Don't ever go here. Denise has no clue what she is doing and will change you prescription without telling you. Absolutely terrible place, wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy

This place is not what I thought it would be. My daughter went there and stayed one night Monday. They overdosed her on propranolol which is a beta blocker. Very unsafe. They mixed up her propranolol and Hydroxyzine. She complained of feeling weak. We didn’t realize the mistake until we picked her up and saw she was short on her propranolol and had extra of Hydroxyzine . She was only supposed to get 1/2 pill and was given two full pills. How unsafe! I called the night prior and was told they don’t have a nurse on duty. Please educate your staff of medication administration . Giving 4 times the dose of a beta blocker can hospitalize someone. I’m glad she’s okay.

This place saved my life! Lisa is incredibly welcoming and helped out tremendously. It's was super easy to walk in and get an assessment done. Karen was very professional and kind. She guided me all of the way and I couldn't be more grateful. Craig has helped me along the way. He is incredibly kind and caring. I looked forward to our meetings every week. He has done so much research for me when I was unable to. Again without this place I have no clue where I'd be to this say. We as a community are very lucky to have this as a resource.
We personally had a negative experience and decided to seek a different option due to it. I had scheduled an appointment for my son almost a month in advanced in December for January 12th. When we showed up for the appointment the provider rescheduled us without notification via call, text, or email. When speaking with the front desk they confirmed they could see the prior appointment on January 12th scheduled in December and that it was reschedule by the provider and not desk staff. The front desk confirmed the appointment was moved to January 26th and there was nothing sooner. I asked to speak to the office manager due to the frustrations and need for the appointment for medication management. The office manager was not understanding or sympathetic. She said she never saw anything scheduled for January 12th and only the appointment in January 26th but she said should could schedule us for January 13th. With the miscommunication, unprofessionalism and, lack of understanding and sympathy I do not recommend.

Friendly reception staff and knowledgeable councilors that genuinely care about your well-being! You get out what you put in with therapy especially- no modality is one size fits all and I love the range of therapeutic practices offered here. Hopefully will never be coming back, but if I had to- this is where I’d go!!
I have had an outstanding experience working with the people here. All very nice and pleasant. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I'm so mixed on my review. Ashley (nurse on level 4, 1st shift) was extremely rude. She was my mother's nurse, I requested a different nurse for her (I'll update to let you know if they complied.) Yesterday we figured out my mother does better with using the restroom before pain management meds are given. My mom says I need to go to the bathroom first bc they were getting ready to give her morphine and Ashley just ignored my mom's request. She has been nothing but snotty when asking questions about who ordered what so we can have clarity she snobs back with a physician. Um well duh yea. Which physician though🤦♀️ Patient advocacy has been absolutely amazing at bridging the gap. She came in and really helped organize my mother's care. Joanna's care has been exceptional. She is asking my mom about her needs and wants. Toni in respiratory is a whole vibe of positive energy that radiates and fills the room with joy. Her care for my mom (and any other patient) is amazing. She came in smiling and ready for the task at hand. Toni has done well with her tech care getting all the thingss my mother request. Dr. Patel, thank you for taking time out to take care of my mom. Thank you for showing patience with the questions we had, my mom is typically the healthy one. This situation with her has never happened but with you come in, and explaining things where we actually understood matters. Tim was a joy to have as security. But I don't understand why you don't do visitor tags. Wouldnt it be easier to hang signs at exits with trash cans close saying please throw the visitor tag away. Sadly not having those tags makes ituch harder to identify who is supposed to be there. Personally I feel its more of a risk not identifying visitors. I'll revisit this review upon exiting the building when my mother is better and possibly it could get a one or a possible 5. Up to them with the care my mama gets!
Have lived in the area for years haven’t been able to get a provider at this clinic for years even when my primary physician was leaving at the mercy clinic I’m at needed to get my newborn in for a very easy test after hospital stay over the weekend my primary clinic couldn’t give me a answer so I called to ask if they could take us and maybe get a primary physician at this clinic and staff wanted to argue with me

Once you actually get in it's okay, nice people, nice doctors, but that's if you can even get IN!!!! A 4 MINUTE LATE ARRIVAL TIME!!! Do they realize they are dealing with mentally ill people?!?!!?! I was 5 minutes late and now due to that I'm on same day scheduling!!! 4 MINUTES IS RIDICULOUS FOR THE MENTALLY ILL! Say you wanna help us then put us on same day scheduling!!! AND they don't even refill your medication until you see them again even if you saw them a month ago!!!! Obviously I'm not gonna be cured in 1 month!! Those two things combined they are just trying to kill their customers.

I was seeing Courtney McKinley, she is terrible. She just nodes her head and says mhmm to anything you say. She prescribed me medicine that CANNOT and SHOULD NOT ever be prescribed together when MyChart her was told it’s just side effects, major side effects that can lead to death. When brought up to her and how I am reporting she “is no longer seeing me” I told her she is just trying to cover her butt when she knows how in the wrong she is. Keep posted because I am moving forward in my reporting her. Cannot make this up!

I was here from 11/03/2020-12/02/2020. I would love to say I enjoyed my time here, but I’m wondering how the hell I’m perfectly fine here and literally 2 weeks away from discharge, but I’m at the time only 14 and get groomed on by a 17 year old , and let’s not forget when I expressed concerns of wanting to move rooms because of my roommates but ofc Rosecrance thinks it’s okay for 2 different 17 year olds to force themselves on someone who’s younger . I don’t even think staff cared even after because they thought it was so normal for several 17 year olds to surround a 14 year old ona regular basis🤨 I was kicked out for punching a trans supervisor in the face, because he wouldn’t do anything about the problems that were occurring . I was SO CLOSE to completing my program, but ofc one mistake due to staff being ignorant makes things 100% terrible, or one time I went to the bathroom during class . A boy comes in, Giovanni Perez. Offers opiates to me in exchange for sex? These boys are literally older and he was 16 . An the teacher Dan by surprise busts in and says “ what is going ON, JUSTIN GO BACK TO CLASS ILL DEAL WITH THIS “ I Justin White Buffalo feel I am a victim of this facility, regardless is If you guys were transitioning and didn’t what to do .. Does not change the fact you guys were a big part of why I wasn’t successful from the beginning, I apologize for my bad review. Because I see you guys have made so many more changes . But it’s just, my goal was to succeed, and I definitely am. I just wish things were better here.
