I did the walk in for first time patients. I didn’t know until I got there that you don’t actually see a mental health professional they just put your ID and insurance on file and go through the registration process with you. These are things that can be done virtually if you have a cell phone or laptop, so you can save yourself the trip the first time.

Professional but laid back, best doctors experience ever!!! I don’t dread going to see them I’m actually excited about my visits! They are the best of the best and care beyond any other doctors office I have ever experienced. Highly recommend if you want a chance to change your life around. It saved me from years of addiction and the rotating door of disappointment. Thank you Dr. Pierre, your absolutely the best. RIP Don, you are very much missed.

First I want to say I went up there of my own free will, I had no court dates no probation nothing, and honestly if it wasn’t for my counselor Christine I would not have given this review!! She was the only in there that was actually understanding and would do anything to help you stay clean!! The director Les only cared about the rules no matter how out dated or ridiculous they were!! If it wasn’t for Christine helping me out and changing her schedule those rules would’ve cost me my job which Les seemed to not care about!! The other staff was very nice but you could tell they were tired of those out dated rules as well!!

Monarch has really been there for me. The staff is so polite and friendly. Dr. McHale is a wonderful Dr. He listens to you and responds back politely and quickly. He understands you and your problems. I wouldn't trade any of this for anything in the world 🌍. Thank you everyone at monarch for what you do. Keep up the good work.

This place saved me! The detox is so good made coming off opiates so easy and comfortable it truly was a blessing. The inpatient rehab for girls was the best experience I've ever had. I loved every minute of it and didn't want to leave when it was time. They truly care and go above and beyond for everyone. I miss everyone and I recommend this place to everyone.

This is an awesome place to get help for not only addiction but psychiatric therapy and medications. I can call Dr halliday at any time and she will help me with my problems that I'm having in life she is the best doctor I have ever had! And the staff at Rapha are also the best and will help you in any way shape or form that they can help you they really do care about you as a patient and want you to exceed in life. Miss Ruth and Mr Felton at the Mooresville office are phenomenal people! Thank you guys for always being there for me and helping me through all my troubles in life, and keep up the great work! As I know you will! Rapha is a GREAT PLACE!!!

This place is great, the doctors are amazing, the counselors are great! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the weekend nurses… they make me not even want to come in on the weekend. They are rude, lazy, and go by their own rules. Despite what the counselors or doctors say. Before this my rating for this place was a 5 shoutout to Carmelo he’s great, ALWAYS trying to help!

The people here really care. They are helping my child. She feels comfortable talking and working through her issues with them. And as a parent I feel safe as if she’s in good hands to be guided to make safe choices.

I would highly recommend Newport Academy. The program, facilities and staff are exceptional. They care and have a passion for helping and serving people. They changed our lives and helped our family. The Mint Hill team will always have a special place in my heart for they didn’t just help my son they helped me as a mother recognize opportunities to grow if you are open and need help have faith! Dr. Bostic and the office at New Heights Behavioral Health has been awesome to work with. Writing this review, I would just like to thank and credit them for their dedication to their patients, between friendly phone calls, accommodations to appointment changes and in depth assessments during appointments, it has been a pleasure to have her and the team as my healthcare provider. Daymark in Boone was an amazing help today. They got us in quickly when we called and talked to them as we were trying to get in anywhere. Debbie and the entire front office we welcoming and absolutely amazing taking time to check on us even after the provider had seen us. It is difficult having you child so far from home at school and needing to talk to someone and these ladies were amazing and so helpful. I am extremely impressed with Daymark in Boone and the staff and provider my child met. Highly recommend just from my interaction with the staff.

All staff that I encountered were EXCELLENT! They really do care about their patients! Even down the receptionist! Everyone is SO nice! If you are on the fence or nervous about going and seeking help, DO IT! You will not regret it! The dr is AMAZING! He takes the time to actually get to know you, and help you to the very best of his abilities! I’m so glad I went ❤️

So two things we all have in life that’s an opinion and a way to express it. Anyone that wants to think negatively of DR RUSSEL obviously still does not take credit for their actions. Dr Russell has always been caring with a true full heart. You don’t find empathy in people much anymore much less a doctor. The office staff is so professional and a great group of people. I never have been the one to go to a Doctor due to the condescending behavior and entitlement. I rather fill my life with optimistic life loving people, that’s what you will find here.

After life-long challenges with depression, I thought I had experienced or tried everything that therapy and psychiatry could provide. My experience at Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Raleigh in their partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs has showed that there are ways to receive evidence-based therapy, such as CBT and DBT, in a way that was more effective than I could have imagined. Every therapist and psychiatrist I spoke with during my time there was pleasant and it was more than clear that all they wanted to do was help me with my mental health challenges. I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with mental health challenges that wishes for something more involved than regular therapy: you will feel better for it.

Hopeway is an amazing organization for those seeking to better their mental health and still have a sense of autonomy. Each room is en suite w/walk in shower. The NEW CATERING company is superb, a definite upgrade from past reviews. The caterers are sensitive to dietary preferences and restrictions. The group therapy dynamic never feels monotonous as you have cooking, horticulture, art…as well as one on one therapist and psychiatrist appointments. The nursing team is 24/7 availability and genuinely care about the facility and the betterment of the clients. Please KNOW the NEW CATERING company is amazing, see one of my meal options in photo.
