Do not use!!! I literally RARELY leave reviews. The way the people on the appointment phone line was absolutely insane. I was hung up on several times after asking to speak to a supervisor. They called me to tell me a spot opened up for evaluations. I called back FIVE minutes later and the appointment was gone. I expressed frustration and they just kept repeating the same stuff to me instead of listening and talking to me and then hung up. I called back to ask for a supervisor. Hung up. Called back again. Put on hold over 15 minutes. Called back again. Told there wasn’t a supervisor in the office. Tried again. Was told that all the supervisors were busy. Sounds like the people who call didn’t wanna take any accountability to me, and didn’t want their bosses to know.

My experience has been outstanding. I'm attending the DBT program. The instructors teach it exceptionally well. They teach the lessons clearly and detailed. They are passionate and truly want me to succeed in building a life worth living. The pace is perfect, not too fast, not too slow. I feel comfortable during the classes. Outside of the DBT program, my therapist is an expert in my condition. They provide me with compassionate care. I feel heard, understood and cared for in each therapy session. I feel better afterwards. Since I'm in the DBT program, my therapist can give me strategies to work through things in my life. Any therapist with these advanced skills can be very effective for any patient. The front desk staff greets me warmly when I check-in for my appointments. They can call me by name which makes me feel good. Special. To wrap it up, Sagent is wonderful. I recommend them to everyone.

This place is in need of real public service. The people who work here care for the most part. I have been here for two years. They have taken half of every paycheck I have earned. The place is 2 and 3 bed room. Separated by hanging sheets. It is as clean as you make it. Room's are jail cell size. If you care about me and whoever you send here. Send them money letters and give them you're time. The mail is not personal... They open mail with your permission. You are allowed 97$ a month after any SSI... Rsdi. Exc. I rate this place one Star if that. The owner of the company is the only admin. I have asked for a itemized bill. I'm on the council for resident s. It is almost embarrassing the way we go through motion to do anything. The building is in need of new carpet. The art work on the walls are nice. They are owned by the owner. I feel I could be more negative.... I'm 34 and live with mentally disabled people whom are being used in my humble opinion. Good luck 🙏

I am coming here as someone that has only suffered with depression and a low amount of anxiety. Throughout my time, I’ve had the same therapist, Molly. From the start, she’s been nothing but great. Not only very understanding, but also always has an outlook on every situation that I couldn’t even consider, and has helped me through so many rough times. She genuinely cares about me, and it means so much. The only problem is that her schedule is packed, which makes complete sense, she’s awesome. If you ever need someone to talk to, or just someone to listen to, Molly will help you a lot

This place changed my life! Without Karen Hutchins and Threase Meyer, I wouldn't be where I am today. I came in broken and left with a huge amount of healing in my life. Because of this place, I now have the tools to cope and help my own healing happen. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I needed counseling again, I would come here.

Dinithidevaadithiya-appuhamy is severely over-medicating our kid. She lets our kid pick which meds they want to be on and then titrates to the max dose. Our kid is numb and wants specific meds for weight loss instead of mood yet the doctor doesn't see through this. Parents have absolutely no input, just told what the plan is and if we disagree she would probably call DHS for medical neglect. Even the pharmacist was surprised at the dosage and medicine.

I’ve been going here for many many years now. For multiple different reasons. I’m really struggling with the fact I’ve been trying to get ahold of the owner (Tom) for 3 weeks, left multiple messages with the front desk. No one will give me a voicemail or an email to speak with him. With no calls back regarding my care- is concerning and makes me a little uneasy to continue my care here.

Terrible start. Fill out paper work. nobody has any information. I had to repeat everything. Made an appt, the golden valley person put me on hold, never came back. left a message. didn't get a call back. Eventually got a call back after going through my employer.

The staff here seems to genuinely care a lot about their clients and do a great job running groups. Daily one on one individual care as well and great food. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointed at the "treatment" my dad was given here. He came out worse than going in! When reaching out to his care team about my repeated concerns about him being on the medication clonazepam they just said they told my dad (an addict) about the pitfalls of the medication, and he is aware. Well now my dad is high as a kite 24/7 off this medication-shocker! While I know it's challenging to work with people who struggle with substance issues and at the end of the day it's up to them to get sober. The doctors and social workers working in a treatment facility they should know that they are dealing with people who struggle with substance abuse and just telling them about the pitfalls of certain drug ISN"T helpful. Also, during his discharge no one would give me a straight answer on a time so I could ensure someone would be home to give him his new apartment key. I was EXTREMELY upset over his time there. I would suggest going to Hazelden in St. Paul.

My son lived here during his high school years. He was discharged I believed the summer after his jr year but remained in a school over there where he graduated. We honestly had a great experience here. Between the staff and the family therapy sessions ect. My son was very lucky to have a relationship with one of the staff members Joe whom I give a lot of my sons achievements to. Joe helped my son get through some pretty dark times. He encouraged him and alway had an open door policy with him. My son gained so much trust and learned a lot of valuable life lessons. I’m happy to say that my son is now full time Army military police officer. He is on his first deployment. Saying I am an extremely proud of where he is is an understatement. I owe it all to the staff and program they offer. If it wasn’t for this place I honestly don’t know where my son would be at today.

The Whole experience is amazing. The staff is the icing on the cake, to go along with outstanding modern accommodation's and protecting the client and the safety of all included. I was completely over my head with huge obstacles and the amazing setting and huge one on one help allowed me to gain back my composure and follow through on what is important. Just really hopeful that there are helping hands available and people who care about the rest of humanity. If you are lucky enough to experience Steiner Kelting and its wonderful staff well then you know exactly what im talking about. THANK YOU

You know if most the kids don’t get better after going here you know maybe use common sense and do a meeting 1 month and 6 months and 1 year after leaving the program, because if you were a good program you would WANT to know how to improve to ACTUALLY help the kids instead of TRAUMATIZE them more. Everyone I went to northwoods with and know that went to this he’ll say it didn’t help them, kids who didn’t do drvgs before this place started doing them, even at the school daily. The staff sexually harass, maybe listen to the kids who went here, because or else your kid probably gonna end up hating you for awhile after because you made them go there. They literally do mental abuse and always treated residential to make u fear so you listen and do work, they use intimidation, and punishment instead of encouragement and rewarding for good behavior. It’s beyond backwards so you can imagine it only makes kids mental decline instead of increase. And I now work as a caregiver and they break so many rules I have to follow, and I only went here 2 years ago so the rules didn’t change much.

Lakeview, shadey unprofessional condensending and innapropiate councilers and staff working there at pmace up on pokegame s...if a counciler is innapropiate they all turn against u if you stand up for yourself! My counciler cant ecen tell wgen people are high in group eyes bulging chi s wigglibg and tried to get us to hang out and have a sale together,idiot!! Cant stand that place anymorereally clicky staff

It’s difficult to review a clinic sometimes because it depends on the staff that is helping you. I can say that the therapist I have been seeing for about 3 months now, Grace has helped me immensely. I felt that the clinic did a great job of matching me with the right therapist.

Case work here didn’t make sense. Was referred in order to get support through finding different recourses and getting established with the services. I have to spend multiple months advocating that I needed help with this. Was told more of what they don’t do than actually clarifying what there was to help me with. The case worker decided to be an ahrms worker and they decided to say the services were ended because I progressed and no longer in need.
