Dr Martin truly cares about the wellbeing of her patients & she is remarkable; Dr Martin listens to me, there is no judgement, there is empathy & the willingness to help me through any obstacles I’m facing, she has given me tools to help with certain situations. ****She has made my quality of life better**** I recommend anyone that is seeking a caring, compassionate Dr to go to River Valley Medical Wellness

Brittney has been my rock for overv10 yrs. I've been thru many therapists. With Brittney I feel comfortabe speaking of anything. Even those taboo things. She has a very calming effect and is extremely knowledgeable. I feel no prejudice or judgeme b t placed on me. You must be comfortable with who you take your issues. She is wonderful. I have started being so much more control of m ty life,due to all her insite and advice. I know if I have to deal with an issue that is uncomfortable for any reason ,I can c all to speak to her. Brittany is a great counselor to her patients/ clients. I love her attitude and friendly smile and knowledge.

We really enjoy Eureka Springs and travel up there fairly often. We've stayed at a wide variety of places and have always had a good time. The Retreat at Sky Ridge was by far the best place we have ever stayed. This was not simply a place you spend the night at and then go spend all your time elsewhere. This retreat was so nice, it's a destination in it's own right. We got to stay for 3 nights and we were sorry we didn't stay longer. I can hardly wait to schedule our next trip back. The ponds were beautiful, the cabins were well appointed, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The grounds were lovely. We walked at least 3 hours a day every day we were there and took the dogs exploring all over. The dogs had a great time and we did too! It truly was a dark sky destination and the star gazing at night was simply amazing. If you enjoy the great outdoors and also staying in comfort this is the place for you!

My nurse Nicole is always helpful and kind. She does a great job getting everything in order for me to see the provider. She is compassionate and always listens to what I have to say as does my provider, Debra Harris. Mrs. Harris always listens to my concerns and works with me to identify my strengths and areas of needs. She works alongside me to listen to everything I have going on and formulate the best course of action. I am grateful for both Nicole and Debra and everyone at Renew Mental Health for all they do for me.

LOVE LOVE this place!! You walk in and see heaven smile greeting you like family. Then they have the most awesome and professional staff members. And are great listeners and get you where you need to be in life! My son and I will always go here!

I went to this rehab 2 times and I must say I loved it. The staff are great the food are good and the staff are excellent. They treat you with respect and they meet your need. They also get you into a living sober apartment once you complete your 30 Days of treatment. I rank this place 5 stars because when I was there the first time I fell in love with it and how they treated me. If you have any problems with anyone they're quick to handle the matter before it gets out of line. The case manager are great and they treat everyone the same they do not have different ones. This place is and great place to be at if you wanna get the help you need and succeed in it. The rooms are nice and the facilities are well organized. I never had and problem when I was there. I got kicked out my second time when I was there but it was my fault not the staff or anyone else so I blame myself for messing up and good program I was in. Right now I'm in a faith base program call Renewal Ranch located in Houston Ar. But I had to tell you Hevan Detox is and excellent program and I miss that program a lot. I miss the staff and the case manager I can go on and on about how good of a program this is but I very said enough so you can get the picture. The program isn't going to work for you unless you work it yourself. I like my teacher there Mr. Bobby he told us in class if you don't talk about it you will use about it but I hope this review helps someone who wanted know what's it's like there and what's to expect.It would be the best decision you made.

I could not imagine where I’d be without Refuge Counseling. My sessions are always full of respect and are always comfortable! Good day or bad I can come in and leave feeling more insightful to myself and ways to continue to put one foot in front of the other.
