PRC saved my life by teaching me the tools I needed to remain in my sobriety. I have never met wonderful and genuine group of people that really care so much! Even today if I'm struggling they help me when they don't have to! I love the team of people there and they will always have a place in my heart!

Katelyn is absolutely amazing!!! So is all the staff and their patience due to my medical illness at this time I tend to reschedule often and they are very kind and understanding of my health. Thank you for all that you do
Mental health can be a challenging topic for many. Considering this, I initially thought about writing this review anonymously. However, Rachel's incredible care deserves the transparency of someone who has truly benefited from her help.

This facility is the reason I've been clean and sober since my stay there in 2017. Granted it was my 3rd stay but 3rd times a charm. The staff is amazing if ur really trying to change. Ty for saving me from my own self.

People nice but feel they dont care about people as much as they say they do
Called letting them know I was sick and wouldn't make my appointment they counted it as a final strike and barred me from making future appointments. Reached out again about 2 months ago due to poor mental health went to voicemail left detailed message with name and number that call was never returned the doctors that work here may care about you. But the company itself could care less if you live or die
Impossible to speak to my provider by phone to make a correction or ask a quick question. Email isn't an option for them, either. Messages must go through receptionist, which is a privacy violation. Receptionists get my information and pass along to provider, then provider tells receptionist and then I get told what receptionists can remember. It is so frustrating. Other reasons, as well.

ShareHouse was the very first treatment I attend over eight years ago. I felt safe, accepted, and felt no judgment from anyone there. It has been a lasting positive experience for me. I was pregnant at the time, my six year old daughter that I had when I was 15, at the time was going through chemo treatment foe ALL Leukemia, and so ready for change. I felt like there was no better time to get help for myself in treatment while my daughter was going through her treatment for cancer. I completed thirty days at Sharehouse, graduated, and asked to be transferred to a Wayside Family Treatment in Minneapolis where I could have my baby and reunite with my two other children. I extended my stay there four times until I fully believed I was ready to continue my recovery journey. That was the best self advocacy i've ever done in my life. I graduated that program and then went to White Earth Substance Abuse for IOP and OP. Here I am, with over eight years of sobriety, a BA in psychology, and currently in my final internship to become a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. My daughter is over six years in remission, and I have all of my children. I am a mother of 10 with an amazing husband. We have both been through so much and I am so proud of the empire we have built. I am so thankful for each facility and the guidance they provided me with during my time in need. Helping others is a passion I hold dearly. Again, thank you ShareHouse for the vital role you had on this beautiful journey of sobriety and healing. 💜

I recently took myself to PSJ. I had a wonderful experience. Only horrible thing was they did not take my diabetes seriously.

Called 3 times to have them help with my subscription. No one calls me back. This group is getting in the way of my health. They clearly only care about themselves moving from a 5 day a week to a 4 day without telling anyone. They have pictures of at least 30 people but no one has the time to send my prescription to my pharmacy. They talk about how much they do for the community but when I walk in the clinic it's at least 10 people waiting in line in a small hallway. At least at Sanford, they say the wait to be seen by a doctor is a month with a smile....
I took my daughter for her first visit and that went okay. I live over an hour from this place. The second visit was scheduled for a week later. I took my daughter out of school and drove over an hour to get to Fargo just to receive a call that they needed to cancel the appointment. The receptionist said she didn't know until she got there. Seems like someone else should have known and made the call earlier that day. They called to reschedule and I asked if it could be virtual since they wouldn't cover the cost of gas for the wasted trip. They checked on that and called a day later to say it couldn't be. They wanted to schedule it for the next week. I asked to push it out another week since my daughter had already missed 2 Mondays in a row. I was told they like to do their follow-ups the week after. Well a week after would be the day they canceled on us last minute. Not impressed at this point. Will update this when if they fix their mistakes. Gas is not cheap!
Chrysalis has been amazing for my family's mental health. You may not even see a bill if you have good insurance, and they wont mention collections if you attempt to pay bills on time. Chrysalis staff care deeply for their patients and patients' families. Highly recommend for mental health needs.
I felt very safe and welcome here. My therapist is very kind and understanding, as well as the intern who was in the room with us. This is an LGBTQ+ safe place, and I'm very grateful to have found it.
I was in the one down town during a mental health crisis in 2020. It was hard at the time but as I started healing I realized how lucky I was to be in their care. The nurses were absolutely wonderful and well trained. Good doctors too. I’m so much better today because of the help they gave me. Coming up 4 years sober from marijuanna. And in sound mind. Thank you guys so much!
0 stars. I'm convinced most of the people there use substances. They ended services with my autistic child because he couldn't communicate well with them. Dr. Weber is not a great therapist which Sage Goodman (former case manager) stated she would be. Goodman also lied about my son being interviewed by a therapist, but instead was not, she had us speak with a psychiatrist down in Bismarck via Telehealth. My son's father and I told this person that we were to speak with a therapist, and would only use psych as a last resort. This person in Bismarck was yelling and said, "Why did you waste my time then). She did not have any paperwork at all (Goodman did not submit any paperwork to anyone). This person in Bismarck was rude, snotty, obnoxious and belligerent (she seemed under the influence of some substance).
