I am behind on my meds despite making my appointments. Had to have my primary doc prescribe Pristiq. Donald is cool, but I need automatic refills if I'm making my scheduled appointments. Missing 3 days of Pristiq is incredibly dangerous. Having seizures and no one seems to care.

I had a great experience at Sun's Rehab Unit - good food( 3 meals a day, breakfast is awesome, plus plenty of snacks), you get plenty of breaks to go outside and toss football, walk outside, etc. You are allowed to use your phone twice a day for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon which is a plus, they give you nice clothes or shoes if you forgot to bring any or don't want to pull the strings out of your clothes, the unit is pretty clean as well as the rooms and bathrooms, you can ask for earplugs to help you sleep, they have plenty of different board games, puzzles, cards to play when not in a group session, on TV they have HBO max, Netflix, Amazon prime, cable, you name it they got it, the group sessions and recreational sessions are fun and very educational. You learn a lot of valuable info, the instructors Wade and Nick are awesome, they know what they are talking about, they bring in Life Learning Center out of Covington to help you find jobs or training for trade jobs and can help people get their life back together by starting with the basics( getting you a new license, social security card, etc.) they also will help you find a sober living place to live, or a long term rehab facility if needed. And they will even arrange you a ride to get you there. The reason why Sun doesn't have the best reviews is because their are 8 total units/departments in the whole hospital, and most are psychiatric patients or detox patients who are forced to be there and don't want to be there, and don't care about changing or wanting help. So they give bad reviews because they are mad at the world or life in general, or are mentally handicapped. Their rehab unit is voluntary after detox. After getting out of detox for a couple of days, Dr. Alvarez( head doctor at Sun and very knowledgeable man who tells you how it is), asked me to do the rehab program along with Nick, I agreed and then spent the next 15 days in rehab and graduated the program and got a certificate. I very much enjoyed my stay, the nursing staff is great and very accommodating, they will help you with anything you need- just ask, you get good meds and are well taken care of, Skylar is awesome, doesn't sugarcoat anything she tells you, listen to what she says because she is extremely knowledgeable. The other really good and friendly nurses are Melissa, Sarah, Beth, Will, and Tyler. The nurse practitioners Trisha and Brent check in with you every day- very professional and are very friendly, nice, and accommodating. Shout out to the great MHT's ( Mental health technicians) Melissa, Ted, Shawn, Amanda, Hailey, and Kealei. They are all very nice, intelligent, and helpful people and will get you whatever you need and give you great advice. Ted gives a killer good and very interesting group session in the evenings where you talk about a wide variety of subjects. The guy is super smart.

This place loved me back to life and helped me become the woman and mother I am today!! Most importantly they helped me find a relationship with Jesus Christ my lord and savior!!

As the receptionist at The Oaks Behavioral Health, I have the privilege of being the first person to welcome our patients each day. From the moment they walk through our doors, my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they feel safe and valued.

My husband went to this facility twice. I spent so much time trying to get him clean, and he was when he was released. He came home on a Wednesday, the following Saturday we woke up to find him dead. Originally the coroner thought it was a heart attack, but over a month later, it was determined that he died from a mixture of prescription medications. Everything in his system at the time of death was legal and prescribed to him by the Isaiah House. Very disappointed that a place like this would do this. To everyone struggling out there, there is hope and better places

I can't say enough good things about this therapy office. It's a place where you truly feel seen and heard. The care, patience, and professionalism shown here have made a huge difference in my life. My therapist, Macie, is absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive, and truly perfect at what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares. The owner, Kristie, has built something really special, growing a small practice into a trusted and thriving space that now serves surrounding counties. If you're nervous about starting therapy, this is truly a wonderful place to begin!

I requested a pad for my bed after changing into the gown, while waiting in same day surgery. The Doctor had me do a cleanse and I still had some leakage. The nurse said no, this is a hospital and we have seen it all.. I thought that was strange. I did stay the night. I had excellent nurses and care. Due to the colon cleanse I didn't sleep the night before surgery. After settling into my room , I finally fell asleep at 2 am. At 4 am a lady came in turned on all lights shocking me awake. The nurse then said the lab is here to take blood. No one had told me at 2 lab would come at 4. Due to difficult veins I have to drink lots of water before a draw. I told her would have to drink water first. So I stayed up until 7 for the draw. It is very rude to come into a dark room where a patient is asleep and abruptly turn on all lights. Surely the lab can do better than this. Training in manners might help. The nurse was by my bed to tell me when the lab person barged in and turned on all lights. Let the nurse wake the patient and let them know what's going on. All in all good experience. Just be considerate.

The lady I spoke with was not great. Involved her personal life in my session and even cried about her family. Im all for empathy, and I feel bad for her but that’s insanely unprofessional for a therapist.

Pretty great environment for many different types of people they really helped me out last year when I had no where to go and I need extra help with ways to cope with struggles of my own and I left with the knowledge of what a great schedule and mindset really looks like and how to deal with whatever life really throws at you and has led me to get caught up in school and even pursuing my own career in martial arts on the way to graduation and the finding of my own foster family since then -isaac adderhold

Emerald therapy in Murray is amazing. They have done so much for my daughter. They truly are caring people especially whenever we found out my daughter has epilepsy. Especially Mrs. Anita I don’t know what we would do without her she is truly amazing person and is very passionate about her job.

I've gone to quite a few therapist as a young adult and This has been the best facility for mental health by far I've come across. So far Damond Houston has helped me address hang ups in my life mentally. Damond is a great listener with even better gift to give input and advice with a unique but effective perspective's that help the individual redirect negative thoughts and patterns to more positive outlooks. I will continue to come to this Location because of people like Damon Thank you Lumera! ☀️

Just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing orthopedic clinic, Dr. Klein and the surgical group (anesthesiologist also) on the fourth floor. Had a knee scope yesterday and they were very professional and made me feel at ease. My knee already feels better!! Wish I could list by names, but everyone I dealt with was amazing. Thank you very much!!

I entered the Morton center on orders by my employer, came out better than I thought I could ever feel! Feel free and able to handle situations now. Iop was a very good learning tool. The staff at the center are best in the business. I was helped by all parties not just one person. Thank you for allowing me to be in recovery because of your center!

At first I didn’t even think I would get anything out of this program base on how I thought about life before, Discharging today feeling confident and capable. Taylor helped me build a “toolbox”of anger management skills that I know will help me long after our sessions end. It’s hard to find someone you can be 100% honest with, but Taylor made it easy. Their warmth and validation made even the toughest conversations feel manageable. I always felt heard and respected thanks to the Brook.

This is a great place...I know a young woman who this place changed her life they gave her the help she needed ...they helped her get off drugs...they have went far beyond to help her be the person she is today...someone believing in you goes a long ways...for all those people out there who thank they can't get off drugs and know one cares...newhope cares...recovery starts when you care enough about yourself to take that step in the right direction and get the help you need....new hope will give you that help

I cannot say enough about the care I receive from Jerry Lewis, APRN, PMHNP. From the very beginning, it was clear that he genuinely cares and makes sure you feel heard, supported, and understood. Finding someone who treats you like a whole person instead of just a patient is rare, and I feel so fortunate to have found that here. I am deeply grateful for the whole team from Tracy at the front desk to Sarah my counselor. I appreciate everyone!
