I feel incredibly fortunate to have found my therapist, Amy Ray, at this practice. She is a star. No, wait! 5 out of 5 stars! I'm not exaggerating when I say she helped change my life. With her guidance, I've been able (in less than a year) to increase my ability to manage my emotions(by a degree of literally a thousand percent and I've had my math checked by an MIT professor of mathology so that figure is completely accurate), find effective ways to manage stressful situations, have someone compassionate, warm, and extremely knowledgeable and capable just to talk out my issues with. I really couldn't compliment her enough without first compiling a rough draft on a bullet list of her positive attributes. Call and make an appointment right away. Well? What's the holdup, then?

Love Nurse Kelli, always takes great care of me. Can’t figure out why BCBS will not let me put their care team on as my primary. But i love love the people here and dislike having to go elsewhere.

I’ve never been anywhere quite like this, not your typical psychiatric office. The office vibe is extremely serene and comforting, the staff are absolutely down to earth and in a league of their own. Very understanding, very kind and just very helpful. I could literally hug all their necks everytime I go in. Not one negative thing to say. The best place hands down, wish I could see them for all my medical needs. The drive I make to this office is well worth it.

The counselors here seem to really care about their clients and want the best for them.

The staff is doing much better since a corporate administrator has come on board.

They have excellent service, providers, and a fun lobby that’s kid friendly. Even if I’m running behind the staff is so patient with your appointments. They are patient with your children. The nurses help me when one of my kids are fussy. They just show soooo much love. I love that my provider knows my children by name, he is very informative about their medical needs. He is so understanding. It has the perfect location and I love that it’s not crowded. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PEDIATRIC CLINIC

I am extremely happy with the doctors I have seen at Valley Behavioral Services. They are pleasant & considerate. I see Stephanie & I couldn't ask for her to be any better. However, the office staff are terrible. They do not sound happy to be there or happy to help you whatsoever. I had a conversation with billing today & the lady seemed very bothered by my needing help. So much so that when ending the call she just hung up. No have a good day, bye, nothing. In my opinion, the office staff needs to be revamped. Even when calling in for appointments they truly seem like they hate working there & helping people. I would recommend Valley Behavioral, but just know that the office staff aren't going to show you much respect or concern.

Incredibly helpful counseling. Helped me through a really tough time. Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and insightful. Gave me the resources I needed to work through my challenges. I now feel empowered to take on whatever comes my way. I literally have a new way, a healthier way, of viewing the world. I will be forever grateful for their help.

Alta Pointe has helped my brother tremendously these past four years. The therapist he had the first time he came helped him so much with giving him tools and so many resources. He had recently gotten a new therapist about a few months ago and she is the absolute best. My brother loves going to her and truly enjoys the work they do in their session. My brother always shares with me the resources and advice he gets from each session and the crafts they do haha. Also, the doctor (Dr. Bray) is a real Godsend. My mom and brother loves her so much. She is always going above and beyond for my brother. Thank you guys from my family and I for everything you do! We truly appreciate the work, every resource, tool, advice you have given him so far. It truly helps him so much.

I have a friend that is a patient here and he and I say the staff if Absolutely wonderful they are so caring, as long as I can make it here I will, Family life has Changed my life ❤️.

Great people here.. for the most part. Staff was incredibly helpful. I'd give five stars but came across a few issues. They aren't prepared for food allergies. Couple folks there said I didn't want to eat...cutting my communication off, turned to whisper to their coworkers right infront of me, while being super sarcastic about my food allergies. I get it... but retrain folks on sensitivity about those issues. Also, one nurse...just one, was to busy telling me not to cuss (I was angry because they didn't even have food for me to eat breakfast).... the issue I have w that, is I'm a vet and an adult. As a nurse, you have to remain objective and not get insulted because of one little cuss word. Because she wasn't objective, she didn't address my concerns, and showed a level of apathy that has absolutely no business being in that environment. It's already a struggle and hard enough being autistic, not eating, and not even smokes....and acting like it's not a big deal that as a professional ya stopped being professional the second she focused on that one cuss word I said, without addressing a real concern I have as a person with extreme dietary needs. It already sucks I can't even have bacon or cheese... without people assuming I'm just being picky...or even so worried I cussed to not realize I was just struggling. Yall did however help me stabilize, got me thinking straight, and w a game plan to change my circumstances. Other than that.... highly recommend. Just don't have food allergies when you go...or the center needs to come up with a better game plan to accommodate food allergies on top of everything else going on that landed us to be there to begin w. That nurse didn't even apologize to me....and I had a legitimate concern, but hey, let's gaslight patients. She needs to find another profession if cuss words offend her.

Do not recommend. My wife and I attended for a short period of time. This man is unhealthy - and that is transmitted into the counseling practices in my experience. I don't want to say much more as I don't want to kick a person while they're down. There are much better options in the shoals are far as counseling. Good luck David.

I stopped a 20 year addiction to cocaine and alcohol in November, 2024. After my treatment I was released to Bradford Health Services for "intensive outpatient" classes. Allison Neal and Melissa Wisdom are 2 employees at this facility. I have to say that they show more care and gave more help to me, than anyone in my entire recovery. They truly blessed my walk. And if it wasn't for them, I would have relapsed a couple of times. They need their praise.
