Find Mental Health Providers Across Minnesota

I've been doing things with zumbro valley for about 1yr or so they cancelled appts, or they dropped you, how can you trust your worker. And something isn't right in this system. This is very frustrating , anxiety, pstd, gets out of wack, for any patients.???

Once I figured out when to call for appointments (2nd and 4th Wednesdays starting at 8am), scheduling was easy. Only waited on hold about 10 minutes. Got very quick appointments due to cancellations. Staff was great. Hygienist Gina is awesome and was so great with the kids! Explained in very simple terms everything she was doing, was very kind and patient. The dentist was very friendly, too. Highly recommended! Big name dentists will try to convince you to get thousands of dollars in dental work to make money. Northpoint does what is necessary without games and tricks.

Great outpatient treatment center, the counselors are very good and knowledgeable with substance abuse treatment.

The staff are toxic and gossip a LOT, they also will retaliate against you if you voice out criticism, or change your perception about them, but they do the SAME thing and want to do it without your knowledge. They have hidden cameras installed in the building, but also in the rooms, (Which they aren't supposed to do) BUT while I can understand that, because clients there can just lie if they did something and they can just check footages, it just weirded me out when I was the one constantly being monitored the most, however. I'm 19 years old and barely even fully developed. I was mistaken for a trans person, called they/them, and I'm not apart of whatever with the LGBTQ and I was gossiped about, I look weird and tall, but I'm a female and they can literally just look at that on my records, but decide to keep pushing false narratives. This facility will be reported and my mother is attesting to this. I will not be moving on from the way I was treated, because these are GROWN ADULTS , acting my age. Gossiping and trying to sabotage people who threaten their ego. They tried to get me arrested when I had nowhere else to go that was safe for a 19 year old. They didn't do or give ANY discharge papers, or make discharge plans, they just were like "Oh, you haven't gone to groups, we can't get our money now goodbye no exceptions" They kept forcing everything because they were biased, and probably listened in on everything I've said when I was around their hidden cameras which As soon as I started school, because it's helpful for me and my life goals, I couldn't attend to all of the the groups at Nancy Page, and they kept bothering me about it as SOON as I would get back, it was ANNOYING and made them seem desperate They got upset about me not going to groups when I WAS GOING TO SCHOOL and wasn't going to stay there long anyway, I had weeks to days left, they didn't communicate anything properly with the CADI Waiver stuff or whatever, because they had their egos hurt and wanted to regain control. They want their money, they do NOT care about you and see you as a source of income. And when you find that out, they will try to ruin your life. They didn't give me any discharge papers, nothing was properly put in place, they are unethical and biased.

This place will ruin your life and pretend you don't exist.

If I could rate this center lower than one star, I would. My son used to receive his speech therapy here, but instead of finding new ways to help him, they dismissed him. Their approach is ineffective, and the overall experience was very disappointing. They paused his therapy sessions and never added him back to their schedule. I would not recommend this center to anyone considering therapy for their child. He attended for two years and did not make any progress during that time.

These guys are not the best. When I first arrived, they make you leave your luggage in the main office so they can go thru it and take out any objectionable material (ie: sharp instruments) etc. Then they take your clothes up to your room, if I remember right there are three floors in the building (basement, the main level, first floor and second floor). You are given a key to lock your door so no one steals your stuff.

Took over 2 weeks for recommendation after assessment. Poor attitude & impatient, like I was a bother. Sticking to outpatient for thc when I'm prescribed it. Ludacris bull crap. Do not recommend!!

the lack of professionalism is astounding to say the least. they will make you wait 30+ minutes to see your therapist that doesnt care about your time at all. the double standard is crazy to me, theyll penalize you for missing your appointment by 5 minutes and they dont even hold the same standard for their staff.

My brother Reginald Hines was everything to me and he died unexpectedly under their care he was fine before they gave him methadone and next thing you know my brother is dead, I asked them why did they give him that and one lady told me,” I’m no doctor “ so yall have no real doctors, i will be getting justice for him im sue them!!!! DONT GO HERE PLEASE!!!!

1st street center has been there for me over the years. I love the people there from the receptionist all the way to my psychiatrist and my psychologist without them.I would still be lost in the world. I need a lot of help and they do help me.

Honestly would not recommend to anyone. My fiancé goes here for mental health care, and every single time he has an appointment he leaves feeling shamed by Dr. Viola. She laughs at him, and demeans his mental health struggles. Aside from this, she doesnt fully explain the meds, how to take them, or why he is on them. At his last appointment, she made him cry, and didn't even care. As a place of business supposed to be for mental health care, you would think that they would be more professional and caring, however, they truly do not care about you and only see you as a cash grab. I would not go here, but ESPECIALLY not to Dr. Viola.

This place is awesome. Very friendly and professional. They have a grant and are able to provide free services to Veterans. It's easy to get to and always has free parking available. The entrance is through door 22... Which is good to know or it can be hard to find the first time. My provider is great about appointment times and I feel like they want to provide whatever services they can and are truly caring and want to help.

I'm an adult caregiver and was referred to Wilder. I was hoping that there would be some actual help and not just support. When I told them it wasn't the right fit, I was kicked off the online support group. They were nice, but I thought the whole way this was handled was passive aggressive. In addition, I was continously sent emails about how much they charge per hour for their services and paying them even though we met their financial requirements. Considering I wasn't getting actual help, no thanks.

Use to use nystrom in big lake but my psychiatrist retired. Best Dr ever had in mental health. So than I started seeing one in Minnetonka location than she moved. Than I started going to hutchinson south. At least twice a year my appointments get canceled. So you call there and get rescheduled. Now I need to get refills before the next appointment but I have none left. You call there and they say I have to call the pharmacy. Than I call the pharmacy do what I'm supposed to do. Nothing happens. So you call hutchinson again and get the runaround for the third time from the nurse there. Im tired of dealing with this clinic. Having to take meds f or bipolar and borderline really sucks especially when you have to go weeks without them.
