Crenshaw Community Hospital

Located in Luverne, Alabama, Crenshaw Community Hospital offers Inpatient Treatment along with Crisis Intervention, Psychiatric Services, Dual Diagnosis Treatment, and Medication Management. Services address mental health and substance use needs within a single coordinated program.

Clients participate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Therapy, and Group Therapy to address a range of clinical and personal recovery goals. Services are designed to support individuals involved in the criminal justice system and young adults dealing with Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders, Serious Mental Illness (SMI), and PTSD, with services designed to address mental health challenges and strengthen daily functioning.

The clinical service also provides clinical support for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Dedicated programming supports individuals living with HIV/AIDS, survivors of domestic violence, and trauma survivors.

The program also offers suicide prevention services, family psychoeducation, and integrated primary care services as part of a structured transition-planning process integrated throughout the treatment program.
