Building trust with someone can be hard, especially with mental health care, but Paul truly has his patients best interest in mind. This is a great program here in Springfield. They are flexible and understanding that everyones situation is different and has different needs also offers a peer support group for those that are members of there programs. It is also so very convenient being on main Street right on the bus stop

The providers at Canyon were extremely helpful to me! I’ve never been one for doctors appointments but they made the experience informative and were there to assist me in the process no matter what I needed. I’ve had multiple therapists and therapist consultations, and she has been the easiest to connect with by far. She’s thorough and helpful, and has this disarming effect that puts people at ease. I was met with kindness, patience, and zero judgement. She’s personable in a way that makes you feel like you’re not just another patient. She is dedicated to helping people and meeting them where they’re at. Fora is lucky to have her!

I’ve been seeing Beth for almost a year and a half. She has been absolutely amazing and has walked with me through some really heavy issues. I made more progress in a few months of EMDR than I ever did with years of talk therapy. She truly is an outstanding therapist and I am so blessed to have her as a support person in my life.

The clinicians at Skycloud are kind, empathetic, and understanding in all the ways mental healthcare providers should be. I’ve worked with Dr. Kanani Wasilk-Kindred and Lex Lawrence, both of whom have been phenomenal providers. Dr. Kanani is thorough, knowledge about what she prescribes, and very professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who will listen to your lived experience first instead of starting with a lecture. The way she believes your symptoms and struggles exist without making you break down sobbing in front of her to prove it is a level of care I think we all deserve yet find so rarely. It’s a relief to walk away from appointments without a pit in my stomach or the need to go cry in the car for a while. Lex is another highly recommended provider with the clinic. If you’re looking for gentle guidance with a positive reinforcement focus (vs leading with shame), Lex is the person for you. Whether you need active advice or just an hour to vent, Lex is willing to show up however you need in each session. They always create a flexible, calm, and supportive environment for growth, and their communication is great. I look forward to continuing to work with both providers.

I had an incredible experience at Sovereign Mind that exceeded all my expectations. As a first-time participant in ketamine therapy, I was nervous, but from the moment I walked into their welcoming and professional office, I felt at ease. My provider took the time to guide me through every step of the process, helping me clarify my intentions and ensuring I felt safe and supported. The ketamine infusion itself was gentle and transformative, allowing me to connect with deep emotions and gain clarity on long-standing issues. The setting was perfect, with thoughtful touches like a cozy blanket and relaxing music, which made the experience even more comfortable and immersive.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and their providers. They helped me understand a lot about myself and OCD treatment. It was a safe space to learn and practice my treatment tools. They do a lot of ERP here and offer group therapy in addition to the individual sessions. I am really grateful for them and the opportunity to go there for services. I recommend them for different types OCD/Anxiety to understand and practice working living a more peaceful life. The groups add a nice camaraderie element and an opportunity to learn from others' process.

Dr. Coe is a fantastic doctor! Friendly, professional, great listener. I love the innovative business model and patient-first financial approach, I love the quality of care, and I love the thoughtful bedside manner. Dr. Coe was fantastic working with me and my very rare genetic condition. He was also knowledgeable and pragmatic about the right prescriptions that would work well for me, including PrEP options. Flexible with scheduling, too. The only regret I have is that I can't give Dr. Coe and PridePoint Health more stars. Two thumbs way up.
