I really appreciate their hybrid approach to mental healthcare. It’s reassuring to know that I have the option to see my doctor in person when needed, while also being able to use their telehealth platform for virtual visits. It gives me the flexibility to choose what works best for my schedule without compromising the quality of care. Overall, it’s been extremely convenient and makes staying consistent with my mental health support so much easier.

As a therapist in the field, I can confidently say that Carly Pasquale is one of the most compassionate counselors I know. Her ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space allows her clients—especially adults—to feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She’s incredibly patient, thoughtful, and professional, with a genuine warmth that makes it easy to open up. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.

Maryam Barry forgets to refill essential medication and also shared inappropriate cultural practices regarding her religion like child and cousin marriages and multiple wives. This never should have been discussed with a patient, especially a female patient with a history of trauma. Request Dr. Steinburg or do the program at Hamilton, NJ or virtual. Overall issues at the women's Moorestown location. Ren is a great therapist though.

The Sonara program they provide is a joke! They give you bottles to record you at home and hold them over your head then suspend them whenever they feel like it! Rules only apply to certain people. It helps u stay away from drug area when you have them, so it's easier to stay clean but it's very frustrating that they suspend them for any little thing, depending on how they are feeling that day when they watch the recording, or when they make the mistake of scheduling you to record on certain days! Thats playing with your recovery bc I do good when I have them, but when they suspend them and I have to go on a daily basis, I see others using, and end up using bc of the area and temptations of others using! If those bottles are to help us, they wouldn't dangle them over our heads and be so quick to suspend them! It's messed up bc the nurses have control over the bottles and can do what they want, if they don't like something in video! Yet, let other person keep his bottles when he misses 3 days, how is that

I was here for group therapy and was so impressed with the groups, my therapist, and the director. My family loved the support they recieved through the family services program. We even got to do family therapy. Everything in admissons my family said was transparent and I ended up staying here for 90 days and it saved my life. The facility is beautiful and well decorated and clean. I was treated with dignity and respect by all of the staff. I have nothing but good things to say about this place for yourself or a family member.

Nice and clean. The staff was polite

The receptionist was very polite and kind. I think her name is Lorraine. I want to thank Dr. Barnes for prescribing just the right medicine for my condition. I feel so much better now. Had another good check up with Dr. Barnes. And, Lori was very helpful and kind. She even gave me a pen.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I left a little while ago and this was the worst place i've ever gotten help at. Knowing myself i knew that i did not need to come here and coming there made my life so much worse. i was isolated from my friends and my family affecting my relationships with them drastically. I am 16 years old and i know what’s best for me and this place wasn’t best for me. I chose this place thinking it would be a safe place for me instead it would be a place i would dread to go to. My therapist would yell at me call me a spoiled brat and say im entitled because i wanted to leave, i was accused of being called a liar because my mental health was getting better. This is not a place for ur kids to get a better mental health it’s a place for your kids to feel like they are crazy. I did learn some valuable skills and i still use them today so maybe it wasn’t all bad. But i believe that my mental health got so much better when i was finally free. Now i am back with my original therapist and couldn’t be happier. i may be young but i stand by this opinion and so do many, and i mean many other kids in this program. So many kids felt scared to speak out or even try to due to the fact no one would believe them, when the only person who knows best for you, Is YOURSELF. I am sorry for coming on here and leaving a bad review but this program in this specific location, need to fix the way they do things. I hope that other Genpsychs were nothing like this and didnt treat the kids like robots or prisoners. A child shouldn’t dread going to a program that is supposed to help them. Instead of making the kids there feel welcome and help them feel like this facility was a safe space it made them feel crazier. I was never really able to understand why i had to be followed just to use the restroom. I encourage people to get help when they really need it and my friend did at another IOP program, due to the fact this one was horrible. I would always think to myself that it will never get better but it does. Sadness is temporary and don’t let someone tell you how you need to feel. I don’t know what the Adult program is like but I do not recommend the adolescent program for your kids. And yes there were definitely amazing people at this place and i bet other kids definitely felt welcome but some people don’t deserve to work with kids if they cannot understand a child’s mind. I loved Ian, and the techs they were awesome. I’ve heard other good reviews about one specific therapist that I did not have but I bet he was amazing.

