We are very happy with the help Imagine gave our daughter! Everyone was very caring and helped our daughter with her struggles. We were so blessed to have had Deana as our therapist. She and our daughter worked so well together and Deana gave her so many tools, care and invested in her overall mental health and struggles. We feel blessed to have found Imagine Health center and Deana!

I wish I had started using Ignite Idaho’s drop-in child care way sooner! I’m pregnant and have to travel from Council to McCall multiple times a month for appointments. My three year old was always into everything at the appointment, which made those trips really stressful. I finally decided to try Ignite Idaho, and it was such an amazing experience for both me and my daughter. She got to play and have fun while I was able to relax at my doctor’s appointment and even run into the grocery store without worrying about her taking everything off the shelves. It truly made life so much easier! I’m so grateful for this service! Will definitely be using more often.

Christina is the absolute best counselor I’ve seen. She deeply cares about her clients and is very patient (even when u interrupt her constantly, sorry again). She has helped me so much in the short time I’ve been with her, more then any of my previous counselors combined. She’s understanding when life gets in the way, and will welcome you back with open arms if u take a little break. I recommend her every chance I get.

They are dedicated to each individual. When it's your turn to visit with your physician or therapist they treat you like you're very important and don't pressure you to hurry. They listen and address all of your concerns. Carey Crill has changed my life. I have been seeing her since 2008/2009. I am truly blessed to have her in facility in my life! Thank you everyone!

Dr. Brassell was amazing with treating my husband who had a kidney stone removed. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole procedure go as smooth as possible. Misty, the surgical nurse, was the best. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and made us feel at ease. The day couldn’t have gone any smoother. The picture was my view from the waiting room. The VA hospital has a canteen for coffee, snacks and food.

I love my CBRS worker but I keep trying to reschedule my CDA appointment because I missed my appointment due to my newborn baby needing my attention and I forgot and ive been leaving messages to give me a call back and havnt received anything, the funny part is they told my CBRS worker that they tried to call me back, but my call log says other wise, she cant meet with me until I get this done, I’ll have to try again tmrrow but I really need them to actually call me back, its hard to deal with when your trying to finish school and take care of a 3 week old 😠

This place is awful!!. Don't go there! Not a treatment facility but more of a baby sitter for probation and parole. They do not care about you and your recovery. I know because I was there. Didn't help me at all. I did it in my own and have been sober for over ten years. Find help anywhere but here.

Nikole Rios, very unprofessional! At least based off of one scenario….. My wife was taking a parenting class through zoom at home. I was in the room with her doing a few things, completely unaware that it had to be “private and confidential!” Nikole could have stated that or made sure she was alone but no. Instead, I had to leave the room for a different reason, and come back and get my stuff and in quite a rude tone….”HELLO, WHO ARE YOU? WHY ARE YOU BOTHERING MY STUDENT?” When I was popping in and out. I’ll be honest, exchanged a few words back and fourth but doesn’t matter, I find that very unprofessional again considering she could have asked if she was alone and I’m sure I’m being labeled as the bad guy but I don’t care. She could have done her job better.

I’m have always been happy with Jarrod Crump as my doctor, he has been wonderful. However I have had a few issues now with the other staff at MAP. The most recent one being I was given the silent treatment on the phone just now. I was supposed to have an appointment on Tuesday at 9, I called Monday morning to cancel that appointment. Today (Wednesday) I received a call that I “missed” my appointment. When I called to make sure that I would not get a late fee because I did cancel that appointment I was informed that I missed the cancel deadline of 24 hrs. I called Monday at 10, making it 23 hours before. I understand that I am technically under the time limit for canceling but I respectfully asked it to be taken off anyway since it was a Monday, I could not call the precious days (weekend) and missed calling them when they opened my an hour. I was met with the silent treatment. I kept explaining my case in hopes she would say something on the other end. She said nothing. I even left some silent time to see if she was just thinking or checking something. Nope she simply wasn’t talking to me. It felt very unprofessional, I finally just said ‘okay thank you bye’ and she answered, thanking my for calling and told me to have a good day. I would have liked her to say something even if it was refusing my request. It all left me very frustrated, with a late fee and costumer service that wouldn’t talk to me. I have also had experiences where I called billing many times to pay my invoice over the phone and didn’t receive any call backs until I called 4 times. I tried to pay at the counter one day and was told to just pay later, but then no one would answer the phone or call me back after my message. These are all separate experiences, however all together I don’t feel I can recommend this place based on the costumer service. I have been frustrated and ignored more than once and would recommend some training in these regards.

This place is really great!! They were able to see me in an extreme time of need. I was in a full-blown manic episode when I was in. We’re talking, taking pictures off of the walls and being super disruptive and frustrated cause I hate taking meds. and they were able to make the on boarding process effortless I sat in a quiet room alone with my wife until the doc was able to squeeze me in. Chelsea at the front is OUTSTANDING and a phenomenal multitasker! Dr Sally was extremely kind and respectful and honoring of my mental state and saw me in a way that made me feel safe and cared for. I am extremely grateful for this place! You will be well taken care of when you choose this place! Yes there are things that can be improved upon like any mental health facility. And, the most important part, being well taken care of free from judgement, is spot on here

Mountain states chemical dependency is a very well out patient treatment center I loved the fact that I was not judged and I felt the staff had compassion and really showed that they cared about me as an individual and wanted me to succeed. I suggest going there if you need treatment they are fun and they do really care

Kai is the best!! My son attended Molly and Me and our experience was wonderful. We made so much progress, we always felt heard and understood. I am so thankful, and recommend their services.
