This is the best place I have ever been to for my mental health. They are so caring and compassionate. I highly recommend them.

This is a amazing clinic. From the counselors to the doctor. They go out of their way to help my son. They visit him at school, they even have a team that will even visit your house and do activities with your child to help them learn coping skills, encouragement, help with self esteem issues, and they reward them aswell. I have seen my son go from having such anger every single day, to slowly coming out of his shell and communicating more, and being in better moods. They just give him someone to talk to other than me. Totally recommend this place. Wish there was something like this around when I was growing up.

I’ve been going to Mercy Med since 2021 when we were in the old building, I always appreciated my services especially the emergency services. There’s always going to be a wait even at any hospital. Most importantly the services are top standard.

As the Founder and Director of Insight, Bethany has assembled an amazing team of therapists who are dedicated to helping individuals find their inner strength and live wholeheartedly.

This is a great group of counselors. You need a referral, but I'm so grateful for the opportunity. Kaye is superb. I strongly feel her care for me as a person, and appreciate her insights into my struggles. I've never worked with someone able to help me on as many of my issues as she can. My only regret is not having worked with her 20 or 30 years ago, when I would have benefitted for a longer time.

It was my child visit here. So only time will tell But so far so good the therapist that did our intake today was a really caring understanding and willing to listen to my concerns.. 10/10 recommend

I started seeing Dr. Prestley and CRNP Justin Simpson for a concussion that I sustained in a car accident and they have been incredible! They recommend TMS therapy and it has made a huge difference! Mrs. Patricia, Jasmine, Farris, and the whole TMS team are the most genuine and caring people.

Everyone here was so welcoming and nice! They did an amazing job of explaining each test to me afterwards so that I could fully understand how each exercise helped in identifying a diagnosis. Dr. Spinks was amazing! super friendly and efficient. I really felt like they took me seriously and listened to my concerns. I definitely recommend!

Someone should sue the crisis center and who runs it in Sylacauga for spreading false information and slandering people’s name into the ground when they do not know them or anything about them.

What a great staff and facility! I have a close family member who needed to be sent to the emergency room while I was out of town. Kerry, a Physician’s Assistant, was able to get on the phone with me promptly and give me the information I needed to put my mind at ease. The most important thing was that I could tell he really cared, and above all, that is what we need in our healthcare system. Thank you UAB St Vincents St Clair, and thank you Kerry!

I keep forgetting to do a review!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BILLING DEPARTMENT. I have reached out to them for months now begging for a full detailed statement of my billing account and have never heard back from them. They randomly charged me $145 and never gave me an explanation as to why. They wait to the day you are supposed to be seeing the doctor to spring random “past due balances” on you. Now I just received a random email saying I ow another $50 whenever I already paid my copay last month. I know for a fact there’s absolutely no money owed. The doctors are fine, it’s the customer service
