I am so thankful to the entire staff of AIHS 💗 my boyfriend from Hopi needed access to care, and Dr. Mensa and the nurses provided compassionate and friendly support to both of us! Dr. Mensa’s bedside manner is so warm, thoughtful, friendly, intelligent, and empathetic. He was able to get a checkup and his medications refilled, and was really impressed with how Dr. Mensa gave thorough care during his visits. The nurses are very personable and caring, the front desk staff members are friendly and helpful, and the security guard is really nice. Thank you AIHS for providing care while he is away from home! 💕
This place saved my life. I owe everything I have to the people here that made my recovery journey possible. From coming in and only thinking I would stay for 14 days I’m proud to say I completed 110 days of program and sobriety here. From therapists to clinical staff, they made the light turn on and got me to have multiple lightbulb moments which allowed me to walk out a different person and have the skills and routine necessary to continue down the road of recovery. If you are struggling with drugs or alcohol I would highly recommend picking up the phone and getting in asap it was the best decision I’ve ever made and this place has truly changed my life. Again can’t recommend this place enough if you are struggling these people will get you to the other side!
Everyone here at Ascension Illinois was very kind, polite and patient with us, treating us like highly-valued patients. Everyone from th e doctor to the phlebotomist was very personable.
We used Josselyn for family and (my brother for) individual therapy more than twenty years ago (14 yo and 9 yo).
This place is great, me and my children attend to see counselors who are certified and help us overcome obstacles to live a happier healthier life.
My provider I was seeing for over a year left the company unexpectedly. When she did, I instantly saw a change within the office staff. Very unprofessional, lack empathy, communication and lack of positive redirection on getting another provider within the company. They just threw me with anyone. (I gave it a try), I attended the appointment with the new provider and instantly felt a bad energy. I did not like anything about the appointment or provider. I reached out to the office via Spruce app and requested a new provider and a lady named Mary had the nerve to tell me I cannot switch my provider. WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME I CANNOT SEE SOMEONE ELSE WHEN I DO NOT LIKE THE CURRENT PROVIDER?!? Absolutely NOT ME. I wouldn't recommend Zoelife to anyone. Keep looking, you deserve better! Some companies just care about the money and not the people...... Just keep looking

I was there and was fortunate to get into and no rehab is perfect, but for me it was what I needed. Chris and Martin were great im my rehab and journey to recovery. I'm still in contact with them and others who are clean and sober
After three unsuccessful attempts at another outpatient program, we opted to try Compass. From day one they had new diagnosis' that were life changing. These new diagnoses meant the entire treatment plan would be different that previously. This also meant different medications which quickly became life changing. The involvement in the staff was truly heartwarming. You could feel them rally behind her and authentically care about her wins. She left there completely reformed, aware of her self, eager for going back to school and grateful for her whole team. I see a mature young adult in this 16 year old now with a positive outlook on her future for the first time in four years.
I'd give them 5 stars but I just called there 12 times and each time I got the same routine, no matter what extension I pressed or what number I called. This was all a waste of time. There's no one to call if I need anything. I know it's the phone's cause everyone there is very nice.

You can't have access to your full medical records. They have to be sent to a new Dr or you have to pay hundreds of dollars so there isn't a way to even see if the information being provided is accurate or not, the treatments you've had or your diagnosis.
We contacted Aspire over a month ago. We set up our insurance and created an account for our daughter to begin therapy. Despite having made several appointments, they have all been cancelled by Aspire. (Once it was was as late as two and a half hours before our scheduled appointment and then a no-show from them this morning. We were there, but the door was locked. No one would answer the door bell, our knocking, or answer either of the phone numbers on the door.) When no one responded to us this morning, we left and emailed Aspire asking them to shred our insurance cards and personal information. I then received a text message almost two hours after appointment time from the therapist stating that they had overslept. If you cannot get us in after 4 weeks of cancelled appointments, then we will be looking elsewhere. This is not helping our daughter's mental health.
I have been going to Dr. Pandian for about 3 years and the experience has been extremely consistent. He elaborates his thoughts and ideas very well to ensure that you understand exactly what he is saying or planning. You can tell how much he cares about not only this field, but also his patients. I personally have never had an issue with the front desk and have only had very friendly/genuine encounters. Keep up the phenomenal work.

I have only been a patient for a short time, but I’m going to need to find a new doctor. They’ve canceled multiple appointments on me when I need appointment they can’t find time to fit me in. They seem good when I’m there, They just seem too busy and an overload of patients

The billing practices at this clinic are sloppy and poorly managed. Across multiple visits, they repeatedly billed Medicare using a telehealth facility fee (Q3014) that does not apply to at-home telehealth appointments. Medicare denied these charges every time due to “incorrect information,” yet the clinic continued submitting the same incorrect code without fixing it. This created unnecessary confusion in my billing, including inconsistent charges and unclear patient responsibility. Instead of correcting the issue, the billing department dismissed concerns and attributed everything to my deductible, ignoring the repeated claim errors. Patients should not have to audit their provider’s billing or chase down mistakes that are clearly avoidable. Repeatedly submitting incorrect billing codes without correction suggests a lack of oversight or attention to Medicare billing requirements. Also the billing department is rude.

Helped me with some serious dental work. The absolute best, most professional team I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
