I have seen so many mental health professionals over the 10 years of my struggle and I can confidently say there is nobody like Dr. Tola. I haven’t had the best experience on medication before her, but she helped me try again and it has helped greatly in helping me gain control of my emotions. Her ability to be compassionate, validating, and fully understanding of my situation is unmatched in this industry full of miserable people who do this for a check.

Was depressed,didnt love life.but i did have someone.heres part of my story. Mind you i have reached out twice 1st dr ins issue after 7yrs, but now 5+ years with Dr,A Orlyanka so here i try"I had to borrow a phone because my situation was so bad I had to borrow move in with my mom and fiance who left meBecause my injury was so bad then.I met Dr.Aramide Orlyanka, early of 2019, and on Oct,3rd21, I was almost fatally injured, and the ins company took for ever to get me a mental Dr, but I had Dr.Orlyanka, and when I thought i was paralyzed,an done forever needed to depend on some1 for the rest of my life. I spoke with her,and she showed no judgment or expressions that made me think negative. She saved my life, it's alot to post. But the things she helped/got me through with certain reminders on just turning negative thoughts into positive 1s,which I thought was not possible,but next thing I know over 3yrs later she's helped me get past my depression and lost hope. She made me feel like what happened with everything from my father committing suicide, to lost love. If anyone wants to talk or just needs some1 to listen to message me or speak with DR. ARAMIDE ORLYANKA. Don't get me wrong we are still working on it and my anxiety also.but she's there.And that's what matters also to add she has never made me feel like I had to just deal with my issues. If anyone wants to talk Anonymously or just have an ear to listen reach out to anyone, or me I can explain my issues 1st if you want to. Or just know there's always someone who wants to hear from you. AGAIN, please just reach out. Here's a small fact I am to shy and my anxiety takes over so much I'm scared to this, but this is what I can do with the help I asked for. And only my Dr knows. So there's no judgments in my head thinking my family member friends, think about or say. I'm starting to care about what I want and think.

After having gone to 3 of the other MAT clinics in Ocean County, Suburban Health Clinic has been the best overall experience. Every level of care you receive at Suburban truly go above and beyond for you. It's evident that they care about you and your treatment. Joyce at the front desk is so sweet and always makes you feel like she is genuinely happy to see you every time you walk through the door. The nursing staff is friendly, personal, and efficient. My councilor Jen is just the best! And this continues all the way up the line with the Doctor and director Eric! There is a lot of recovery in that building. My only thing I would change is that they would be open an hour or 2 later or possibly reopen for a couple hours in the afternoon or evening. But that is so minute in regards to all of the positive benefits. I highly recommend Suburban and not wasting any time at the other clinics in Ocean county!!
