rude staff, appointments aren't kept and very un-professional i wouldn't recommend this location to anyone if i could i would put no stars

RUN. I haven’t been there in 7 years but to say the least this place has ruined my life . To this day I am still traumatized, I have a very hard time sleeping and if I sleep I have horrible night terrors this place was HELL . The food was gross and made my eating disorder even worse then what it was soon arrival . I watched a girl put staples in her arm and the staff just sat there and watched and that same girl got her finger wet and stuck it in a outlet and again the staff just sat there and watched . Another girl was strangling herself with socks the staff sat there and watched her do it until her whole face turned blue but then they refused to call an ambulance for help . This place is a literal PRISON where we were treated like PRISONERS. This place ruined my life , they slam u into boards and have the whole team to come put just one kid on the floor then they give u meds that makes you forget everything that happened to you .

really unprofessional. and it takes months, weeks at the least to get on badgercare in wisconsin. i did not even get a followthrough from journey at first referral from an outside psychiatrist. then i sufferred even more. get your text software together please, and offer prenatal psychiatry at the least

Melissa duffenbach is absolutely the worst social worker ive ever dealt with. I called and made a report on my daughter. She talked to others as well regarding my daughter. She never believed a word any of us had said to her...until....something bad happened. Thats when she believed someone else. In other words she failed my grandchild. Baby was then removed from daughters care amd placed in foster care. This had all been done a week prior to me finding this info out. I reached out to Melissa more than once asking why I was never notified as to where my grandson is going. She told me I had no reason to know. Mind you she called every other family member to let them know. Also I have custody of my daughters other child. She refuses to answer texts or return calls. Shes literally the worst. She picks and chooses who she wants to listen to regarding all the abuse this child endured. SHE FAILED THIS CHILD. And because of this she knows she was wrong by not listening to anything I has told her. And because of that shes refusing to let me know any info about my grandson

This place is run by an absolute crackpot posing as a therapist. She (Diane) sits on her phone and texts while in session. She flip flops wildly on her advice to play parents/spouses against each other while in family counseling. And, when I requested records for a disability hearing, they refused. Refused to give me my OWN records!?! I had to drive to the Green Bay office and refuse to leave until they have me my records.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. We had been taking our daughter there for general anxiety--not court ordered, no CPS or legal involvement; we have an intact middle class family. My husband went along to a session to discuss possible interventions and I tried to call him to ask a question myself. He had his phone on silent and did not answer so I called the receptionist and asked to be put through. I was refused access by the receptionist--without justification (there are no legal concerns which would require that). The idea that a receptionist can make a unilateral decision like that is astounding. Our trust is totally broken and we will never return here. In fact, I don't think I'll ever trust another counselor with my minor children ever again.

Had long-standing care plan w/ Primary Care. We were working to tweak a med for depression; so recommended I get a Psych consult. Therapist barely started to see me & just read from my chart- which I have had some prior crap therapists & misdiagnose(s).
