Find Mental Health Providers Across Ohio

I had hand surgery Feb 12th and everyone from the Nurses who drew blood to the Anesthesiologist who chatted with me were all amazing. They were careful drawing blood as they knew I did not like needles and they kept me informed along the way. The process was pretty smooth from the time I walked in until I was discharged, everyone took good care of me. 10/10 would recommend Thank you for taking good care of me!!

I was hoping to be put with a therapist with lots of years of experience, but I was only given a guy who has a few years of experience. I was at Shepherd Hill twice this year. I looked on their website and it seemed that they had a good few programs that might be able to help me but all I'm getting is this this therapist and no case worker. They want me to go on meds, perhaps, but I'm not going to do that since I've not been properly assessed yet. This place is understaffed and cannot meet the critical needs of the community which it serves. I feel like I'm wasting my time with these people, and I have not made any progress. I'm really starting to lose hope. Edit: They finally gave me a caseworker a while back but I had to fire her, too, because they were rolling back services for their clients. Don't go to this joke of a place.

I have been with this doctor for many years, and I love how understand, compassionate, and friendly everyone is, the doctors and the staff! If you are struggling with any type of addiction or need pain management I highly recommend Care Clinic! They have multiple locations and they are understanding and affordable! Thank you so much for genuinely caring about my well being and not just about my money!!

I cannot stress enough how Erin Miller has changed my entire life for the better. I saw her here for 2 or 3 years, and she always listened to me and took my concerns seriously. I have truly never had a healthcare provider who genuinely cares about their patents the way Erin does. I am eternally grateful, because who knows where I’d be now without her.

I have had the pleasure of meeting staff and board members - So let me tell you this: They are a robust group of mental health experts and advocates. They are dedicated to serving the city of Springfield, OH and do so with a delicate diligence. If you or someone you know needs support, crisis intervention or wants to become more rounded with their mental health, give them a try! It is a blessing they accept Medicaid clients and those that choose to pay out-of-pocket. Lots of great improvements are heading the Wellspring way, so hang on tight and be prepared for positive transformations 🫶🏼

Been going to here for almost two years for all my medical needs. Always have a good experience. Facility is not on par with newer hospitals but it gets the job done. Staff and doctors are professional and always treat me with respect. If you live in southern Ohio I would recommend this place.

Tyler Crank is a vital asset to all local veterans. He went above and beyond the call of duty where other VSOs have fallen short.

I had a great experience at LSS! The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My nurse practitioner Constance is excellent—very thorough and informative. Meechie, the social worker who met with me was also fantastic, providing great support and guidance. My nurse, who drew my blood, did an amazing job—it was quick and painless! I truly appreciate the care and attention I received here. I highly recommend LSS to anyone looking for a compassionate and high-quality healthcare experience.

As someone who has received treatment from multiple places, I have a lot to say.

This location was better in years passed. I usually don't go here often but had done so recently. Rude staff, long wait times even when there not busy. It just feels like your being ignored and these are the people who are suppose to be taken care of you. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and just as long to see a doctor here. Terrible staff and they call them selves professionals. If your sick stay away from this hospital. You would be better off driving farther away.

I used to see kim and a councilor years ago and everything was great. Its been years now since I've seen them or been a patient there but I was told I would be called the following week and never got any response. I decided to call them and was told I was on a waiting list and they would contact me the following week for an update still never heard back. I decided to give them some time thinking they may be short staffed so I waited a month and called back. I was then told a 2 month waiting period so I waited even longer. I decided to give it another try and then was told that im on an open waiting list and they had no clue when they could get me in. This was last fall and we are in February of the following year.

This place doesn't help like they said and the case manager is not helpful at all

I have mixed feelings about New Day. While most of the staff was great, passing of meds was horrible. I went two days without getting my blood pressure medication. I was told it fell off my mar. Whatever that means? It was a constant issue. Also on my discharge day they could not find my backpack that I brought my things in. I had an uber waiting. So they told me to go so I didn't miss my ride. I've called to see if they ended up finding it or if they plan to reimburse me? Personal property must not be a priority. I haven't received a call back. While the recovery is great, there seems to be no organization or communication. I probably wouldn't recommend New Day Niles.

Front desk staff, sweet and understanding. Counselor, just doing her job asking the basic questions but didn’t give me any real advice. The nurse telehealth took the longest and was actually pretty unprofessional, she said “if you have a psychiatrist why are you here?” & “I don’t know what you expect from me, follow up with your doctor” Is this not a mental health clinic? There’s also a waiting list for a therapist like there is everywhere, honestly made the day worse and I was helped 0%
