Mental Health Providers in Central Islip, New York

They are horrible. They lie. They don't do their jobs. They don't communicate. They say to your face one thing and then don't communicate to their staff. They said they would work on charts with us and then I was never worst of any other conversation with my son. They cancelled one and because my choice mail wasn't working we drove it there and biting. Then I had to cancel one. Then the therapist cancelled one and then when like she didn't. Didn't tell the front desk. But she told me to my face that she was cancelling that day. Then I called the other day we were stuck. Grandma could bring. Front desk said it was okay but leave a message. I left a message. She yelled at them according to them no grandparents. Which is bogus. Now I get a letter saying my son's car is terminated?? I'm glad they care. I'm glad they care about how much of a hard travel it is for us. I'm glad they care about my son's well being. To be honest the building smells. They aren't friendly. Don't even get me started on the need management. And how she wanted to push an odd diagnosis on a hurt 6 year old boy who she doesn't even know any didn't test his file and didn't even meet. I'm so freaking done. Do not go here!
