Management is terrible, I noticed they delete some negative reviews, they sent me home without my ID, told me that they sent it in the mail, but I never received it. Every person who was in the program when I was there has relapsed since leaving, every single person I know that was there says it does not work. Don’t go here unless you wanna waste $30,000 just to deal with petty staff members. They pick favorites and restrict your phone access if they don’t like you, if they do like you, they give you your phone more. They also refused to let me use my nicotine patches, but would provide me with cigarettes and nicotine vapes, so I was unable to quit nicotine while I was there, even though I had doctor prescribed nicotine patches that I brought with me, but they wouldn’t let me use them. Every person who was there got their phone their last day, but when it was time for me to get my phone, they refused to let me have it so I wasn’t able to arrange transportation.

I had a group meeting this afternoon with Dametreus as the facilitator. I've honestly got to say. It's been the most helpful part of my program here. He's very open, understanding and takes the time to get to know each of us as a person not an addict. Thank you Ken Seleey and May God bless .

My wife came here at literally the most vulnerable time of her life seeking to constructively address her trauma, have her behavior observed and medications adjusted accordingly. As is the case in many mental health programs, the staff was disturbingly unqualified, unprofessional, and were generally indifferent whenever she voiced a need in terms of her physical or emotional well being. Look at their mannerisms and demeanor I wouldn't be surprised if half of them are popping the pills they're supposed to give the patients. Any time my wife would bring up a negative or intense emotion, it was the same response: Stuff it down or, here, take this pill. Oh, and the house is disgusting. Stained carpets, dust, flies, mold smell. It's gross. Reminded me of a haunted house. That they charge people thousands of dollars a week to stay here is criminal. Stay away if you want to actually help your mental health and not make it worse.

Love Dr Phillips. Patient support is terrible. Nobody returns calls and trying to reach someone is virtually impossible. I left a detailed message with the operator to have someone call me back regarding changing appointment dates and and returning much needed information from the specialty CVS pharmacy, not the ordinary CVS pharmacy. They reached out to acquire the information from Dr Phillips office February 10th and have yet to receive it.

I have a great respect for the people I have worked with at community solutions. They are all wonderful, if a little diva-esque. I have been working with them for 2 or 3 years and have had nothing but great results. I can say nothing but thank you.

I’m not the type to leave reviews but the experience I had here was lifechanging in ways I never thought possible. I want as many people to experience this as possible. My therapist, Nicole was amazing and she really individualized my sessions. I learned so much from her. Same from the other therapist, Hannah. The technicians also were amazing. Aly and Erin really helped me. I can’t say enough good things about Discocery. They gave me my life back. I cake in and left a whole different person

If you want to come to Felton please read this. Now that I've had months to process everything. I'm here. I was at Felton last year for about 6 months. Started out normal, got my therapist and a psychiatric nurse(I think?). I have to say the best part was probably Yelice. She would work with me, and we'd try different meds. Roxanne my therapist was genuinely helpful in some ways. One thing I will note is that Roxanne went against the contract, I have no emergency contacts and not only searched my files SEPARATE from Felton but reached out to dang near everyone. I was fine 🤔. I asked for another therapist and was actually called by Sidney (the manager?)that they would not provide one and it's actually time to leave Felton because I don't qualify(location). What's crazy is I made this CLEAR when I enrolled and they signed me up. They kicked me out the door when I complained they broke their own terms? I just want to say, I have multiple disorders, and lots of problems. At that time when they let me go I was not safe to let go, but they did(kinda contrary to their "beliefs"). It's hard, but I can actually say I'm enjoying some things in life now, I can feel sometimes :). I only went here because my old psychiatrist and therapist were confident in Felton. I described to my old therapist my first impression of Felton was a 2 star motel and I should have listened to my gut. It almost cost me my life. If you want REAL help, with REAL people? Please go one life counseling in redwood city. They are non profit, and CARE about you. Sidney, you and roxanne are a bunch of punks, and roxanne I know you want me to call you something bad to make you feel better, but I'm still not that kinda person. Please beware anyone interested in Felton. Do better Roxanne. Sidney is a manager and broke rules, and looked other ways.

I have been here multiple times and it has always been incredibly helpful and helping me out with what I needed most.

Oswald Vargas👎 You go through the whole program then he drops you at the end then you gotta start over no explanation nothing... There's alot of people saying the same thing. There's a problem. Ima get to the bottom of this because this is ridiculous when people trying to get there life together and this a****** drops you for nothing. Oswald is unprofessional!!!!!

