I spent one week trying to register for assistance. I delivered my information on Tuesday morning. By Thursday, no one knew where my information was (license, insurance, application). Every time I entered the clinic, there were no patients, and secretaries were having private conversation on the phone and surfing in the Internet. When I called on Friday at 11 a m , I spoke with a chain smoker who claimed she would call someone. I called again after 3 p.m. and spoke to the same chain smoker who never did anything because she was too busy. I never received a return call. I need assistance. These people are frauds and manipulators using the government to victimize people. We need help. They want money.

This place is a straight up joke...... They only take cash. Hummmmm? Not to mention they let you write all the info about yourself.?.. After you are done two and a half hours of questions? No matter if you are sober or in recovery... They base it on your past not your current situation. Per MD law? Better do your home work before coming to this facility. Well,.. house!!!. Not a treatment facility. Training for under graduates. Not for helping people needed for any kind of treatment. Just all about revenue. PERIOD......

They are very unresponsive and do not follow up on messages that are left with them. I’ve been trying to get my certification from them for years now My first request was at the end of 2022 It’s now January 2024 when you called there office no one answers and voicemail box is full so no messages can be left with them I have requested court ordered documents from them and they have failed multiple times to transfer that information needed to me.

Do not come to this place unless its somehow your last resort. The downstairs where they hold groups and stuff is honestly nice. They keep that up to date, I guess for show and stuff. However, the upstairs where people sleep and bathe are disgusting. There were layers of filth on the floors and bathroom showers. The beds were nasty, small, and old. They expect you to take all your clothes to be properly washed, which was fine, but they give you scrubs that were so worn and stained it was disgusting. In the room I was in the framework of the place was cracked and practically falling apart. I, myself, have fallen on hard times but when I asked for a towel and they gave me a cloth bath mat that you'd usually receive in a hotel for a towel, that was the last straw for me. I couldn't stay in a place where they clearly have no regard for treating a human down on their luck with the respect to even give them a normal towel to shower with. And when I brought this up to the "doctor" she laughed acting like I was being unreasonable about how this place was. Honestly, I have no idea how they're in teams with mental health places when living in that place would be bad for your mental health. The only reason I say to go there is if you have literally nowhere else to go. And trust me, they'll make sure you know when you're signing yourself out you have nowhere else to go to the point of where you might end up staying in that dingy nasty place with people who clearly think you're below them. It's honestly so sad they can spend so much on making certain parts, like downstairs, look nice but let everything else be so poorly kept.

I would stay away from this place because of the person that works there name, Mathew. He is always on a power trip and acts like he is better than you. He will force you to do things regardless of how sick or disabled you are. You are not allowed any devices at all, such as phones and tablets. They don't take you to any stores to buy your food or your hygiene supplies. Good luck and God bless.

They discharge clients rapidly with no care to the impact of the child. They call late and have attitudes and are not professional at all. It's scary giving that most children need transitional time when taking medication. They will throw your children on medication and discharge them without a care in the world. Be very careful with these people and your children.

If I could give less than one star I would. Both my husband and my son have been failed by this place. My husband was successful in getting appointments a few years ago; however; they were continuously losing his prescriptions; sending them to the wrong address; completely forgetting to send them; the excuses went on and on.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would I’ve been trying to become a patient for a month now and they said they would send me something to e sign, I didn’t work, said I could send an email of my id/insurance card through email, I did and they claimed they never received it. Since I couldn’t e sign I had to print it(don’t have a printer so I had to go to staples and pay), don’t have a fax so I had to mail it. A week went by and nothing. I called and apparently they moved and never got their mail. Said I could e sign and would try sending that again, IT DOESN'T WORK AND THEIR RECEPTION IS INSTANT IT DOES, I have a iPhone 16plus with adobe acrobat and all the other shit, like girl get it together, it doesn’t work. Left them a voice mail, at this point it’s been a month of trying to become a patient and no one has gotten back to me for days. I called again and they said their mail has been delayed, like it’s been a month? Like why is this so hard. Cynthia was the only helpful person through all of this. She said she is mailing it over like I requested but I’m honestly going to rip it up bc when she transferred me, idk why she did, I got a Gina who was terrible, abrasive right off the bat and wouldn’t let me finish my story and kept cutting me off. She was insistent their e sign works and was basically yelling at me, I think she was trying to be firm or something but it was unless bc what she was saying was invalid. They also don’t have the emails I sent over. It shouldn’t be this hard to become a patient and no one should ever be spoken too how Gina did. Cynthia was helpful, but this practice is a mess. Don’t even waste your time trying to get an appointment obviously if you read this far. Like wtf, I just want help and it shouldn’t be this hard, and I was so patient and nice up until I was transferred to Gina and that was the last straw. do better, my god

