Always listened to me when i went there. And did everything to help me. Loved talking to Mrs. Belinda and my therapist Melony Miss them so much. Most days I wish I was still living in alabama to talk to them. Bc they helped me more than they know.

Dr. Pope is the best psychiatrist I have had, and I have been seeing psychiatrists for something like 30 years. I started seeing her in 2013 and she was the first to diagnose me correctly. She has never given up on me and she helped me get disability. She listens and she understands what I’m saying. She has always helped me to get medication and has always made sure I was able to have appointments even when I didn’t have insurance or income. Her receptionist is also amazing and never shows annoyance at how often I call or need help, and she always calls me back if it goes to voicemail. I love this doctor and this office and I would be in a very terrible place without them. She also has been a lifesaver to a family member who has dementia. She was suicidal and she is not anymore. Thank you Dr. Pope and Kera.

I have tried to contact the offices for a week straight. I have frustrated myself by calling soooo much and leaving my contact info numerous times. I don't know what else to do. They haven't even TRIED to contact me back. Smh.

I've been seeing Dr. Warren for several years and highly recommend him! He is a very caring and professional Dr who will work with you to face what ever your issues might be dead on.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They do nothing but worsen any mental health conditions you already have. Please stay away and find a doctor who truly cares. I saw Heidi for years and she took good care of me until she got her own practice and decided she no longer cares about certain patients. Another case of a fake doctor.

Remedy Behavioral Health has been a lifesaver. The doctor is knowledgeable and doesn't rush me during appointments. The girls at the front desk are all super friendly. Anytime I have had to call there with a question, they have returned my call and responded the same day. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. I have recommended Remedy Behavioral Health to several people and will continue to recommend them. So grateful to have this asset in our community 💓

My first visit to the “Walk-in” clinic was no good, since they aren’t a walk-in clinic and do not accept patients unless they have an appointment. After making an appointment, I showed up 10 minutes late and they would not see me and charged me the no show fee. They have no problem taking my money without providing services when I need them most.

Great relaxed atmosphere, and his cat is adorable. Dr. Walborn is easy to talk to, has crystal clear communication and has a strict 0 judgement policy that is evident from the moment you start the dialogue.

This review is based only off of a one-time visit. I saw Charles Montgomery and felt he was ineffective at his job and listening to my needs. When I arrived, he handed me a sheet of paper and told me to fill it out without even introducing himself. I had to offer an introduction. This immediately rubbed me the wrong way, but I filled out the sheet. Then as we went over the sheet it felt as if he was more interested in saying what he wanted, than actually listening to what I had to say. I wanted to start to build a long-lasting therapist-client relationship but he didn't really seem interested in listening to anything I had to say. At one point he told me he didn't care about something I wanted to explain.

I went in with back pain. They just said it's muscle spasms and have me muscle relaxer. A week later I had stomach issues and thought I was constipated. I was told to try an enema and sent home. A few days later I wasn't better so I went to medcenter south. I had a bad uti. A the stomach issues could have been avoided had they done a simple urine test. Now I'm having to take antibiotics and mirolax. Lost 9 lbs in a week and they didn't seem concerned. Will never go there again

Was a complete mess when I got there 3 years ago , but love and care and understanding from nurse Bobby Dr brooks and some others I am 3 years clean sober got my whole life on track again. Thank you all at alter pointe for giving me my life back.

I have seen both the counselor and the doctor, both are caring and really seem to have my well being in mind and not just another payment from an insurance company. The front office is top notch and on their game. I lost my mom to covid in 2001 but this team and GOD all mighty has brought some light.

Very nice people but I feel like their schedule on Thursdays are to packed with patients. It's like they don't have time to listen to You. Other than that You couldn't ask for any better people. When I first started going they would listen more. But I think their patient load on Thursday is too many.

Terrible receptionists, they wouldn't even take my insurance information, just told me I had to pay out of pocket, she said "it's not likely they'll pay for it" um why, my insurance tells me they do but you won't even check

Worst hospital ever. The H.R. Department is horrible and extremely greedy. No cameras in the building for safety. For this to be a small hospital that gets donations where is the money going? Because it's not going to pest control, employees, or healthier food options. Hence why the state stays popping up, rats founds dead in the kitchen, not to mention the big cockroaches and baby roaches throughout the building. Dietary can definitely do better with the food choices. Serving nothing but fried chicken, fried fish, fried burritos, fried greenbeans, fries, Diabetes. But they don't care, they only happy when the line is long.And they're collecting money.Quiet as it's kept your employees are tired of eating it.... Ask me how I know..... I might tell a joke , but I'll never tell a lie.... Also I can't name how many times I've come through the ER and been prescribed the wrong medicine for something that wasn't even wrong with me. They will wrongly prescribe you medicine like your a labrat.. And of course. It's to make you come back so you can rack up a bill..... That i'm never gonna pay

Sandra is great but the rest of staff is nosey and stay up in folks business and talk people into doing stuff they really don't want to do would not recommend this place to no unless you want more problems.
