Find Mental Health Providers Across New Jersey

If I could give them one and a half stars I would because honestly the therapist here are really good. They are just overworked by the owner. They each have around 35 to 40 clients a week. My therapist, even though I Liked them would constantly be late to my sessions, which was very annoying. Also, the office is horrendous. They don’t understand that people come to Therapy to get help for issues that they cannot help themselves. The office is completely disorganized and if you talk at all bad to them, they will make sure you do not. Also, don’t see Wendy Allen as your psychiatrist she will Mess up your prescription so many times and so badly you won’t be able to pick it up for two months.

The "staff" was excellent. Friendly and professional. They care about their clients and do their best. However, they've had 2 mass exodus by clinical personnel in the last 6 months.

Staff are great! ❤ like to suggest the Hospital to adopt pets to make company to the patients because is good for "healing process". The food could be better and the "uniforme" isn't that comfortable, also women needs conditioner. 🤩

Discovery & Dr. Barker really came through and helped my husband when other therapists had him on a waiting list. Mental health can't wait. I am so thankful for their response to urgency and proving my partner with compassion and a safe space. Thank you!

The hardest issue for me was admitting that I was suffering from anxiety, stress, and depression. What made matters worse is I have been a pessimistic person most of my life which fueled my disorder. Originally, to make my wife happy I decided to try group therapy at The Center for Wellness. I was sold from day one on the program, not just for my wife but for myself. The staff, counselors, and Dr. Singh were all compassionate, professional, and understanding. I've learned on a day-to-day basis to apply what I was taught during the course of the program and it has definitely helped me. I would highly recommend The Center for Wellness.

Complete incompetence! Violated my hppa rights by refusing to provide proof of a urine screen that they lied about the results of. Retaining counsel and getting to the bottom Of this crooked cash cow of lies and incompetence

One of the best outpatient centers in NJ. The environment is very welcoming, clean, and well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful in all aspects. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone whose considering it.

They have by far the best counselors in here. I have been to many programs, but nothing can compare to this one. I don't know how they employed so many kind hearted people here. I have never been to a program where every staff TRULY cares. For holidays they bless people with gifts, clothes,gift cards, whatever you can name they will go out of their way for anyone. This program really helped me and it can do the same for you. They 're very understanding and have your best interest at heart. Even the receptionists are both sweethearts. I truly recommend this program for anyone that's trying to rehabilitate themselves, their isn't a place better to go, I mean that from the bottom of my heart

IF I COULD GIVE 100 stars I would!! Nurse Sheena and Kevin are absolutely incredible!!! What a team Dr. Slim has. From the very first call, Nurse Sheena felt like a blessing from above. Her compassion, urgency, and genuine care is unmatched. Kevin was just as amazing—attentive, kind, and truly dedicated. They took my cousin in immediately for blood work and exams—while everywhere else had weeks or months of waiting. They even helped secure a specialist appointment for the very next day. Like Amazing 🙌🏼 From the front desk to the third-floor reception, every single person was warm, welcoming, and caring. Even the cleaning staff checked in on us. I seriously felt like we were paying extra for some kind of VIP service… but we didn’t at ALL. Most importantly, my cousin walked in feeling scared and left feeling hopeful and inspired to get better and that means everything. Nurse Sheena and Kevin—HUGE kudos to you both. Your compassion and dedication truly make a difference. We need more people like you in healthcare—honestly, the entire industry could learn from you.

Love this place! My therapist has been fantastic! Just be careful getting there. GPS will take you through the lot of another business, instead of down Summit Road to get to Spruce Drive.

Stresscare is an amazing place to come to for care. Shout out to my clinician miracle matthews. She has helped me in so many. Overall this place provides whatever you need when it comes to mental health. I'm proud to have found it and be a part of this facility for many years now.

I appreciate the service and care provided here. This center is modern, clean and ready to serve the good people of Mercer County NJ. I facilitate a First Responder Recovery meeting here as well. The kitchen is well stocked, the coffee hot and the facility is ready to roll. Stop by for a tour and feel the positive energy.

Had such a great experience this morning with my 12 year old daughter. Every staff member we came in contact with was fabulous- From our check-in staff to the person who pushed her bed into the ct scan room (Glen), to the doctors and nurses (Shannon was one of our nurses). They were professional and so nice. The hospital itself was clean and accommodating. We were in a room within 10 minutes. Great experience.

I would never send anyone here, they are very belittling. I requested information on how to apply for assistance for a security deposit. Specifically Carla Charles replied very rudely, I have attached her response. This was after I called and emailed and emailed again. "Unfortunately, things do not work like that. We do not just hand the security to our clients like that" It took me two weeks to receive that response. There was no interest in my situation or call. I never asked for a hand out, I simply needed help and asked if there were any programs I could apply for. This is a non profit organization meant to help people and thankfully I was able to get help elsewhere. I am working mother and was never looking for a handout and thats how she worded things to me. Terrible.

Victoria is a patient for Mini, the therapist, Mini and Tanisha, the front desk worker, are so warm and friendly to everyone that comes in. They welcome you like we are family. They are so warm and kind to everyone. They welcome you with open arms. I would recommend the office from east orange to anyone that needs therapy help.

The best program in NJ hands down! 🌟❤️ The case managers here are so nice, understanding, and genuinely caring—also Monique and Bobby! 🙌 They truly love helping people and it shows every day. I appreciate this place so much! The food is delicious 🍲😋, the doctor is super cool 👨‍⚕️👍, the ladies at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming 👩‍💼👩‍💼, and the drivers are cool and make sure we all get home safely 🚗🛡️.
