I've never had a problem with BHN in the ten plus years I have been here, the only problem I had which was years ago was the constant switching of therapists, mine always seemed to leave after a month or three of working with me.

The Edinburg Center is like the Hotel California. "We are programmed to receive You can check out any time you like But you can never leave". Very few clients if any move on from their services to independent living. The clients are "cash cows". To be fair the entire mental health system is like this in Massachusetts. Without "clients" there would be no mental health system.
Never have I ever experienced this level of unprofessionalism in a medical facility. Front desk is rude and unhelpful all they said is "the program director will call you" and had no way for me to contact the director myself. They won't schedule me for another psychiatrist because the first one I was paired with Nathalie Bailey refused to listen or work with me and did not refill the medication I've been on for years. She was also 15 minutes late, had none of the information I gave during intake and she needs to change the battery in her smoke detector all I hear is chirp every 30 seconds. NPs shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine only real doctors. Front desk is a joke, providers are a joke. I haven't gotten refills in months and I have no way of making another appointment. This is unacceptable and they should have their medical licenses taken away.
Don't go here if you expect them to actually help or get in contact with you. Contacting the financial branch might as well be a puzzle at this rate, I've literally written over their mail and mailed it back telling them I'm trying to get in contact and they still ignore. I tell them about serious issues and get jerked around for months. My meds appointment was supposed to be today and I've been completely ghosted by whatever staff member was supposed to handle this. If you care about yourself or whoever you're trying to help by bringing them here, go somewhere else. Go anywhere else.

I have been coming here for over 5- yrs. I now consider CC my extended family. I came in hating myself, not knowing how to love myself or others, completely broken at 49 years old!! Today I’m a new man, I’ve learned what my “Root” issues were, the anchors in my life, and now I’m able to help others throughout my days. I’m extremely thankful to my therapist and the staff 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️ I continue to go to therapy monthly now, it’s the Best Thing to Do for your mental health!!!
Not impressed by them (MCW) Worcester, at all.. I'm sure they are billing and not actually performing their duties.. no real supervisors to talk to, everyone seems to have the answers but are not qualified.. TMs are not doing what they are supposed to and supervisors aren't checking in with families about the services so called received or working.. hmmm..shame on them when families really need them amd lists are ridiculous.
Frank has helped me and my partner create clearer communication and strengthened our ability to support each other. He has helped my partner grow in confidence and build self control. Starting counseling was a big part of life changes to find a path to better health. Thank you Frank!

I’m black and don’t care about what anyone says I can spot prejudice from a mile away away One staff always has a attitude and tries to find a reason not to let me in or have anything i peeped her attitude with other non Hispanics as well but when I see Hispanic people go in she’s on her best behavior mind you this is every single time I go

Wild Acres was referred to me through the services of a specialized, private pay agency. Wild Acres Waverly in Belmont was nothing like was described to me and my daughter. Her profile was nothing like the other few residents and no mention was made that this is a "sober house," where residents are in recovery from some type of addiction. The groups advertised were only 2 times a week, and the rest of the time was up to the resident to "find things to do." Although no programming addressed recovery, the placement seems to be for recovery addicts. Wild acres did not disclose this and in my view, should have.

This is supposed to be a place where they are helping those struggling with an addiction. I understand the stress that the staff my encounter with the patients but they need to understand the first days of detox are very difficult for them and of course you are going to get people yelling/arguing at you for any little reason. But I do not think a person should be kicked out because of that! They are struggling and want the help. Now you kicked them out and guess what?! they are back into their addiction. Now if they a lay a hand on a staff then it’s a different story, then yes release them but for arguing with a staff that is ridiculous! That is why you’re there for, to help and understand their struggles. Some staff are really nice and helpful but I’m really upset at this system. It’s very sad!

I had a set therapist. I got along with her just fine. But all of the sudden she never called back for a re schedule, or if she didn't want to continue with being my therapist at least tell me. In 2010 I also had a great therapist with them too and she just left to put her own office, but nobody ever called me to do a discharge or assign me a different therapist. So I just stopped receiving therapy. I have a hard time connecting with a therapist or opening up so I am jus so disappointed, sad and confused as to why they do this. Going thru depression and not having someone to talk about it sucks.

Evolve Recovery Center is an unsafe and unprofessional facility that I would strongly advise against. I am a current patient, and I am actively seeking a transfer due to a host of serious issues, many of which I believe violate ethical standards and regulations. The facility is unsanitary; the bedding provided is consistently filthy, and they lack the basic laundry facilities needed to wash patients' clothes. I was forced to have a staff member take my personal clothing home to wash, which delayed my attempt to discharge. Aftercare planning is non-existent, and the staff's behavior is erratic and unprofessional. Tonight, a staff member named Atlanta ripped the TV wires out of the wall because country music was playing at the designated volume limit. This created an uproar and a highly stressful environment for patients. In a shocking breach of protocol, the staff gave me my phone to handle my own aftercare and discharge, rather than providing the support I need. The conditions and staff behavior at this facility are a serious concern. The fact that it remains open is mind-boggling. Do yourself a favor and seek treatment elsewhere
