Find Mental Health Providers Across Michigan

Just got a call today from this office after being in a car accident. My trauma therapist referred to this place for a social worker from the car accident. The gentleman who completed the Intake was great! As for the lady who called me today with a funky attitude & had no clue why the hell she called me. She asked me ?s I have no clue about asking about some appoint that wasnt known to me. I had never been to this place before and didnt have any issues before the accident. The other day I called to speak with the Intake person who did my interview the person who answered the phone had an attitude and placed me on hold by not telling me they were going to put me on hold. I was talking and they music started playing in my hear. This lady who called me today basically just ruined my day 100%. I will be letting my trauma therapist know that this is not a place for me. I am thinking about canceling my appointment with this company. I am not in the door good and is experiencing a ton of disrespect. I can imagine the disrespect other clients are experiencing from this company. That type of treatment comes from people wasting their time getting a job in the wrong field. It's like no type of passion from this company at all.

Ottawa county has one of the highest mental health issues part of the problem is that people with mental health disorders don’t get treatment they need they see clients maybe 30min and listen to the client instead of listening to the family and caregiver that is around them 24/7.no wonder why we have so many crisis issues when a lot of them can be avoided if just being medically, treated properly

This place is completely useless as a facility. They let my videogame addicted son play videogames after being instructed not to let him have access to games. He has an addiction. So hopefully your kid isn't addicted to any substances because they will just give that to them as well. The staff made false aligations to CPS against me. Saying I wasn't picking him up. I didn't even get a release date. The staff that I have met are far from intelligent and will chicken type out your intake. My son easily manipulated them into what he wanted. They were not helpful at all. This place is a complete waste of time and I will keep reporting to higher levels. Again don't let your kid go here.

Ever since Development Centers Inc. took over, the clinic has gone from great to horrible. Over the last four years I have gone through five therapists. They all eventually left because of the treatment they got from DCI. How can you receive effective long-term treatment if you

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Navuluri. He is, without a doubt, one of the worst psychiatrists I’ve ever dealt with. He doesn’t listen to your concerns and completely disregards your input during appointments. It feels like he does whatever he wants, even if it’s clear that you don’t agree or feel uncomfortable. His lack of empathy and attentiveness to my problems was truly shocking, and I felt more frustrated and unheard after each visit. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for genuine care or understanding.

It is really hard to get into this place, the waitlist is long and the therapists seem to have a high turnover rate. My first therapist was fired and I was out on a waiting list, and then the second quit on me after a few months and even told me how difficult it is to work there. I strongly suggest going somewhere else because after three years I have not made any progress and just have been moved from therapist to therapist. I’m on a waitlist again and have been on it for almost half the year. I am going to try HealthWest.

Awful treatment both at front desk and in regards to quality of care. When I dropped Dr. Nowosielski as my provider the front desk hung up on my abruptly. I also want everybody to know that Dr. Nowosielski told me an abject lie; that neuropsych testing from a licensed psychologist was NOT a diagnosis, when it is. If you're able to, do not come here if you care about your mental health.

Update: I reported them to the BBB and shortly after got my daughter's results and a call from the doctor. If you do go here and this happens, this may be the route to go to get what you are looking for. Still in the process, but I got my baby's results once the report was made to BBB.

Beware of Cynthia Bailey, FNP! Look elsewhere if you're looking for a healthcare provider who truly cares about your well-being. Cynthia Bailey doesn't bother to address the root cause of your symptoms; instead, she'll take you off a medication that's helping, leading to costly and stressful trips to the ER. Thanks to Cynthia's incompetence, I spent a week bouncing back and forth to the ER with multiple tests and procedures with two overnight stays. These providers are responsible for your life and do not consider your long-term consequences. I still see doctors in the community trying to solve what Cynthia Bailey is responsible for. She won't listen to your concerns and admits she doesn't know how to help. Avoid this provider at all costs! Amanda, MA, that resides in this same office, is a snarky little piece of work deliberately trying to hinder improvement in your well-being. Get some caring people that will treat you like a person and respect what you have to say. It is your body, and you know it better than they do. Its also amazing how Spectrum or now Corewell Health can remove your previous reviews.

No value of time towards patients, constant back and forth of misinformation, I had to resubmit forms due to them not being turned in on time because I was told they had everything when they didn't. Not once when the mistakes were clearly theirs did they ever own up to it but always blamed other parties. Sure i was kicked out due to temper, but my temper was brought on by lack of respect and compassion by the arrogant and ignorant employees here. I hope no one else has to go through so many lies, if possible find somewhere else.

These people are ridiculous. First they told me up to 10 days for results. So after not hearing anything I call since they were supposed to let you know. Come to find out it was returned 2 days but they had did the wrong test. They don't like to answer phone but just keep calling. That's made her MAD but this was after waiting 10 days for a wrong that resulted in 2 day. I don't care how upset she was tbh. Even though they did the wrong test they made sure to bill twice. Got that part. There's a new place on Cedar by Apple Bee's I suggest trying that one as this place is a clown car. The owners must be clueless.

I would like to start out with if you are a family with a special needs child and are looking into this place dont. This place is a joke between therapist hardly showing up on time and the fact they can communicate what has been done that day with your own child without contacting there supervisor is a complete joke. They are very dismissive when bringing up complaints and when you do cancel services they smile and wave and say I hope you find someone else instead of trying to fix there problems in house. Do right by your child and go elsewhere

yet another place that has zero answers. only concern is what insurance you have so they can charge charge charge ! other then that good luck in recovery folks !!!!

My bf is currently locked up here it's just a mini prison they are supposed to help you get a job and get back in the world but they hinder every job or possible job he has gotten make you take 10 hours of classes a week even if u have all of it done and they take away ur rights like freedom of speech as they take away phones even the ones that belong to the inmates and are rude especially Krista if I could give zero stars I would there are some okay workers but it's just a jail not a probation enhancement place being a emergency contact I should be able to receive information that he has given permission multiple times for me to have to see if we have a visit scheduled because this place is repressing people not helping broken system and takes ur rights away as a human being

Husband and I went 3 times to Dr. Kachman. He keeps asking the same questions over and over again and will NOT offer us any help to fix our marriage. What a waste of money!! We will be finding someone else who actually wants to help us.
