Absolutely professional, caring staff, and Nita Russell... I can't say enough good things about her. She the best counsellor, and a great teacher, with a no nonsense approach, and her straight up, no b.s. keep it real attitude... If you're serious about recovery, learning about addiction, and maintaining sobriety long term, Family Service Agency and specifically Nita Russell are the best in the business. I just LOVE her.

I am very disappointed with the service we have received from this place. From behavior coaches, to there scheduling team, supervisor Kenneth did nothing. Also filling services with the insurance for dates they weren’t even with us. Very disappointed just trying to get my son and family help.

If there are any good reviews then they wrote them themselves. This place is a nightmare! First of all when I arrived I was the only client. I found it very strange but stuck it out ignoring my intuition telling me to leave. I was left alone with no staff the first couple of days. I had to purchase my own food, pay for my laundry to be done cause the washer was broken. A few days after being there alone ,the owner showed up. He had no money for food or anything and still was taking clients. I fealt bad they weren't being fed so I used my own money and cooked meals for everyone. He maybe paid back $100 out of the $500 I probably spent . I knew it had to be insurance fraud. This place was a joke. The owner gets drunk and starts arguments with clients and threatens to throw you out if you defend yourself. It needs to be closed down! There is so much more that went on including the water being shut off twice . The only good thing about Destiny Sober Living was the other clients I met while being there.

Terros is pretty bad. I wonder how may people relapse because some Terros staff can be inept. One of their MAT staffers suggested narcan be taken home in case of relapse, pathetic to give that message to someone trying to free themselves from addiction. It seems Terros helps people plan for an inevitable relapse, pathetic. I wish there was someone intelligent AND caring who could hear some experiences Terros staff gives to those trying to be sober. Some staffers are caring, but some in critical positions don't care or if they do, they don't show they care. When Terros messed up a prescription refill, it caused major issues but luckily we avoided a relapse due to withdrawals. I sure hope our interactions improve. I sure hope someone on the executive team or board sees this because we would discuss our experiences thus far. Use Terros with caution. We are researching an online option called Bicycle Health in case we continue getting a message that Terros expects a relapse in our case. I wanted and expected better from Terros.

My son had a relapse at the beginning of Dec. He signed himself into HOPESS from detox for a 30 day residential treatment. He was admitted to the program and told he would be move to one of the residential houses. In the meantime his food card was taken, he was assigned to a bed and told when meals, 2 groups, and smoke breaks would be. He was told that his therapist was Obe and he would be meeting with him. Well Obe did not meet with him and my son went to his office and asked when he would be transferred. Obe told him that he did not think he would be transferred and did not have a case plan and would be meeting with him soon. As my son’s advocate I spoke with Obe and tried to get the wheels moving. Obe said he would contact his supervisor to ask about the transfer and would get back to my son in a couple of days. This never happened. A week later my son went back to Obe’s office and asked if his supervisor had got back to him and was told she had not but he would have a case plan soon.

Prescriber and staff ignore faxes and PA requests from pharmacy. Was prescribed a medication five weeks ago, still hasn't been filled. Spoke with no less than seven people. I try calling every week. Nobody gives a shit. Place is not like a real doctor's office whatsoever. Go to a PCP to get meds, because you're not getting them here.

Walk-in: total time spent here was about 4.5 hours (10:30AM-2:58). I advise people to expect a long wait time and to bring a list of medications along with what you’ve struggled with before (I made a summary on my notes app while waiting). I kept myself occupied with sleeping, making tissue art, and mumble-singing musicals (I get a bit restless in mental health settings over time). You cannot have anything besides your phone in the room so either have full battery or prepare to entertain yourself. The meeting with the therapist was brief (advised to continue seeing my therapist). However, the psychiatrist was helpful with understanding how many medications I’ve taken and what they are for. Since I’ve tried multiple SSRIs over the years, I was offered a SNRI prescription. I am very glad I was able to get a new medication so quickly as I came in essentially asking “why is this happening? / what is it?” That’s an impossible question but I left the clinic feeling less lost. I recommend if you’re okay with waiting and able to entertain yourself.