I cannot speak highly enough of HBH and their therapists. I’ve been working with my therapist, Bethany, for years now and she has changed my life for the better. She is always actively trying to help me improve my way of thinking by means of action and not just talk therapy. She’s always adaptable to my needs depending on where I’m at during my sessions and allows me the space I need to safely navigate my emotions. I’ve never once felt judged during any of my ups or downs. I’ve worked with many therapists growing up, and finding her was such a blessing and nothing short of a miracle. Not to brag (just kidding I’m totally bragging), but I definitely have the best therapist anyone could ever ask for. I’ve also been in a variety of their groups that are run by other therapists in the practice and each counselor has been engaging and passionate about what they do. Their groups are informative, supportive, and respectful. HBH genuinely cares for their patients . I’ve never had a negative experience with them. If you’re looking to change your life for the better, this is the place you’ve been searching for. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help.

Over the past 2–3 years, my son and I have had an incredibly positive experience with Total Family Care Solutions. From the very beginning, the level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion we’ve received has made a meaningful difference in both of our lives. My therapist, Christian, has been a consistent source of support, guidance, and understanding, helping me navigate personal challenges with clarity and confidence. At the same time, my son’s therapist, Keana, has created a safe, nurturing environment where he feels heard, supported, and comfortable expressing himself. Seeing his growth over time has been truly reassuring. What stands out most about Total Family Care Solutions is their commitment to individualized care. They take the time to truly understand each client’s needs and approach treatment with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Communication has always been clear, and the entire team has been responsive and accommodating whenever scheduling or adjustments were needed. Their support has been instrumental in helping both of us build emotional resilience, strengthen communication, and maintain a sense of stability during challenging times. I’m genuinely grateful for the role they’ve played in our lives and would highly recommend their services to any family seeking compassionate, high-quality therapeutic care.

This organization did nothing to help my son with a need for Mental support, they where quick to take $2,500 plus insurance for 11 days of group which we clearly asked for Medication management and 1 on 1 consulting in which Chris Vallecillo (Director) agreed he would do. After my son said he did not feel like he wanted to be alive they quickly sent him to the hospital and said he needs a "higher level of care" which means they do not know how to help him. If you are looking to get Mental help this is NOT the place, maybe for Drug abuse. After calling three times Chris for help on the right place for my son, no answer to date.

I just completed my time at High Focus and I can honestly say it was the most helpful thing for me. The clinicians the staff and just the energy there is so uplifting and caring. I went into the program struggling with day to day life, anxiety and coming to terms with a new diagnosis. I left that same place learning how to live in the moment, communicating better with people around me, boundary setting, and protecting my peace. Marsha, my clinician, worked endlessly to make sure I left being more mindful and she did an amazing job and Melissa, the art therapist always had amazing prompts that brought out the artists in everyone. There aren’t enough amazing things I can say about high focus and its people! Whoever hires people there does an amazing job! Thank you so so so much Marsha, Josh, Andrew, Lauren, Danielle G, Sophia, Sylvia, and Bavna ( i hope i spelled that right). I will always remember you as the people who brought me back from my lowest.
JFCS was incredible when I was looking for resources and supports for my parents (not Jewish). They are available to help all people regardless of religious affiiation. I was so grateful to be connected to a social worker who helped us (the adult kids) help them, navigate their medical bills, food needs and retrofitting their home for supports. I have referred them to my friends who have had the same positive expereince. Sometimes it's just nice to be able to pick up the phone and call an agency who actually picks up the phone, calls you back when they say they will, and provides good, practical advice. They are experts in Mercer County and beyond. As an educator, they are a tremendous resurce to the schools and parents in our area who may be in need of supports for school-age children.

The nurse practitioner I see has been wonderful. I absolutely love St. Clare's and highly recommend them. Plus, Millie in reception is just the best.

I'm currently in one one therapy sessions there in the Denville location and I can say that the staff in the wellness office are very professional and polite and helpful in any information or concerns you have. The therapist there is awesome and understanding, also know as no judgment zone. I will continue to update this in future post to see if feel the same.?😂

The Counseling Center is amazing! The staff is kind, professional, and truly cares. My counselor provided thoughtful guidance in a safe, welcoming space. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking support!
