I truly want to say the bottom of my heart the Act time with all my time Mia Green I had her for almost 4 years she cares about her patients she makes you feel like you are a part of family with her and the Act time she has saved my life so many times when I didn't have family to help me she was there to help me I love Mia and the Act time like family I will always speak highly of Mia and her hard work she does with her patients and my Therapist Carmeen is so caring also like Mia Carmeen cares also and she tells you to always think of something eles and go doing something productive when a panic attack happens it's real yall if you suffer from Mental Health come to Dacoma Harris Health they care and will help you thrive our struggles with this horrible disease I will to you that the Act time will be there for you and help you for everything that's your Mental State of mind I want to thank you so much the whole Act time you also saved my life I'm going yo miss them so much until I come to Do again I'll be coming to yall for help.

(This is a long one so buckle up)Changes McKinney is not to be trusted this program values how much they can charge your insurance in order to help your child. On my son’s official first day in the program I received a phone call from a supposed psychiatrist who I or my wife never met the whole time our son was in the program. Tell me via phone my son needed to be put on medication for his mental health, I was skeptical due to never meeting this woman in person, no idea of her credentials as a physiatrist or transparency of the evaluation she supposedly performed on my son to justify such a diagnosis. What parent would agree to medication for their child’s health over the phone having never met the physician??? It was then apparent in the coming weeks as they continued to push for me and my wife to put him on medication and our continued to push back that we didn’t feel comfortable with that option that Changes McKinney was not intended on keeping our son in the program. Because we hadn’t fallen for their strategic approach to prolonging his admission into the program in order to continue to charge our insurance they had no desire to help in any way. Our son was then pushed out the program with two weeks still left. The appropriate paperwork was not filled out so that my wife could take leave from work in order to be available for the needs of our son as it applied to the program. Now my wife is attempting to get documentation to be resubmitted with her employer for her leave from work to be approved only to be given the run around by Changes McKinney. For that reason we are currently filing a complaint with the Texas Medical Board to investigate and audit the files of Changes McKinney.

I had the privilege of undergoing a week of treatment at this facility, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The entire team is not only exceptionally professional but also incredibly friendly. Their approach to treatment is well-structured and scientifically grounded, ensuring that every aspect of the process works seamlessly together.

Dr. Angela Jones is amazing, down to earth and extremely easy to talk to. I was referred to her by my previous therapist, after she left the industry and I’m so glad that I decided to work with her.

I wouldn't recommend Natalie Smith. She cares more about money than treating patients. She also doesn't care about patient safety and security.

Angels work here. Everyone was so thorough and professional helping a homeless man in my neighborhood navigate all the steps to getting a new start. Highly recommend starting here.

This organization has excellent pride, passion and professionalism that is in dire need for veterans. Mr Bullard was able to educate me in my VA process in a single phone call. The level of courtesy and respect delivered by this man is the pinnacle of customer service. Thank you for taking care of me.

If I could leave this place one star I would and that's only cause the lady i spoke with was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. I answered all her questions and she was not satisfied with my answers and told me i needed to be helped by someone else, how unprofessional is that. She needs to be eqvaulated by her supervisor cause it seems like she doesnt like her job and I don't want any other people going here and having to deal with someone like her and that funky attitude she has.

They are always there for me to call and my visits have been realistic. Recently they've called back and told me my case worker has not tried to put in for individual. Now she claimed she did again and I think the receptionist could call me back and tell me if when they check it turns out she had.

For the most part the staff was great! Techs were amazing, daytime nurses were so compassionate and building was clean. However, the kitchen cook and night time nurse Jakayla were both mean, unprofessional and lacked common empathy. I watched the cook scream at a man for dropping his plate in HER kitchen…he dropped the plate because he had the shakes from detoxing. I witnessed the night nurse scream at the clients stating we were lucky she was even there after working 21 days straight. Maybe this isn’t where they need to work.

My overall experience with one of the staff (Morgan) felt very heart cold and not very understanding about my situation at all i can say was my interaction with this person left me feeling very hurt and discouraged to keep moving forward.

I initially called the facility with several questions, and the receptionist Ms Browne who answered was incredibly patient and informative. She didn’t rush the conversation, even though you could tell the facility stays busy. She explained everything clearly and made the process feel much less intimidating for our family.

I am extremely grateful and excited that I was able to receive a referral for services at Cohen Clinic Express. From the very beginning, the experience has been positive, welcoming, and professional. I want to specifically recognize the Intake Coordinator, Seiko Wazlavek, who was outstanding. She was kind, attentive, and made the intake process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and genuine care immediately put me at ease. I would also like to acknowledge Assistant Clinical Director Aileen Serrano. My spouse and I had a truly great experience with her during our marriage counseling sessions. She created a supportive, respectful, and safe environment that allowed us to communicate openly and work through important challenges together. Her guidance was thoughtful, compassionate, and impactful. Overall, Cohen Clinic Express exceeded my expectations, and I am very thankful for the care, support, and professionalism shown by their team. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking quality behavioral health care.

Kenneth Tackett is the best! He really cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable. He responds quickly to any messages and is very personable! I highly recommend!

When requested; I have not ever found a problem with this office : due to immidiecy and reception & let's not forget helpful assistance this office attends. Besides the day of the WeekEnd they were closed; I have always had assistance on the phone and found capability to connect with another Burke centers.

Wow, I thought about this when I was in treatment and how could I possibly put into words how much Sante meant to me as I obviously read Others reviews before I came... No rehab is perfect Nor is anything else in this world, but Santé makes a damn good run at it.. I went to rehab 20 years ago, and Sante was heads and shoulders above that one. This was the consensus for others who had been been as many as 10 or 15 times when I was in there... The staff is nothing short of top-notch, both counselors and techs. Even the people that serve you food know your name and care about your well-being. I found the counseling both individual in group to be very well rounded And diversified on topics. There are always going to be bad apples in life, but Sante did their best not to not let these very few disrupt other people's well paid time and hard work. To my knowledge, it was a 100% drug-free facility when I was there So I wouldn't worry about drugs or alcohol floating around as is the case with some other places..No treatment will work if you don't want it badly enough, certainly the as you haven been there a bit, but Santé Center is an amazing place to get sober even if you walk in there a little bit reluctant. I saw so many people make so many amazing changes, right in front of me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sante Center to anyone anytime and I always will. ~M.M.

Very rude and unprofessinal staff. Donna, the coordinator was combative and would not stop speaking over me. She tried to tell me that my doctor was wrong in his descion to have me go there. She was unbelie able. I would never go there for anything. This woman should not be dealing with patients with depression disorders.
