Lakeland Mental Health Center

Lakeland Mental Health Center, located at 1010 32nd Avenue South in Moorhead, Minnesota, has been serving the Clay County community since 1974. The center provides comprehensive mental health services in-office, in homes, schools, and throughout the community. LMHC specializes in outpatient care for children, teens, adults, and families, offering individualized therapy, group therapy, family and marital counseling, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. Their focus on community-based outreach ensures clients have access to rehabilitative services, case management, and supports for both children and adults in need.

LMHC employs a team of highly trained professionals who integrate advanced trauma-focused techniques, including Brainspotting, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and TF-CBT, into their evidence-based therapeutic strategies. The center addresses a broad range of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Emergency and crisis services are available through the Mobile Mental Health Crisis Response team, providing continuous support during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
