I've been very fortunate to have the best Dr. I feel up at CC,I also have another Lady that works there that is like a Counciler that I talk to but when it comes to the front office, They aren't too Friendly at all and if things go wrong They get blamed on others that aren't there to take up for Themselves,everytime I leave there I triple check that everything is right with my medications because it seems like everytime I go to pick up my medicine or call and check on the price,something's been messed up,They are a good place if They would treat Their Patients how They want to be treated,like Today I know for a fact I was lied to as a Patient about what had happened to my medicine and if it wouldn't of been for me taking it into my own hands and calling the only Woman that could fix Their mistake then it wouldn't have been fixed and I would have went the whole Weekend without my medicine but Thank God the Woman I know that I called at the other CC office is a very nice Lady and always takes care of things when They get messed up,the other Lady at Camdens office told me that She had already contacted this Lady this Morning but this Morning this problem hasn't even came up yet, so right there I was led to but again Thank God this Woman helped because I called Her myself and She fixed it within 20 minutes,so Thank You so much too Mrs.G,You know who You are if You see this and also Mrs.M,that I talk to about every 3 months at Camdens office Thank You too and also Thank You Dr.W,.

My daughter was here last year for roughly 4 months. She has been struggling with mental health issues for a long time, since experiencing a death of someone very close to her several years ago. After several acute psychiatric hospitalizations, numerous psychiatrists, and therapists I thought it was finally time she needed more help then what she was currently getting. I found The Village and the website and everything looked perfect. Speaking to the staff at first seemed like it would be a great fit. They make this place seem very structured and focused on helping the kids, but once my daughter came home and even while still there I started noticing it was not this at all. I honestly believe this place traumatized my daughter more than when she went in there. She has told me horror stories of how dirty the bathrooms are and nasty the cabins are. She constantly talked about how much bullying there was there and when she would try to talk to her therapist about it she would just tell her well would I be working here if that’s how this place was. Looking back I wish I had pulled my daughter out of there as soon as I was hearing her therapist say that. Around five months after getting out of the village, there was another incident and my daughter ended up having to go back to residential and I refused for her to go back to the village. She instead went to Mountain Youth Academy and the difference in the two places is night and day. My daughter truly was a new person coming home from MYA and she was only there for about two months. If you have options, don’t choose The Village.

I have been a quinco client on and off for about 30 years. They have helped me through some things I have no idea how I would have made it through without their very real concern and support.

This place has been very friendly and I think they are doing a great job.

In serious need of a checking list. Can't tell you how many appointments I've had to reschedule cause they think I'm late even though I sat there 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

I've been going to Centerstone for over a year now and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I've met two of the therapists and they are both wonderful. I haven't had any problems with getting medication or changing medication when needed. I've seen at least 4 different case managers and they have all helped me out tremendously. I really don't have anything negative to say about Centerstone or any of their staff. Everyone I've met has been incredibly nice and helpful with all the help I've needed. I would definitely recommend Centerstone to anyone who needs a therapist, psychiatrist, or anything along those lines.

I came here after being assaulted, defamed and drugged by a parent.

Been a patient at this location for many years for my Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, OCd I generally like this place and they are like a second family to me.

My kids have been going for almost 3 years now, and absolutely love it!

Wow don't trust erwin mental health they put my daughter in turning point for no reson at the doctor and Jessica berry made up lies on my daughter for good not a goid reason she needs help and be put in turning point her self I would not my cat to her for help

I really don't understand folk's complaints about PCS. They have been an absolute GODSEND for myself, and my wife! It's true that it can be challenging to get someone on the phone, but aside from that we've been treated with respect, and courtesy. If you're seriously seeking help with your mental health, this place is amazing. If you just want narcotics you might look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service experience with Laura Mobley. They canceled my girlfriends appointment on her twice because Laura was "out of town last minute" and told her they would call back when they found availability. Don't cancel until you have another one available. Completely rude and un-professional. My girlfriend needs to see her doctor and get her meds evaluated and they just don't care. We will be finding a new doctor's office that actually cares about their patients and doesn't cancel appointments last minute.

Currently a client/patient here and this is an amazing grant funded business that helps those individuals who might struggle with food, shelter, immediate needs. They are beyond both respectful of your current situation/struggles and polite very polite with any assistance they offer you. Also able to help assist those whom are currently tryaind to apply for disability after you provide all necessary documentations required.

Awful system. Can't get in without a borth certificate which please, tell me how that is relevant if someone is this close to killing themselves? They also only allow 6 people in a day which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. "Your suicidal? Too bad, we're so full with our 6 people. Here's a place where you can spend 15 dollars for someone to tell you not to do that." Literally, what? Yeah, we're definitely saving people with this one. Absolute hypocrites.

This place has literally saved my life & turned my life around! The staff is absolutely amazing & so caring! This is my second home, if you want to get sober but don’t know how to give them a chance & I promise you won’t regret it!!

We paid $1400 total for absolutely nothing. We were given information that we already knew and were not given any guidance on the issues we had concerns about. The testing was not set up conducive to what he experiences daily to get a proper reading on his weaknesses. They told us he fell in the below average range so there wasn’t anything they could find. Let me share that average was from around 30-90! I can better self diagnose my son than what this clinic did. All they did was take our money. We had a total of 5 apts and were present at all 5, Yet we were charged $50 for a no show apt!

I recently completed an appointment that included a doctor who had not reviewed my file, my medications nor the time on the medications. She did not know the dosage either. She was quick to change my meds even though I had been doing well for over a year on that regimen. She told me to “choose one,” when referring to changing my medication. It wasn’t of a concern to her how this would affect me, only that she could eliminate one of my medications as she said “they” prefer we don’t prescribe this.
