I had an appointment May 22 and for privacy purposes there are a lot of details I need to leave out. It was THE WORST appointment of my life. Greenblat walked in dressed like he’d just left the gym. Immediately setting up the appointment for his apathy and unprofessionalism. He basically wished death upon me and of the two prescriptions I asked to be filled - he only filled one. I mean, my condition is going to kill me anyway - that was his attitude and what he said. There was a woman who came in to ask me the preliminary questions who couldn’t even look me in the eye. I’ve been using this location for years and have never been treated with such disrespect. I called the office to file a complaint, and still haven’t received a call back. I will be looking for a new doctor. Even if you’re on Medicaid, they still get paid. DO NOT go here if you want to be treated with compassion, respect and most importantly, medical CARE.
Please tell me why you would book a new patient with a therapist who is leaving in a month, that is so idiotic and a waste.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I saw a therapist here for a few months and she was amazing. She ended up dropping out of the practice and I was told I would get a reference call. I did not receive a reference call for a new therapist for two week. I called and left a VM. A week went by and I called again and left a VM. ANOTHER week went by and I was FINALLY able to get a hold of someone who said they would have someone to call me. ANOTHER week went by. Its now a month since I was told I would get a reference call. I then receive a $300 invoice in the mail with no explanation on how to pay it or rescheule. I have been calling for almost a month 1/2 to reschedule and I was JUST now told that I can't reschedule until I pay the bill. The manager of the place told me "Its policy we do not call or talk to the patient until the bill is paid" which is understandable but why did it take 6 weeks for someone to speak to me and tell me that? HIGHLY unprofessional and HORRIABLE management. Manager had nothing to say to me except "I am sorry" and then got quiet. They do NOT care about the people who need help.
Wouldn’t give meds that I already took, spent 2 MONTHS with this place just trying to get these meds to focus for school. I asked to take them to help me in classes, Dawn the “PA” flat out denied me even though I was on them before just in another state since we moved here. I guess people in nevada are just morons. They had us running around to do things that weren’t necessary MULTIPLE TIMES had to do multiplie release forms and try to fax over medical records from another state when they called the WRONG PLACE they called my doctor from northern nevada medical instead of the one we told them in Pennsylvania. Also Dawn was rude about letting my guardian inside the room during her session with me when I asked her to come in she kept saying no. Going to another place don’t recommend AT ALL.

I have been using bridge counseling associates for weeks now due to a case that is involving me reunifying with my baby and I will say that this is all about what you make of it. The therapists here are very open minded and supportive when It comes to making me feel comfortable and safe. They also are very non judgemental and genuinely care about their clientele. Desiree, Stephanie are who I have been lucky enough to interact with and they are the best of the best when it comes to having a reliable and kind support system. I encourage whoever is in need of any mental health help, to give this place a chance and to participate and utilize the suggestions and tools that they provide for you and you will be pleasantly surprised in the end at how enlightened your life will be. Thank you Bridge counseling associates and I am so glad that I have been able to become a better, and mentally stable person in general and for my daughter.

We have been in Nevada for several months, I was diagnosed with ADHD and had been medicated, but due to no insurance, could not get my meds. After months and numerous visits with other agencies, and none of them helping, I reached out to State of Nevada Rural Clinics in Fernley on a Thursday, was seen on Friday and referred out for medication management on Monday! This is how mental health care should be in Nevada! Kudos to Brittney and Ashley, you are Rock Stars!!!
The most unprofessional team of doctors ever. Medications are never prescribed on time. Everything is super unorganized. And when you do finally get the children's medication you'll have to go back up to the pharmacy in 2 weeks because he takes that long to get the new ones filled out.

Horrible place. My daughter never got the help she needed . Never actually saw a psychiatrist. Everytime I made an appointment I actually thought I my daughter would get the help and diagnosis needed to move forward. That didn’t happen. Nurse practitioners were the only ones my daughter and I talked to. They were confused and not showing much care. Last appointment I had was to have my daughter assessed which didn’t happen. Staff are confused. Horrible experience and complete waste of time.
Alicia is the best therapist I’ve ever been to, hands down. She is incredibly understanding and makes me feel like she genuinely cares. I’ve never felt so welcome somewhere. Jessica at the front desk is so friendly and knowledgeable too. Can’t recommend this place enough, the environment is so comfortable and they’re all angels.
I didn't have the greatest experience here when I came to get a psychological evaluation done. I had been urged to seek a psychological assessment from the University of Nevada, Reno, after having a conversation with one of the staff at the Disability Resource Center. The primary reason I am leaving this review is because of the lack of billing transparency. Prior to my evaluation, the only pricing information I was given was that a $200 payment was required before scheduling. At no point before or during the assessment was I informed of the total cost or that I would even be charged more than what I already paid. After my evaluation was completed, I was then informed that my out-of-pocket cost would total nearly $1000, even with insurance. This was unexpected and financially stressful, as I would not have proceeded with getting evaluated had I known what the actual price would have been. With that said, I do feel it's important to note that the assessment itself went smoothly and the written report I received afterwards was very detailed and professional. My biggest recommendation for any prospective patients is to request a written cost estimate ahead of time so you can avoid any unexpected charges.

