These people are useless.... they want you to sign your name.... and basically hand all your rights over ... but they have no help. It's impossible getting clean without having a motel room. But they can't give a straight answer on that. Who cares if it's cold or winter or snowing or or or ror or. Btw mental health is fake.

Its absolutely impossible to get someone on the phone. Every time I have called besides one time a receptionist has answered the phone.

Emergence operates in the most unethical, manipulative way I’ve ever experienced in a health care setting. Their counselors and staff are dishonest, violate laws, and treat people with harassment and manipulation. I wish I never would have elected to be in such an abusive environment, and the mental distress they’re continuing to cause is completely unacceptable.
Absolutely highly recommend! The whole process of being able to self refer, for them to get authorization from my insurance, to schedule my first appointment was seamless, quick and easy. The cherry on top is I adore my provider Allie! She is easy to talk with and a great provider that really listens with an empathetic ear. Highly recommend to anyone seeking care. All of the thumbs up! :)

My experience was HORRIBLE!!!! My daughter was approved after answering very sensitive questions. She was told to get a small burn attended to at the doctor (which she did the very next day) we called back the next day to check for bed availability and was told that they lost the intake paperwork. My daughter was discouraged, yet did ANOTHER intake and was told she was still approved and to start calling a 7:30am. to check for an open bed. The next day, she did as they asked. Today, which is day 4, she called back at 7:28am was told to call back because they were in the middle of a shift change. She called back about 30 minutes or so later and was told she should have called back at 7:30. My wife (upset at this point) called, and she was told that they did, in fact, have a bed open. It was then she was told that she couldn't receive help from there because of the small burn even though the doctor classified it as a MINOR burn.

If you have an actual need for medication management, can provide a detailed list of the current medications that have been kept you stable for the past 2 years with verifying records from your previous doctor this place is still too cowardly to accept you as a patient or for that matter to even provide any explanation at all. I am therefore for left to assume they are either committing insurance fraud or you have to be the CEOs daughter to actually get an appointment.
I visited the stabilization center when I was feeling completely down and out, drained by life and super depressed with no one to talk to. I was able to speak with someone who was both compassionate and empathetic. He was also straightforward and direct but in a nurturing way that didn't feel rushed. Very impressed and I am so grateful that Deschutes county provides this service. I was not in a great way and had no one to talk to in my personal life at the time. They not only provided a safe space for me to share some of my journey, but also offered guidance and help in a genuinely compassionate manner with real world solutions and things to try in the meantime to help regulate my emotions.
Shout out to Kyle, who runs a couple different youth groups in different age ranges at LifeWorks. Most of the time the groups meet online, but he makes a point of getting the kids together to interact in person at least 4 times a year. He moves the meeting to different LifeWorks locations (or nearby parks when weather permits) each time, so no one has to drive a long way every time. He also makes time to meet with any of the kids who might be struggling in the group, for a one on one session when time allows. You can tell he really cares about all the kids! Heck, he even knows how to do balloon animals, which the kids like - and he's really good at it.

Do not seek treatment through this company or facilities . Very poor morale and treatment in person or on the phone. It never changes. I realize the lack of suitable employees these days, but one would think that a treatment facility would screen better and hold regular reviews of employee/therapist/front desk behaviors involving client reviews /responses/interactions. No love there anymore. Less than bare minimum treatment at every level. Best wishes in your journeys, whatever you or your loved one is dealing with🙏🩷

Amanda is AMAZING. Highly experienced, compassionate, not stereotypical therapist stuff, she really is a true human that has a great presence that invites trust. Worth the wait-list!
I'm disappointed to have to leave a bad review, because our provider Laura was exceptional. However, the office was difficult to deal with. We were told we were in network. We were not provided an estimate of cost to begin with, but we trusted "in network" meant it would be covered (yup, that was my mistake). The office was unable to bill us clearly for almost 2 months due to them switching software. We asked about the bill and were told not to worry about it yet. Then when we finally got a bill it was HUGE. Turns out we were actually out of network with a huge deductible and now owed 4x what I'd expected. I would not have continued care if the cost has been explained or we'd been billed from the start. The best "compromise" they could come up with was us paying half. I'm accepting that (edit: NOT accepting) because the stress is wearing on me. (edit: I got a second wind. I will fight this on principle until it's over. What's the worst that happens? Collections? Enjoy your 10% payback or whatever. I'm a millennial, my credit is bad already lol) They made multiple mistakes and passed the cost of their errors onto us. This is unbelievably unprofessional. AVOID THIS OFFICE. The providers are great, but it's not worth the scam the office is running. Updating to 1*. Classy, blame the patient for your mistakes. I think the culture of this office is clear.

Never return calls, never fixes issues, psychologically abusive and retaliates when you make a complaint about anything. Instead of making the property liveable they decided to remove all tenants and make them homeless including the neighbor who is in fear of going to the Pillars Motel.
