My son needed somewhere to feel safe and supported and they turned him away. We live in Texas so he was hundreds of miles away from help. He was left feeling alone and discouraged. I’m very disappointed.

You'll see a few strongly worded reviews here. Lets actually see what we're looking at. This is a sliding scale clinic. The prices are adjusted for the income you make. Homeless or not, if you are having trouble with your finances, and expect medical to be unobtainable, they'll prove you thankfully wrong. The patients that go there range a lot in their background. There are, lets be honest, a few disturbed people who also need the care of these amazing providers. People expect to be seen when they want to, or they don't get what they think they want. The clinic is there to help, but only if you let them. I dislike how many unfortunate souls have to try and find something sinister in a miracle like this clinic. When they don't quite find it, they tend to misinterpret until they do. They are in a bad place inside and out, so it's no surprise that anything in this world that is good would be something to cast doubt upon. Misery is all they have ever known, or is all they can remember. That being said, lets talk about how to get seen. If you REALLY want to get seen, you better show up on MONDAY at 8:00pm sharp. There are so many people that need help. This one clinic just can't do it all in a jiffy. There are other poverty friendly clinics out there if this one just isn't doing it for you. But I recommend you stick to this one. There are outreach programs out there. These are usually only available to people in shelters or at the Asian Association of Utah's drop in, among other such locals. It is an easier way to be seen by their remote providers. Though usually, if you have that available to you, they will try to make themselves known so that the people who really want and need it, can be reached. There are certain days when they accept walk ins for specific things. But again, your best bet is MONDAY at 8:00am. If someone misses or cancels an appointment, it opens the slot up for someone new. Keep your appointments because they are precious and difficult to get unless a provider is giving you a long term system of care. These providers are worked down to the bone. They do their very best. I have never been seen by anyone who works there that wasn't oozing of excellence. So I leave now with a request, Please treat these providers right. They will do the same in kind. They are there to help. Let them help you. You are in good hands. Just be honest, and trust these angles because that's exactly what they are. Angels.

I had an appointment schedule out two weeks in advance. I was looking for a therapist for my son. We scheduled the 9 AM. I show up at 8:40 and they let me know that the therapist who is supposed to be seeing my son is not there mind you, my four-year-old doesn’t have school on Friday so he’s with me my five month old is always with me and then I had to have my nine-year-old who’s in therapy as well. Busy busy. My oldest Misses the first The first part of school. My morning was already hectic I had already moved my schedule around quite a bit for the appointment. I think it’s super unprofessional that when I came in he said they had tried to call everybody to let them know she wasn’t going to be there, but I was the first appointment of hers I’m sure and then they have somebody literally call me at 9 o’clock and tell me oh she’s not gonna be there she doesn’t she had an emergency, super unprofessional will not be returning do not recommend.

I have called NAMI twice, recently and a few years ago. Each time I have been connected with a knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive person who really listens, and shared with me the current and available resources and programs. On my recent phone call Wendy shared even more information that I may need in the future. She answered everything plus more. We are very fortunate to have this organization in Utah that provides education and assistance to families and individuals impacted by mental health issues. What a gem

My experience here at the Murray location was a blessing. This was my first time going to detox and I was already scared and anxious. The most of the staff are amazing women that care and show compassion. Yuki was amazing and supportive and Jen the case worker is awesome as well All the staff there care but I feel like they have to be firm and assertive with certain people because they deal with alot of Bs . The facility was clean they had 3 meals a day . I walked in there with only the clothes on my back and left with a suitcase. I give them 5 stars

This place is horrible we spoke with Gabriel he is very very rude NOT professional at all. I think his title of being a "councilor" makes him feel like he's superior. He was defiantly not there to help, we requested an evaluation that we paid for and he was making it impossible to get what we paid for and questioning why I (the wife was calling) very immature plus his English sucks. Not recommended

This is my second time attending cdl3. They do not keep true to what they say. They did it to me this time and last time. They gave me my recommendation at the end of the assessment. Now that I'm halfway done with the class that they told me I would have to complete, they sprung something new on me saying that, "I owe them more groups". Again, they did this to me last year. If you want surprise classes sprung on you go ahead and go to CDL 3. Nothing but a lies that will cause you more stress and headaches then you need. This review does not however reflect on the therapist that was assigned to me Priyanka

The first time I saw them 8 years ago it was great and everyone was happy to help. I don't know what has happened since then but it's like falling into a black hole they just all forget about you they don't even try it seems they don't return your calls or if you go there yourself they tell you to sit down and the last you hear from them , I really don't know what has happened to them?it's just really sad.

I'm with Valley North the one downtown in Utah and I'm not getting the help I need with my Suboxone, something's not right with my script. I know how it's supposed to help me feel and I think it's a bad brand that Mike has me on. It took me ten years of kratom abuse and fentanyl abuse to finally get 3 references in LDS hospital to send to Mike APRN. And my strips aren't making me feel better I feel like it's a bad brand it only has an 8 on it instead of N/8 and I'm contemplating taking a large amount of my money to buy blue fentanyl pills and just support myself my own way.

We had a foster child in our care and ELISA LEARY was their therapist. She knew nothing of the case even going to the meetings she still would give them the wrong information. She would tell them that they were going back with their mom no matter what, even when it started to become apparent that they might not be reunited with their mom. This caused behaviors in our home that we almost could not handle. Because they thought if they were going back with mom, there were no consequences for behaviors in our home. She would never answer their questions about what if they didn’t go back with their mom. The case ended that they did not go back with mom and they were not prepared for this outcome. The child even said in their own words that they knew what to say to manipulate her. The child was not happy with her and neither were my husband and I. She was very rude to me during our foster case and sessions with our child. This woman should not be a therapist to foster children.

I truly cannot say enough about this facility and the outcome we experienced with our mom. When she arrived, providers in the emergency room and even at the Marian Center believed she had dementia. She was hallucinating, paranoid, emotional, and exhibiting nearly every concerning symptom imaginable. The prescribers at the Marian Center are truly exceptional. They safely transitioned our mom off Klonopin, which she had been taking for over 20 years and never thought she could stop, and placed her on the right medication. The change has been life-changing. It feels like we finally got our mother back after losing her for the last decade. After just two weeks of care, she emerged clearer, healthier, and happier than she has been in 20 years. She does not have dementia, and today she is only taking one small pill a day. We couldn’t be more grateful. This facility works tirelessly to manage care thoughtfully and find the right treatment plan for each individual. If you are considering help for a loved one, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
