Your staff has been supporting me and my sobriety for years. I'm thankful for everything. The staff is incredible. First if all they treat you like a human being. Not to mention they are respectful and supportive. I have to say that Kelly Kelley is one of the most caring and supportive counselors I have ever seen in my life. I don't know what I would do without her. Her zoom groups have done so much for me and my fellow recovering addicts. Amy Daubs was also a great counselor, she managed to take care of Sunrise and all of the clients too. So may others to thank and mention but not enough time. Thank you Sunrise!

Carrie is the best therapist a person could ask for! She listens also always provides positive feedback! The entire staff at C.D.C is always respectful and helpful to me. I would definitely recommend C.D.C to my family and friends. Overall it's a great place 😊❤️

I just moved from Miami and I am beyond happy with the care I received. The staff and Doctor was amazing.

I would give zero stars if I could I missed one session with my individual and group therapy on the same day because I am helping my mom take care of my handicapped sister who is on hospice with breast cancer I called the women I talked to said it was fine then I went the next day to drop and get my prescription the pharmacy told me I had nothing there then I called again a different women said it was on hold that she would schedule make up appointments for me that was 3 days ago I still have no prescription and have not received a single call from anyone I was in another program for 8 years prior to this one I was hoping to finally have a place to go to in circleville instead of driving to Chillicothe so it really sucks that I got this type of treatment from this place

My daughter's therapist looks for extra problems, breaks HIPPA and they don't care about people's mental health only here to make money off your kids issues, by far made my kid worse, and they threatened me with CPS if I went somewhere else, am suing these people

I was placed here in the late 90s for about 3 days and it was the worst 3 days of my life I was housed with kids older than me and way more violent and the staff weren't much better they were constantly getting hands on with kids such as slamming us on our faces on the ground/floor and restraining us for things as simple as not hanging up the phone when they say your call is up

The past couple years with signature health has been incredible. 10 star ⭐️ customer care. Tanya Singleton at the front desk was so kind as usual. Rachael McLaughlin’s so amazing in her nurses aide, Michelle McClure/ therapist truly cares about my well being. Right now Tiara is filling in while Michelle is on leave & simply awesome too. Thank you so much!

The female medical doctor is extremely nurturing and respectful plus responsive to requests. Also, the supporting staff are firm, fair & proficient. 5 STARS for this medical center.

Horrible place with incompetent case workers and staff who could not care less. I was homeless and in need of assistance when I reached out to these people. I clarified numerous times during my assessment that I needed case management services and needed housing ASAP. I waited for entire MONTHS and nobody EVER contacted me despite someone informing me that a manager would be reaching out to me soon.

Everyone that works here has the worst attitude on earth, the lady that helped us at the desk was all bent out of shape because we were a few minutes late, which is understandable. What's not understanble is how awful their attitudes were, she complained about us being late, then 3 nurses sat there and didn't absolutely nothing for 20 minutes, until they were finally "ready" to help us.

This place is really great, we’ve been coming here a long time and we’re coming up on 4 years clean this year… my only complaint is that I wish there was a way to get ahold of someone on staff for prescription and medical emergencies, as far as I know there isn’t. I have a unique prescription and theirs only one pharmacy in the area I’ve found that can fill it the day it comes in. Unfortunately I don’t always see the same doctor, and some of the other doctors have sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I understand doctors don’t work 24/7 and they all deserve time off.. however, a staff member on call could easily remedy a situation such as this. You have patients that are relying on some of these medications to stay sober. In early sobriety it can literally mean life or death if they have to wait hours or sometimes even days to get a prescription filled and decide to go out and relapse all because you guys were closed and didn’t have anyone to answer the phone. I feel like this is something you guys can definitely improve on.

I really love the staff here they genuinely have your recovery in mind first. Very supportive and helpful in providing you with everything you need to remain sober. Nice rooms with new remodeled bathrooms. I was very comfortable and they made sure I was. Alot of staff are recovering addicts themselves and that makes it even better. I loved mrs Brenda , she always had the best advice. Carla stuck with me when I struggled with getting to b admitted on time. Thank you all for everything! Will forever be a big part of my recovery!

Totally miss leading,they tell you the cost of the visit, then send you the bill with additional charge,counsler wasn't very helpful

I have to be honest — when the system at Southeast Health works, it works. Jennifer Hughes, in particular, is usually responsive, caring, and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate the support she’s provided in the past. However, my recent experience has been incredibly difficult. I’ve been trying to get a refill on my mental health medications since last week, and despite leaving multiple voicemails and emails, I haven’t received any response. I’ve been transferred from department to department with no resolution. I was even told that due to severe staffing shortages, there’s nothing anyone can do. That’s heartbreaking to hear when you’re reaching out for help while struggling with conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, and insomnia. Unfortunately, I’m beginning to have more negative experiences than positive ones. That is not only disappointing — it’s dangerous for those of us who rely on mental health services. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed, because patients deserve consistent care, especially when they are already in a vulnerable state.

My experience at Nora was definitely an emotional roller coaster. When I started the program I was highly upset (I was court ordered) and I did not want to be there. That slowly but surely turned around as the more I listened in on lessons and stopped being so closed minded I realized that a lot of the things they were teaching me would help me change myself for the better. Now don’t get me wrong as with anything you deal with in life, it’s not all Peaches’s and cream and there are a couple staff members and clients that will get on your last nerves and make you want to walk away. But if you’re really ready to make a change within yourself for the better you need to come here. There are some staff that work hard and are extremely passionate about seeing you succeed. Just to name a couple Mr Shawn, Ms Crystal, and my personal favorite Ms V. Through this program they have helped me to look inside my self and acknowledge my own character defects, they’ve fought me healthy coping skills and the proper tools to handle problems in life without using. I now have a stable job and thanks to ms v I just moved in my own place. Before this program I was homeless. If your ready for a positive change I highly recommend this program just put in the work and the staff will set you with the right tools for you to succeed.