Got food poisoning, covid tests so hard I had nose bleeds for a week. Locked in rooms for hours. Didn't let me call people. Unnecessary sedation. Code blue was called on me and I was transported to E.D and the staff all fought over who had to go. No one was willing to stay with me as I'm having trouble breathing due to overdose of medication administered because they did not check dosage. Horrible place, don't send anyone there. Find alternatives for loved ones as I have needed intensive therapy after this stay. Please make sure this review is seen as this place was hell for me and I hope to never go back.

Horrible experience with this company. Do not call them if you need any sort of support. Between the rude staff and the lack of availabile appointments, idk how this business is still standing. I just had a 4 minute conversation with an absolutely disgusting individual who provided zero effort, zero help, and zero human compassion. Stay away if you actually care about yourself and your well-being, bc this company doesn't

Horrendous experience with the staff. Meetings cancelled at random times with no warnings, and overall feels so unprofessional. Once had an appointment with Dr. R while she was in the car so the signal was terrible and not a word could be communicated properly. Don't recommend this awful place to anybody.

I wouldn’t waste your or your loved one’s time with For All Seasons. My daughter had been a client of theirs until yesterday. The therapist she saw was not a good one. My daughter suffers from anxiety and depression and is on meds for it. The therapist told my daughter that she didn’t believe she had anxiety and that she was just saying she was anxious to get out of school. I had discussed getting my daughter a 504 plan with the therapist and she seemed onboard, so she was lying to my face while calling my daughter a liar. The therapist didn’t discuss any issues she had with me and waited until my ex-wife took our daughter and said she didn’t know why she was seeing our daughter because she didn’t act like her other clients who had depression and anxiety. The therapist actively deceived me about 504 plans and didn’t discuss any issues with me, told my daughter she was faking, the therapist clearly doesn’t have enough experience to know that people show their depression and anxiety in different ways and should know better than to compare one client to another. This therapist actions have made my daughter question if her feelings are valid and have damaged her healing process. Steer clear of For All Seasons.

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I compare mental health providers in Maryland?
When comparing providers in Maryland, consider location relative to where you live or work, the specific services offered, levels of care available (such as outpatient, intensive outpatient, or inpatient), therapy approaches used, conditions treated, hours of operation, whether a website is available, accreditation status, and reviews when listed. Not all details are available for every provider, so it can help to check each facility listing directly.
What should I ask before contacting a provider in Maryland?
Before reaching out to a provider, it helps to know what you are looking for. Consider asking about current appointment availability, accepted insurance plans and self-pay or sliding-scale options, whether telehealth appointments are offered, which specific services are currently active, and whether the provider has experience treating your particular concern. Availability and services can change, so confirming details directly with the facility is recommended.
Are all services listed on Mental Health US available at every facility?
No. Services vary by facility and may change over time. The information shown in each listing reflects what was available when the record was created or last updated. Always confirm current service availability, hours, and intake procedures directly with the provider before visiting or calling.
Can I find both mental health and substance use treatment providers in Maryland?
Yes. Mental Health US includes Maryland providers that offer mental health services, substance use treatment, or both. You can use the available filters to narrow results by treatment needs, or review individual facility pages for more detailed information about the services and conditions each provider treats.
What if I cannot find the right provider in my city?
If you do not find a suitable provider in a specific city, try broadening your search by browsing all Maryland providers using the statewide view, or use the filter dropdowns to search by condition treated, therapy type, or level of care without entering a specific city. You can also browse nearby city pages to see providers in surrounding communities.
