Dr. Squires & Staff are adept, helpful, flexible and prompt assisting me, whether in scheduling, taking vitals, diagnosing & creating my health plan, refilling prescriptions. I always feel seen and heard...and I appreciate it!

I have a loved one here, and has been before. This place is not helpful at all for, it is like a cult & has been absolute hell for me to deal with. Rehabs are not supposed to be fun. You’re not teaching your people to learn to handle their addiction, you’re having them have free excursions and pizza parties. Calling each other a “brotherhood” is extremely cultish. You guys enable the hell out of the addict & make us that want to show tough love & are exhausted of their actions like we’re terrible feeling. Like our feelings don’t matter. Stop taking advantage of the troubled for your own religious agenda & to make them stay to get money in your own pockets. Stop isolating them & making them feel like their bad behavior is justified.

At first I thought this place was awesome. Autumn was an amazing therapist and my biggest advocate. Jesse, however would not listen to her or I. Life was so hard everyday. I told Jesse this repeatedly. I took an adhd test that Autumn gave me. Turns out I probably had ADHD. I gave the test to Jesse and never heard another word about it. I found a different provider and started adhd medication and my life has completely changed. I finally feel "normal". On top of all this they automatically pulled 50 dollars for "late cancel/no show". I cancelled an appointment days in advance. Please proceed cautiously with this place. Jesse also got me dependent on viibryd which I absolutely regret. My trust in Bigfoot is now zero.

At the end of my year with them I was told I was being moved to a waitlist. Had to fill out paperwork as if I was a new client. Never heard a single word back. If you want to drop me as a client for some reason then you should just communicate straightforwardly and do that. No one responds to my emails. Not a single response from the main office. Lack of communication comes off as very unprofessional. I was also promised a certain counselor that I left my last counselor's office for and was given a different counselor than the one I applied to and was promised. Not happy with this place.

Rafael is an amazing counselor who you can really connect with and work on your goals together. He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their wellness. I highly recommend him and his clinic.

Alisha Boyce is awesome. gateway counseling is the best. Going here is definitely helping me with my recovery process. I would highly recommend gateway counseling to anyone.

Went here looking for a new PCP. I suffer from extreme anxiety attacks and have been taking the same rescue meds for 13 years without issue. I was 100% honest during the appointment and now feel like I was bait & switched and my privacy was invaded. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very poor service, no contact information no return calls or emails no one knows what anyone else is doing, including councilor's. Complete disregard for people who need help. Not even a receptionist to ask a simple question. Very unprofessional, they don’t even deserve one star. 0 is more like it.

I have been going here for 4 years. I have been able to work through so many different things that no other counselor has been able to help me get through. They have EMDR therapist that have helped me overcome a lot of my PTSD. Thanks for being direct when needed but also kind and caring.

The only negative experience I have had here was a small billing issue over 2 years of being here. My wife and I have experienced no serious issues (as one reviewer seems to insist), and have been welcomed and accommodated for our odd schedules. They are spectacular.

Anonymous name for privacy reasons but I cannot say accurately convey how appreciative I am of Life Path. I called during a moment of crisis where I didn’t know where to turn. At first, it seemed as if they weren’t able to help immediately but the front desk receptionist went above and beyond to see what she could do to get me in with someone. Not only is the front desk lady (I think her name is Marcy) but their med management team is phenomenal. Aaron truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to try and help his patients. I am forever grateful for the care I received.

My counselor creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I can be completely open. She an attentive listener who provides insightful perspectives that have truly helped me navigate a difficult period. I am so impressed with Nichole’s organization and professionalism. She manages all the moving parts of my case—from scheduling to documentation—with total ease. Her ability to explain complex processes clearly made a stressful situation much more manageable.

He is professional, grounded, and truly invested in helping his clients grow. Even though I no longer work with him, I deeply appreciate the impact he made and the tools he helped me develop. Moonlight Mountain has been an amazing experience. I highly recommend this facility for people who are seeking recovery for addiction and alcoholism. I am halfway through the program and feel that I will be successful. I know that there are options for additional classes if I feel the need after I graduate.

The staff here are amazing. They really care and will do what they can to help you. If you don't click with your therapist, they can find a better match for you. Love it here!