I have no stars at all for this thp but to post my review it will only let me pick a star . it sucks they tell you how to spend your money and may kick you out with no where to go and are very strict . They have favorites and not very helpful with your journey as being a young adult if you’re a foster youth I don’t recommend this program for anyone .

Tarzana Treatment Center saved my life. Got me housing. Improved the quality of my life immensely. The counselors act like they really care about you and couldn't imagine ever having a different doctor now. Can't say enough good things about T.T.T.

The Evolve program made a positive impact on our entire family. Glad that we were able to partner with Evolve to achieve satisfactory results.

This is a place to find center and face issues that might be bringing you into crisis ( nobody ever said that is easy or comfortable) if you need to heal you can start here by facing perhaps the hardest time of your life and using the tools allotted to you.

I have come to realize with help, I'm in control! Everyone here from Chuck to Jessica, Edwin and all of the Social Workers and nursing staff have helped prepare me for life! Tangible tools, group sessions, being vulnerable, learning to listen to myself. These have all made me a different person! Therapy works! Making time for yourself is not selfish, and I had to learn that! I now am more equipped than I have ever been to face any obstacle! If you are afraid to get help, don't be. Find what is right for you! This entire experience has opened my eyes to seeing MYSELF differently! I have changed and I'm not defined by my mistakes. I am a soul with a body, not a body with a soul!

Once upon A Time...I WAS THERE for A Fortnight AS well as AN Additional Night...Between February 28th until March 15th of 2011...Long Story Short...I WAS Treated Well...And What I Liked about "THIS LITTLE CABIN-MINI MANSION IN THE WOODS"...Was it was Right Across from A Little Petting Zoo...AS well as UP THE Hill from DON CASTRO REGIONAL PARK...VERY MUCH COMFORTABLE INDEED...

I never felt wanted. I stayed a year and then left. I can tell that several of the people there didn't like me. One of the people saw me as an angry person and the worst thing that can happen to a client is to be seen as someone negative and not nice to be around. Last thing I wanted to be was that so I left. Let them have their nice place without me.

Here from October 2022 - August 2024. If you’re not from this county they don’t really care for you. They will prioritize their counties children first. I’m a foster youth from alameda county and I had benefits that I was supposed to receive, and their staff laughed in my face and did not want to help me. The staff that laughed at me was Lyndsey, a young man and a horrible coach, and Ms. jess who doesn’t work there anymore. Rebecca lied and protected her staff because that’s all she could do. They told me not to judge people from your past experiences, but that’s exactly what they did to me. I had an apartment waiting for me to occupy and they did not want to help me with transportation, instead laughed and said I never had it. When I called my housing navigator in Alameda, she told me they gave it to the person next in line who was after me since I couldn’t occupy the unit. They laughed in my face even more and teased me that I didn’t get it. I had another program have a third party subsidy willing to pay for an apartment for a year, a staff was jealous because she didn’t have her own apartment and told Rebecca that she felt like I wasn’t ready. Rebecca sided with her staff and did something she knew was against her rules, which was prioritize staff over client. She cut off transportation and said she felt that it wasn’t fair that I had these opportunities and no one else in the house didn’t. I cried that day, because I was getting older without taking advantage of the opportunities I had. She blamed me for my attitude but they judged me from the first day, I wasn’t a problem until staff stopped me from my dreams and goals because of other participants. That’s one thing you never do, because all our lives are separate, and as a program that’s something you never do. This program needs new staff that actually care, and would never laugh and tease participants. They also used manipulation because I had no one to back me up. When I first arrived they didn’t wanna help or talk to me, telling me that I needed to stay in my room before and after work, that I couldn’t be in the common areas. I would say this program is supposed to be for me to use, and they would argue that it wasn’t. Until some time later on they flipped it and started saying that to me once I had given up. Shouldn’t have staff that hold someone back because of other participants.If you read this Rebecca, and Lisa, you both should let people that actually care take your spots.

Wonderful, caring staff. Truly. I appreciate everything they did for me during my stay. Groups were very interactive and diverse. The facility was clean. Dr. B is so kind, and really listens to you. Unfortunately, I no longer meet the criteria to stay, which was not their fault. I'd have liked to stay longer, however I understand and I have some great information and referrals. I feel as though they are a bit understaffed, which is an issue everywhere in the mental health field, but they really did their best!! I hope they can find some great volunteers or hire some additional staff to help them out! Imet some pretty great people there too, I truly learned all lot from the staff, as well as a few of the patients.
