The staff is amazing! My child loves to go to the sessions. I'd give it a 5 star but the BH front desk personnel is lacking professionalism and the kids play area is not very clean.

Warning! I was a client with cope at this location, when I lost my access they COMPLETELY cut me off from my councilor and my doctor and was not able to even leave a simple email or voice-mail due to me not being a client or insured. The only good thing about this location is the genoa office inside, even when cope cut me off they gave me a discount for me when I had to pay out of pocket for my medicine. I recommend you chose another place if you are worried about your access being deactived.

Unfortunately, we spent a lot of time setting up this service for our daughter, but we were cancelled and had scheduling changes multiple times. When we had the service, it was ok. Then they unilaterally decided to change providers without really letting us know until a month of no-contact and no-scheduling from their side. It seems they lack management and staffing to be able to provide any consistent services to kids in need.

If you need financial assistance, you'll need to borrow money from someone else to pay your fees and dues, because JF&CS takes a very long time to get you the money. That particular department drags their rear ends, they give you the runaround, invalidate your questions concerns and comments, all the while threatening you if you have the audacity to be inquisitive, "...you're more than welcome to apply elsewhere for financial assistance." Tell them you want to pick up the check/monies and to not mail it to the recipient. Pima County sends all their mail to Phoenix, gets routed there, and then returns to Pima County. Checks get stolen and lost because of that. Only use this organization for financial assistance if you absolutely have to.

This office is not for everyone, but for those looking for compassionate and supportive care in a pet-friendly environment, I highly recommend it! My treatments with DSBH have saved my life, and I’ll keep going there as long as I can. The staff is outstanding and I enjoy seeing the animals in the office :)

This experience has strengthened our ties of love and most of all understanding. Without our walk we get together once a week my inability to deal with my deteriorating recognition of reason would have ended our relationship… well at least made it very dark. Once you let go… most likely by bawling your eyes out!! We are never to old to find the right direction!! Thank you LL we love you!! T/J

This is by far the worst staff I have ever came in contact with. They are rude and condescending. The fact that they work with children is beyond scary. The doctors are wonderful. I’m pretty sure they are unaware of the staffs negligence on Patient’s behalf. I will take this up with the city mayor.

Had called prior to make an appointment . Was told that it was walk in availability’s only and that an appointment was not needed. Double checked with the lady if she’s sure and that if I come in without an appointment I would be seen. She reassured me and said yes, there is availability’s for that day and to just walk in. Drove such a long way just to get told I needed an appointment. Very horrible rude staff. Tried to speak to a manager but she was apparently not there. Please hire someone who will not misinform patients. I’m sure I’m not the first that this has happened to and it is very upsetting to see how unprofessional my own Tribes health clinic runs. My health and everyone else’s is very important just for this clinic to be so careless.

Unprofessional! Pros: This office is very nice and conveniently located. Hence the reason for 2 stars and not 1. Cons: The front desk staff is very unprofessional. They sit there gossiping and texting while you stand there. I had to go up to the desk several times before being waited on. The staff going in and out of the office act like they don't want to be there. Very lazy behavior. At my intake appointment, I was asked a few questions and told that I needed to return in a week for an intake appointment. What? Why did I have to return to do the same thing? Prior to leaving I asked if I had any paperwork to complete so I could have it ready for my next appointment. I was told there would be no paperwork. Unfortunately, I arrived at my next appointment and low and behold this lady hands me a complete packet of forms to complete. How in considerate. Especially for those of us that are physically disabled. I was so upset because I was blind sided. In addition, three people were at the front desk going on and chit-chatting about absolutely nothing. I want you to know that if you do decide to utilize the services at this location then be prepare for unprofessional individuals that will blind side you with a ton of paperwork. In addition, you will wait longer than your allotted time for no reason as well. I wasn't even assigned a particular person. I had to watch the intake person go around asking if someone was available to do an intake on me. Ugh... so frustrated!

Such an unprofessional facility. They blamed us for not going to our “appt” that we didn’t yet schedule. Then when we kept trying to get in contact with them they gaslit us into saying we didn’t contact them and they were the ones trying to contact us. Gaslit us into saying that we’re the ones in the wrong. In take person sounded high and had no idea how to talk to our kid who was having the worst time and didn’t bother trying to talk professionally with us either. So don’t waste your time. They’re a bunch of clowns.
