The Recovery Village has saved my life! The staff in Cherry Hill is hands down the best of the best! Trauma therapy was a game changer for me! Tiffany is the ABSOLUTE BEST..she listens, she really gets to know her clients and connects with them on a personal level providing trust, support, encouragement and profound insight. The BHT’s were amazing, Dom, Big Kevin, Gia, Rashad, Jas, Shannon, Lori, Frank, and their leaders Jenn and Kevin… they took the time to get to know you better and have a good relationship with patients. The leadership team takes the time to get to know you and you’re more than just a number, they take the time to help in anyway they can. Matt, alumni coordinator, is unlike anyone I have ever met! He goes above and beyond for patients and advocates for us..he does an incredible amount of service to keep us connected, super grateful! Thank you to Recovery Village for changing my life and helping me rediscover Laurie..with your help and guidance I love myself and continue growing every day!

My experience with my therapist John was amazing, he helped me learn how to manage my anxiety. Chevy in the office is amazing. Nicole is a waste she only wants to do half her job, not find out what the answer is. She hears you but doesn't listen to what you're saying. I'm very sad John is leaving but because of Nicole I will NOT continue with that company.

I will be forever thankful and gracious for the love and support that I received from the Legacy Parsippany Family staff. I have been working with Lori therapeutically for only a short while now, but I already feel better. Lori has a great way of framing situations and past traumas so that they are acknowledged and dealt with, but they do not dominate the present. Lori is “real” and relatable. She’s raw and honest and vulnerable in her approach to your journey toward recovery. Things that would have stressed and controlled me now roll off my back, making way for a brighter future to happen. We have only just begun, but I plan to stick with Lori as I heal and as I address new concerns.

Everyone was so sweet leading up to my appointment, once I got there and spoke with the dr he was so cold and made me feel worse than I did when I came in. I was supposed to get a treatment today and he told me I wouldn’t be able to if I use marijuana, which I told the people on the phone I did. He told me I wasn’t a candidate for either treatment because I am struggling to quit marijuana and the last time I did I tried walking into oncoming traffic because the depression was just too much to handle and that’s how I ended up going for tms therapy, and basically told me if I can’t quit how can I be a mom. I wanted the tms to help with my substance abuse, depression, and anxiety so I can stop to become a mom one day. Very upset with how I was treated :(

This place is horrendous. I waited over a month for an appointment only to be unable to access the virtual appointment and be unable to contact anyone in the office. I then received a voicemail that I missed my appointment and I'll need to reschedule - all while waiting and trying desperately to join the appointment. Too bad they don't answer the phone. RUN from this joke of a practice.

I have attended Lukin Center for over two years. I have been encouraged to work through my fears and issues. After every session I feel I have been given a new outlook on what I need to do face life’s challenges. I highly recommend Lukin

Maria Rodriguez a social worker offered to us from the school program A very caring and strong woman who was very in tune with my step daughter and was very impressive to her. I was and am very grateful for the progress she instilled in my step daughter. Maria did a great job evaluating her and graciously guiding her to a positive place in her mind, because me and my wife were getting very frustrated with her negative actions toward us. I am grateful that Somerville has a person like Maria who has the ability to bring out the best in children as she did with my stepdaughter.

Had some ok moments. But mostly it was grown teenage women being cliquey, trying to be the loudest one in the room, cross-talking, and interrupting group with stories that have nothing to do with the topic at hand. You can only have 1 phone call home if you’re in detox. Man I needed a phone call home every night after dealing with the unruliness of this facility. But they were very strict about attending group. As long as your body was in that day room (which was about 50° or less at all times - wear your coats and bring your blankets), you could sleep there, they don’t care. They just need to account for your presence so they can get paid for saying you were there. I did meet a few wonderful friends. And the counselors, CITS, and nurses were very compassionate under the circumstances. It’s clear they work very hard. But the memories of possibly going back to Maryville are enough to keep me sober. So I guess thanks?

They charged my card 60 dollars for services i didnt even get/want i dont even go here my girlfriend does. They charged my card twice for 30 with no explanation i called then twice but refuses to pick up. The unprofessionalism and disrespect to peoples money and time is astounding.

This program changed my life. The staff is compassionate, the therapy is effective, and I finally feel supported on my healing journey. My provider guided me on my medications, truly listened to me, and now I feel like I’m on the right path

PLEASE STOP TAKING MY REVIEW DOWN. During the recent flood today the owners left behind patients and a few staff. Thank you to the staff that stayed behind with us patients to ensure we were safe. This raises major concerns about safety protocols and the facility’s responsibility to protect everyone on site during emergencies. I believe this needs to be addressed immediately to prevent harm in future situations. The lack of empathy and compassion is very unprofessional! Hoping everyone in this tragic situation gets home safe.

I’m incredibly grateful for my experience with Sober Solutions. The program came at a time when I truly needed stabilization, structure, and a safe space to reset. The support, compassion, and professionalism of the entire team helped me regain my footing and move forward with clarity and confidence. I felt genuinely cared for, seen, and supported throughout my time in the program. Dr. Zhou was exceptional. He listened attentively and paid close attention to the information I shared. His experience working with veterans at the VA was particularly valuable in addressing my needs. We discussed medication management and developed a strategy that I felt comfortable with. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend this practice to others.

I have been coming to ofr since 2017 on and off. This is the best place I’ve ever been. The staff is amazing from the counselors to the medical staff, the front desk workers, the lab collectors, the security guards, and the upper staff. Everyone is amazing, especially my counselor Ms Theresa. I bounce back and forth, because that’s how this addiction thing goes, but it doesn’t matter, I always have a place at ofr.

Such a great school with great staff! Once you become TWG family you are family for life! This was a life changing program for me. I met so many amazing people and did a lot of work for the community! I learned so many life skills that prepared me for the real world. From working in thrift works and learning retail to working hard and receiving my diploma. I’ve never truly felt accepted at any other school because of my mental health but TWG has been there for me since I started and I’m so grateful. Mrs. Lori is the best and she’s always going out of her way to find ways to better the school and even keep in contact with alumni. If you are looking to change your life and grow with wonderful people I would definitely recommend TWG! 10/10
