Find Mental Health Providers Across Nevada

Have had a great experience here so far! All of the counselors I’ve had interactions are helpful and kind. I find the all of the staff to be willing to make sure that you are assisted and have the appointments you need, etc. My sign up was easy and everything with court coordination has been fluid! All of the people in my groups are great and the atmosphere allows for sharing and vulnerability. I haven’t experienced any judgement from any one here from the staff or fellow clients! Also, the UA testing is super fast and you’re in and out in no time.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I needed to share my experience.

They do their job, but don’t expect them to care about you as an individual. Ultimately, all they care about is the money that they can make off of your illness! They have owed me over a thousand dollars for almost two years now! They just won’t send the check! This actually puts my recovery in jeopardy, due to the stress and frustration it has caused me! I am a senior citizen and I feel victimized!

this place messed me up for life. the staff gossips about the children there, WITH the children there. Most of them are petty with the kids and with the other staff, and purposely argue, embarrass, or target kids. They act like they hate their job. The nurses dont believe you half the time, and there is fighting, drama, bullying etc that most of the time doesn't get resolved or talked about. i loved my therapist tho. AND THE SANITARY ISSUES!! there is black mold EVERYWHERE, in the soap containers, sinks, shower heads, walls, and floors in the gym. There was always complaints about it and NOTHING was done, I was there for 5 months. They never wiped down the beds before giving them to a new patient- you are not allowed to have sheets your first week(s) there so you are forced to sleep on a dirty mattress. Fruit and lettuce was bad most of the time (wilted, or over ripe) and the food made me gain so much wait bro 😭 it was so unhealthy and full of sugar and carbs.

I want to be very sincere, because I like this place. There’s a huge bullying problem with many of the doctors towards their patients.. Dr. Lehil left me with a really negative experience almost a year ago.

I went to the bootcamp in the desert in 2000. Was on the 3rd bus to ridge view in Denver. I didn't beleave in the ppc part of the program. I didn't have a good time there. I also wasn't a snitch so I never moved up the levels. I stayed rookie my whole time the till 2002. I seen kids get messed up there. And I feel I have shoulder problems from the way the would restain kids the. The one in colorado got shut down due to how the messed up kids. Rug burns on faces. I hope they changed there ways. When the desert boot camp is open California kids couldn't go because they had a death out in the desert.

I moved to Vegas six years ago and I was goggeling methadone clinics to switch from the one from my hometown one that I was going too and I found this one as the best one with reviews and with this year it’s been six years I been coming here and I never had a bad experience not even one time. So I don’t get all the bad reviews honestly it might be from ppl that re not saying the whole story Alex my counselor is amazing the front grls there are very helpful and lily has always been understanding and good to me. Like everyone she has her bad days of course no ones perfect but she works hard and I always seen her go above and beyond for ppl when I was there so idk.just keep staying clean and doing what u need to do and you won’t have issues simple as that.i do recommend it as a good clean building and helpful staff.

I went to treatment center as self help. Was going well for a couple weeks, then Dr. Rogne said she would refill mental health medication and she dropped the ball. Would not return phone calls. Why be so mean? What did I do wrong to you? Thanks for seriously not caring. I get it, itsa mean world. Good job Fallon

My daughter has been at this facility approx 24 hours and in that time, they haven't taken care of her diabetes. They take her readings which are all over 300 and some over 400 and won't give her insulin. Insulin is her lifeline. If she develops ketones or becomes ketonic while there, I will be pursuing legal actions against this facility. She has asked several times for them to call her endocrinologist for advice and as of this posting, they still haven't. They have no idea how to control diabetes nor does the doctor they have assigned to her. I'm PISSED

The new management, rules, and staff sucks! I wish they would bring wc health back. 1st person care clinic is not it !!! All of a sudden I have to pay co pays when I wasn’t, all of a sudden I’m waiting longer in the waiting room when I would always get called back quick, and the staff is rude with me they have attitudes the wc health staff before were the best ! I think I’m gonna change my doctors because of this!

I genuinely enjoy Dr. Romero as my psychiatrist. I feel as though there is a great connection there and I feel like I am heard, especially when it comes to my medication. He got me off a combination that wasn't working for me and I'm in a much better place now.

This place is terrible! They don't return your phone calls. The therapist doesn't include the parents and are quick to diagnose child and apply medication. The therapist listens more to the child then the parents. The therapist even says things to the child they shouldn't or their opinion on matters that they nothing of. Completely unprofessional. After a year of therapy nothing changed. The therapist treats the child like a friend not a patient. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Complete waste of time and money!

This place really helped me a great deal. I went there about two years ago and honestly I’m so glad I did. I made good memories and the therapists and the other patients I met were very genuine and kind and helpful. I’d go there again if I have to.

A secretary at The family Support Center IN Winnemucca Nevada named Cheyenne is difficult, unhelpful, unprofessional and has been discourteous and less than pleasant and professionally friendly on multiple occassions. Insists others wear a mask even though others are and can remain 6ft from her and other individuals. yet when respectfully asked why she does not wear a mask her reply was that she is not in 6ft proximity to others. When her response was given i asked why i needed one since i wasnt within 6ft of any other person and could easily remain 6 ft from others while waiting in the lobby and no adequate response could be given. INSTEAD a complaint about me being difficult and disrespectful was placed for asking relevant, merited and logical questions to a double standard regarding a "mandatory request" pertaining to client health and safety. As a front line representative for their company, I expected much more and have complained, and respectfully noted and relayed the conduct to another employee on several occassions regarding the Secretary's conduct and instead of beimg met with concern and professional seriousness i was basically brushed off as no concern was expressed when the multiple isues regarding their secretary's conduct and interaction with regular clients were not properly addressed only resulted in ongoing difficulties and harraasment by the secretary.

If I could give zero stars I would. My doctor well now my old doctor she is simply amazing. I had to switch offices and go to a whole new provider because the office staff is horrible. I've been calling for over two and a half weeks to get a medication adjustment due to stress and trauma and they still have yet till this day called me to reschedule to get me and connected with my doctor. I've been dealing with this company for over 10 years in the past 3 years it has went to hell in a hand basket. You as a company need to properly address the situation and you also need to make sure that your voicemail is not full every single day. This is a mental health situation a mental health center you are helping people who have disabilities addiction life-threatening situations mentally and it's like you guys just don't care because you never clean out your voicemail never return phone calls and never answer phones at all!!!!. It's very inappropriate and disgusting as a company that you guys would even sit here and allow this.

Leaving the review here, since the other office appears to have closed. Disgusting facilities: Doctor had no nameplate on his door, and his office fixtures were full of dust. Bathrooms not ADA-compliant and filthy; weren't cleaned once, in the over 3hours I was there. Rude staff, and alleged doctor's who gladly told me to "report them". I would never bring a child, or patient to this business. Offered to sell me water, at the front desk. Looks like Bridge is going bankrupt, and needs cash to keep them afloat.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have had 4 appointments scheduled since December each appointments I get a call the week before and they tell me it's canceled. Don't waste your time here. This facility will not help with mental health they will drive you to the brink.
