashley (unfortunately I don’t remember anyone else’s name from this night). They found out what was going on in under a few hours. Yes, wait times were long, but that’s to be expected in an ER. I was sent to a specialist the NEXT day, Dr. Tin Tran, who scheduled my surgery for 5/12. I was absolutely terrified, but Dr. Tran did the surgery at this hospital and every staff member I came across was so kind and calming. I especially want to shout out the anesthesiologist, Dr.Fisk, who made it clear I would wake up from anesthesia (what I was scared of) and gave me whatever miracle drug that calmed me down before my procedure haha. Fisk & Tran did an amazing job, as well as the amazing nurses and other staff who helped me every step of the way. I’ll never have anything but good to say about this amazing hospital and their staff.❤️

Amazing people, love Melissa! She is so down to earth and overall the best therapist I’ve ever seen. The receptionist is very polite and informative. Any questions I’ve ever had, she’s answered respectfully. 10/10 services. I actually look forward to therapy since going here!

joellen is the absolute best. i have anxiety with taking medications and she works very hard to assure im comfortable with what im taking. all of the therapists here are amazing. would recommend to anybody.
