I spent my full 90 days here, I was very grateful to have Tesla Benally as my Behavioural health technician, she helped me so much on my path to recovery. I’m also thankful for the owner, Brent Burroff, who also offered support and hired me on as a new staff.

This place saved my life! My only regret is not doing it sooner. It’s discreet, filled with great people, and offers a relaxing environment with plenty of helpful programs and therapies. Lots to do to keep the boredom away. They truly give you all the tools you need to stay sober.

I recently worked with Wysocki Psychological Services on a project based on their expertise. Daniel Wysocki was fabulous to work with, timely in responses and truly has expertise to share with others. I would work with him again in the future for sure.

The staff is amazing, super friendly, and treats each client with compassion. The therapy sessions, group and individual, are awesome and open your eyes to many things in regards to your addiction and how to recover. The facility is clean, and the amenities are superb. I'd recommend the Haven Detox West Memphis to anyone struggling with addiction.

Can not say enough kind words about Theresa James. As the mother of a healthy vibrant adult daughter, it is now that I realize that the phenomenal work Theresa did with my daughter years ago. When my daughter was 12, her father had passed and she was struggling with body dysmorphia and a host of other self esteem and preteen issues. The seeds that can be planted very young about comparing ourselves to others, etc. can take some time to sprout. And many times they need to come from someone other than your Mom. So grateful Theresa was in our lives then, and that she is still engaged in this important work.

Great place to get clean. Great, kind staff. Taught me a lot and helped me even more. 28 day program with a lot to offer. 2 hour visit on your 3rd Sunday. Great food.

So far, so great! I have had a very difficult time finding a mental health professional of whom is female in my area. I've set up the appointment, and will be able to begin via telehealth, which is perfect with my disability! They've been very kind and accommodating. I received my new patient questionnaire online, filled it out, submitted, then was contacted the next business day via text to schedule an appt, and was even offered a dry run to make sure the telehealth logistics run smoothly for my visit. So far the new patient process has been very easy and not stressful, which I really needed. I can't say I'm excited about the appointment. I mean, it's mental health, so... Not fun for anyone involved, but they have been excellent so far! Stay tuned! I'll update about how the visit goes (obviously without personal details 😉). Canceled my procedure because I wouldn't pay them the 1000+ that they couldn't even legally charge me. Then, I couldn't get any return call on the situation. They made it very impossible to get resolution in 5 days prior to my procedure. I had to prep 2 days prior. I was scheduled to be in at 830am. They canceled that very morning and didn't even bother to call.

I’ve been seeing Dax for therapy for over a year, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Dax is compassionate, insightful, and always makes me feel comfortable. The office is responsive, and their virtual side- of things is top-notch, making it easy to communicate, stay connected and be reminded of appointments. I highly recommend Dax and this practice to anyone looking for quality care in a welcoming and efficient environment!

Sadie is truly God sent, for me. I’ve been with her since 2021. Through all her hard work while starting her own business, I would’ve never known in session. She’s been my rock for years & I wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s helped me grow as a person just by being there. She actually listens and cares. Her office deserves 5 stars because they are all truly exceptional.

Very knowledgeable Ms Erin Holleman is very knowledgeable and genuine as well as down to earth very friendly her and her staff the office is very warming and laid back you feel comfortable there she is an absolute wonderful medical professional she knows her stuff you never have to wait on your medicine they are very efficient in that it's an absolute very comfortable environment I give them 10 stars plus just love it there she has helped me so much and goes out of her way to help just love her Teresa Chick

DR Reddy was very kind, understanding, and professional. He knew that I have problems and did his homework prior to me meeting him. As a veteran and an NCO, it was refreshing to see that type of care. I will recommend all of my friends.

I have had counseling, treatment and medication management with New Path providers for years and once Ketamine infusions became available, I was immediately recommended for that treatment.I can honestly say that I believe it saved my life. Through clinical treatment and therapy… I have made exponential improvement. The room I receive my Ketamine treatment relaxes me so, that I have taken a photograph and have the noise machine that makes the exact sounds that I use during treatment. Between treatments, under a weighted blanket, I call upon these things and meditate.

This place is a place were you can get your legal dose of methadone up to 200mg for some patients and they let you leave the place unsupervised and don't call and check up on you. If you got the cash they'll get you high. If you're truly wanting to get clean this isn't the place. Never asked me once about an exit plan or when do I start weining off. It's a joke and a death trap
