Because of the insurance I had, the interaction with just inquiring about services could be discouraging and hurtful to someone who is looking for services. She may be a good provider for the privileged, but biases so openly displayed are harmful and contribute to the destructive stereotypes

I have not had the best experience with this place. Having a loved one in a facility is already hard enough. I signed up for full access and to keep communication open. I have yet to receive any of this. My loved one had an emergency in this facility and had to be rushed to the hospital I was not notified from the facility till 45 mins after the incident. Which at that time I had already known about it from the hospital. Knowing that the incident happened due to the negligence of the nurse was even more disappointing. There's so much more unprofessionalism that's happening here. But I'll save that for the company I'll be reaching out to regarding this facility. I hope that if you or your loved one are looking into getting help definitely check around first. You want to be somewhere where you know you'll want to stay and not be distracted by the staff and the chaos. Good luck.

OMG!!! I just want to say how professional the MA is. she calls back when she says she is, always has a solution to my problems . The Front office is the best always friendly they treat you like family. Everyone there is Fabulous.

I was at CFD over 2 years ago. I never had the guts to say that it is a horrible place. Most of the staff did not know how to help people and especially adolescence. Often times the staff would compare us to other kids there, asking us “why can’t you just eat”? Making it not only a safe place to recover but a horrible place to ask for help. Please advocate for yourself and if you have chance don’t go.

My experience with Haven of Scottsdale has been outstanding. The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure both patients and visitors feel comfortable. The level of care provided is truly top-notch, with a focus on meeting the individual needs of each patient. The facility is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Haven of Scottsdale for anyone in need of skilled nursing care!!

Dr. Justin Gardner made my son's day! When we walked in, Justin lit up and engaged with my child in such a way that he immediately dropped his normally reserved shell and started laughing and teasing right back. Overall, visiting Beljan Psychological Services was a useful, quick, and jovial experience for both me and my child.

My fiance and I absolutely love this practice. We have been working with Candy Friedman and John Gossett for a few months and they really have made all the difference. They're not only kind, compassionate people, but also highly skilled therapists. I can't express how grateful I am to have met them both.

Ryan Sheade is as good as it gets in Scottsdale and Phoenix (in my experience). I've been struggling with depression for years. Prior to seeing Ryan, I had very cynical stance on the effectiveness of counseling because I had 5 experiences with other counselors around the valley that provided little-to-no value and ultimately felt like a waste of time and money. Conversely, I legitimately look forward to my sessions with Ryan as he's helped me work through some really complex issues, challenges and misperceptions of my experiences to help me take back control of my life and mental health overall. He's as passionate as one can get about his craft, and genuinely wants to help people more than anything.

Horrible experience. I attemptied twice last year and none of them took me seriously. The therapist Brian tried to turn everything around on me when he was 45 min late to an appointment. The reception yelled “She’s Native American, not Mexican!” Across the waiting room. I had my last straw when the last person to help me said “what’s wrong with your face!?” When I had severe acne. Awful.

The clerk at the phx number was not kind nor helpful. I would not expect them to be able to answer my questions for you. They would not give me an email or number to touch base (probably protocol yet the could have been cordial about it). So here I am reaching out sir...

I had a really positive experience at CODAC’s Cobblestone location. I came in to pick up my medication but ran into a scheduling issue, so my prescription wasn’t ready. I went to the front desk, and the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. They were able to get me in right away to see a provider, who promptly sent over my prescription. From start to finish, everything was handled quickly and professionally—I was able to receive my medication within about 45 minutes. The pharmacy at Genoa was also very helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate how smooth and supportive the entire experience was. Great service and care.

I have been going to the Care Clinic for some time now, my provider is Mistel, she is just wonderful!! I would recommend The Care Clinic to anyone who was in need!! Very caring…. Thx

I am completing N.S.R. Today. For some one who has been to 4 states and more treatment programs then anyone I know. I can honestly say N.S.R. is hands down the best I have been too. All the the staff genuinely care, there compassion and effort towards excellence is beyond reproach. Special thanks to De-Jaun one of the techs, who went above and beyond for more countless times. An always told me what I needed to here. I'd also like to thank Steven and Reed for giving me not one two but three chances. I could not finish this without thanking my therapist. She had a very unorthodox way of helping, her heart was in the right place the whole time. An in the end I left my house with a much more positive relationship with the men I lived with. Dr. Davis is incredible. My girls are recovering from RSV and he's been caring for them daily. Truly caring and knowledgeable. My girls are very comfortable here. Love it, thank you to all the staff for caring for my girls.

Going to Prescott house to get support for my addiction was a game changer and life saver. I went for my gambling addiction back in July of ‘24 and never gambled again. Bobby had a genuine warmth that immediately made me feel safe sharing my story and created a desire within me to want to be better for myself and for my family. He has an emotional stability and a way to create rapport that made everything easier to face during a time in my life that was just Yuck. I loved every moment at the Prescott house and am so grateful to Bobby and their staff for the continual and ongoing support. Brian

This place is embarrassing. They are quite literally a center for addicts and mental health. Yet I was referred here and it’s been weeks, perhaps over a month now without being reached out to. I’ve reached out 2, 3 times now to try and schedule and keep getting told “we will have someone call you back.” They haven’t done so. I will be having the VA rescind my referral here. What a joke. Save yourself the heartache and get your care elsewhere.

I’ve tried therapist before with either no success or they just made my issues worse. I am SO glad I decided to try again and went with Transitions! My therapist, Tess, is AMAZING - she actually listens to me, provides helpful tips, is extremely supportive, and is actually hilarious, too, which I love. I’ve been using Transitions for about 3 months now and it’s already made a HUGE difference in my life. 10/10 would recommend for everyone!