I wouldn't give this place even 1 star. Michelle treats clients in a direspectful way. She's unfair to Registry staff where she demands and commands them to do all the chores while core staff doesn't help out. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau etc. For staff being unfair and how staff treats their clients.. Instead of investigating the director DNR'd me. The Director could of asked other staff about my working habits and how I interact with clients. I have witnesses that work at Southwest Behavioral CRU1 and CRU2 that I do a great job. Several people that work at RTP except for Michelle, Sandra and Melonie will tell you that I work hard. Yesterday I was going to complain to the Director about how unfairly they treat Registry. But I know the Director wouldn't listen to me Sophia RN told me that I have a gift for working in Behavioral and how well I treat the clients. I will get my justice even if I have to get a Lawyer

Number 1 were did all the reviews go. transparency is key. Regina Nelson is the BEST case manager .but she no longer works here . Tried to go back to the clinic and they tried to force a pee test on me..I declined .do coordination of care and talk to my primary or the other clinics I go to. Im coming for mental health and the natzi way u just approached me is embarrassing triggering and the farthest thing from trauma informed care that could be. At that point the door closed and all the nice things I had to say about the previous exp. There closed with thier door.

I was at a St Luke's facility when I was 15 or 16 and the only it did was traumatize me. I was threatened to be strapped to my plastic bed have a tube shoved down my throat if I didn't eat every single bite of the slop they served. When they gave me meds to make me sleep they wouldn't let me go to my room to sleep until everyone else went to theirs. They had a kid that would have explosive tantrums and start throwing chairs at people then they'd lock us in our rooms and not let us out the rest of the day. There was mold in the showers, couldn't even shower when we wanted anyway. Had to be on their schedule. The facility was a dumpster fire of incompetency and uncaring and untrained staff. If you send your kids to this place, just know that you're making them worse, killing all trust you may have had.

Extremely unprofessional and taking only certain facts into account when talking to them. They pick sides instead of taking listening to both sides and making a decision on that. The particular person I called for has Borderline Personality Disorder and by the time they got to my house he was acting normal and putting on a show of a good person for the Terros workers. They took his side and didn’t help us. They made us feel like the bad person for calling crisis over someone with BPD that does not want to take his medicine.

This is by far the most frustrating unprofessional disorganized group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Moving/dropping appointments with no notice or reasoning. They also have no idea what’s wrong when you call or ask about it. They don’t even know what appointment you’re talking about 90% of the time. Providers don’t show for appointments. Case workers are non existent. Incredibly inconsistent in every aspect. I’ve been hung up on yelled at and completely dismissed. Not a single person I’ve talked to in 3 years has been any sort of helpful. I’m a very experienced and understanding person but this company is such a complete disaster it’s not even worth trying to tell anyone something’s wrong. I’ve very kindly explained everytime I speak with anyone how difficult it is to do anything simply because they have no clue what’s wrong their doing and every person is so surprised. I know I cannot be the only person.

Attempted to rent from the Mesquite Terrace next door and was given the runaround for 6 months, after paying the application fee and turning in the required documents, I was completely blown off and ignored, no communication or attempt to contact me and when I called was repeatedly told that my application was completed and given to the auditors and would get a response in a few days. Never received an answer and after a month of waiting returned to the office to be told that I had not turned in the required documents, complete bs as I had turned in everything not once but twice and had double checked with the staff before leaving. I was told everything was turned in to the auditors on multiple occasions just to find out months later that it had never even been turned in at all. And even with all my contact information, email, phone, etc was never notified that more information was needed. They took my application fee and did absolutely nothing to further the process but tell us lies and lead us on without resolution. I was in a rough situation and came here expecting help and was not given even a lil bit of consideration, it would have been better had I just received a denial but didn't even receive that, very discouraging. For this to be low income housing they need to train their office people to be considerate of people's circumstances and handle things much more professionally with a bit more understanding. Hopefully this is not how they treat everyone, but they surely disappointed my family. ND 6 months later they still had no answer other than to tell us we needed to redo the entire application process, bc too much time had gone by, very upsetting
