Find Mental Health Providers Across Ohio

I came to the Youngstown, Meridian Rd location to get off of heroin/fentanyl at the end of 2023. The first day i came in to fill out paperwork i could tell i was at the right place. The staff are so caring and even when they're extremely busy they take their time with you no matter what. My only complaint was that my tolerance was so high and they start out every new patient on 30mg. That led me to still use until a couple months later when i finally got up to a higher dosage and they split my daily dose because i have such a high metabolism as found out they testing. Other than that i have absolutely no complaints and would wholeheartedly call a few of the staff friends. They have gone above and beyond for me a few times and i appreciated it so much. Many others will ask how my days going and while I'm at the dosing counter Maria is sure to ask if everything is ok with me which makes me feel great! The first year and a half i had Krista Rubosky as my primary care and MAT physician. Because i drive 63 miles round trip and because i was going thru other medical problems that hadn't been figured out yet, she would do both appointments at the same time on the MAT side. She was so caring and amazing, the best ever, but unfortunately she left there for personal reasons early 2025. As far as all the doctors, nurses and screening personnel, i can't say enough about how good mannered and patient everyone is and i honestly just love them for doing everything in their power to make us patients feel like someone actually cares and takes the time to do so. My heart goes out to all the employees and especially my counselor Abby. She's helped me more than i actually think she even knows. I've never been to a counselor before but it's been a pleasure being with her. I'll be moving next month out of state and I've got to say, i will wholeheartedly miss each and everyone of the employees at the Meridian Health Campus in Youngstown Ohio on Meridian road. I will genuinely miss our interactions every two weeks on my pick up day. Thanks for everything everyone and to anyone thinking of coming here, do it! You will not be disappointed and don't pay attention to some of the above comments degrading this place. Like anything, you get out what you give in. Simple as that🙂 Have a great day and good luck!!

So first of all, I just wanna say thank you to all the staff to Alicia to Ashley to Scott and Brandy. If you guys have made my experience at Decoach and amazing one you guys pushed me on so many levels to do the things I gotta do to get to where I have to go. The guys here are wonderful. Everyone has everyone’s back. You can go to somebody if you need to to talk everyone is there for everyone the experience is unimaginable if you need help with getting food stamps or getting clothes or food in general staff is always there for you to get those things. You can get hygiene clothes on your back. Anything you need they are there for you. They don’t waste your time and they get on things as soon as possible. Scott for one Playa a big part in my recovery He helped me get to where I am now and he kept me sober. I had a hard time getting off methadone, but I did it so now I’m completely sober up everything and I’m moving forward in my future to somewhere new but I absolutely love this program I recommend anybody to come here anyone’s struggling with OP addiction alcohol mental health you should come here it will make a wonderful experience for you. They have a TV room as you can see down below on my photos where all the guys hang out and meet up watch TV together chat get along with each other. They have a weight room where you can work out as much as you want like I said talking to staff, you can talk to them at any point in time you do have chores which have to be done around 7 to 10 PM but it’s no big deal because everybody plays apart and that’s what this fellowship is about. Dr. Soin and the staff of Soin Pain Management are God Sends. I was to a point that I couldn't walk. I did not want pain medications. Through ablation and injections I am no longer in pain. The treatments work wonders. I highly recommend Dr. Soin and Soin Pain Mgt in Centerville.

Coordination between therapists, medical staff, and support personnel was seamless at Pickerington. Regular team meetings and clear communication ensured I always understood what was happening. This cohesive, team-based model gave me confidence that everyone was invested in my progress and success.

I've been coming here since September 2023 and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone here is very professional and friendly, especially Tasia at the front desk is always a delight as well as my therapist Morgan. They've gotten me in same day during some crisis's I've had which was very appreciated. Additionally, offering flexibility with telehealth if the weather is bad or you can't make it in otherwise. I'd recommend them to anyone and am so grateful for the continuous support!

Their dual diagnosis treatment program was outstanding. They treated both addiction and mental health challenges together, which greatly improved my long-term recovery success.

They have a wonderful in home play therapist for treatment with children having bad behaviors. She's been working with my autistic and ADHD grandson who is 14.

Foundations has been by far the best practice I’ve been to in a long time. The front desk staff is always so pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The therapists and counselors I’ve both met and seen are the same. The process is super simple and they’re very good about working with you to make it even simpler. Highly recommend this practice for adults and youth needing some help.