I'm shocked to see the low scores here. My life has been forever changed by this place. I've never experienced such a dedicated team. My social worker goes above and beyond. I'm almost afraid to say it, but he goes so far as to deliver medication when I'm indisposed.

Appreciate the front office staff and my therapist for helping me since day 1. I couldn’t appreciate them more. I’m so grateful for them! They didn’t make me feel like a money sign. They made me feel like a real person with feelings when I couldn’t make it to the first appointment due to a panic attack arriving there. Immediately said “you don’t have to reschedule now. Call us back when you’re ready”. Arriving there the second time and felt at ease as soon as I seen my therapist. So comforting, not overwhelmed. The room felt welcoming. Thank you ladies 🤍🩵

i worked with forest for a while and she helped me understand my gender identity better and helped me find joy in the small things quest is very lgbtq+ friendly. they help with find medications for you hormone treatment advice they help you and not against you very loving place

Asked us to arrive 30 minutes early for our first appointment to fill our paperwork. That’s fine. We got there 30 minutes early and had paperwork completed in 5 minutes. Sat there and waited 15 minutes PAST our appointment time (so we waited 40 minutes) with no one else in the lobby. When asking how long it was going to take we were told “no idea.” Highly suggest using another provider in town.

I wanted to write this review to help others in making their decision. Sales calls: I called to ask for info and they scheduled a tour for the following week. During the few days in between, Admissions Specialist Ashley Joiner contacted me 4 times, twice via email and twice via voicemail. She called early on my birthday, which was a Sunday, on a holiday weekend. She had just asked my birthdate a few days prior, but didn't acknowledge it as many companies do, just left another high-pressure sales msg. In an earlier voicemail, she said that they'd checked insurance and that there would be "0 due at admission." This wording struck me as odd, and I realized that wasn't the same as covered for the duration of the program. Tour: The tour experience was great. The facility is pristine and beautiful, with lovely artwork all around. And very quiet. I met with the director Fran and had a good conversation. If my decision were based solely on that visit, I probably would have gone forward. A couple of things did stand out though. At one point she said, unprovoked "We're not a cult." She also asked me right away what my traumas were. I discussed with her how I'd learned that it can be retraumatizing to dive into discussing one's trauma, and she seemed to back off somewhat. Though I realize a lot of therapy professionals don't fully understand retraumatization. The main issue I had was the sketchy financial practices and overly manipulative sales techniques the remote staff in Wickenburg, AZ and Houston, TX tried on me. Financial manipulation: Before I even left the parking lot, I called my insurance provider and they told me the center is Out-of-network with a deductible plus 30%. Not $0. I then called and had a weird experience with the Texas staff. I asked for their financial dept. At first the girl didn't say anything, like she hadn't heard. 🤨 I repeated and she transferred me. When I told the next girl they were out of network for Cigna, she became defensive, insisted I was wrong and that she "knows for a fact" that they're in-network. She used the same phrase, "0 due at admission." When I asked what happened if I left early, she said that wasn't permitted 😨 & then claimed they'd refund me some portion. 🧐 When I asked her to send me an email repeating what she told me in the call, that it would be 100% covered for 8 wks at 3 days/wk (despite that even in-network is deductible + 10% 🤔), she said she wasn't "allowed" to. But that if I gave a "verbal commitment" now, she would then send me the contract. I refused but she insisted it would only be a formality that wouldn't count. 🥴 I say I'll sleep on it. "Before you go, I have 2 questions." No, I'm good. Meadows' troubled history: After this I was so bewildered, I went down a Meadows rabbit hole. I read the dire reviews on the Wickenburg, AZ flagship location, which director Fran had just lauded. One describes 3 suicides there. There is an article in The Arizona Republic (AZ Central) about how Pat Mellody (owner Pia's husband) raped a staff member. I read Pia's Codependent No More years ago and found it helpful, but she has no college degree nor clinical accreditation. Why I wouldn't recommend: While I considered just paying the 30+%, the problem is this co. doesn't utilize insurance in a trustworthy way. Even if you're covered for Out-of-network providers, you can't trust these weirdos to actually follow through w/ ins. Other reviews report having ins. cut and getting unexpected bills for thousands of dollars. They claim it's $12,800 out of pocket for the IOP, but who knows if that's accurate? While I'm bummed to not be able to attend based on financial stonewalling, sleazy staff, & everything I've learned, it doesn't feel right supporting a system that should be making things easier for, not taking advantage of, those it purports to help. But maybe under new management this center could be something beneficial.
