This has to be one of the greatest mental health services. I have been looking forward to seeing Karoline Pitts! I am a former client of hers. She worked with me to Thrive, in life. When I first arrived I was skeptical and nervous about a lot of things, But being in the program 2 years I found the groups are great and the owner Bobbie Anderson has her heart in the right place, really cares about everybody, She makes a lot of sacrifices for everybody I have seen her help others in the program going above and beyond. Everybody that comes through the door is welcomes she works so hard for all her clients. Groups were great everyone is so supportive of each other its like a family. New clients arriving are accepted with open arms by everybody when I first came it was the same way. I learned so much through therapy and groups I am out of them now but the impact of Bobbie and the staff and other clients had on me was impactful. I made a lot of friends and had such a great support. my biggest growth and maturity came from Albuquerque Behavioral Health. Thanks everybody for the experience. I highly recommend this company to everybody, do the work that they tell you to do and you will be successful and have a great experience. Anyone who is recovering from any problems in their life this is the place for you

I don't know how I would have gotten the help that I needed without Desert Mountain. I go voluntary without a court order. After many times of trying to quit alcohol, I finally had to do it and it wasn't a choice. The whole staff are friendly and caring. The counselors are always available for help and support. I enjoy every group meeting. Everyone participates in the group meetings and the meetings are fun and Interactive. I feel like we're family. We all support each other, understand each other, and get each other. We all relate in some way. I would not be this successful without this program.

As a patient that has been in other programs, TPRC has been by far the best! Between the staff, the medical team, and the clients themselves, the experience has been great. Starting the program can be a process with insurance and finding a bed/opening, but it's like that no matter where you go. Don't let that turn you away from this great program!

My son went to Serenity Mesa in December and graduated in March. He struggled with several substance use issues and mental health. It was not an easy journey for him, but sobriety is never easy. He pushed through the hard times and also enjoyed the good times. He made some good friends, worked out daily and enjoyed the several field trips and outings they had. There were a few times he called and was struggling and ready to quit. I notified the staff immediately and they were wonderful in providing him with additional support and talking everything through. He is currently in his senior year of HS and him and another graduate from the program started their own landscaping business on the side. They filed their LLC and they are hustling and working hard. I am so glad they found each other and found purpose in life again. When other kids go out on Friday nights, he edits his videos and prepared quotes for work. I can't thank Serenity Mesa enough for this. Having my son back and seeing him smile and happy is the greatest feeling in the world.

Desiree Provencio is the most wonderful provider ever. She is very knowledgeable and attentive mental health provider I have ever experienced. If you need anything there is a online portal that you can leave a message and she gets back to you so fast. She is on top of her practice and makes sure I am well taken care of. My trauma and bipolar was so severe that now it's manageable and I can honestly say I am living my life in much healthier way because of her. She honestly saved my life!

Should be called the I don't care campus.

I can’t say enough good things about the nursing staff at this adolescent psych facility. From day one, they were incredibly attentive and compassionate, going above and beyond. They took the time to really listen, not just to the patients but also to parents, explaining everything with patience and empathy. The nurses here truly understand how to connect with teens, offering kindness and support during some of the most challenging moments. Their dedication and professionalism make a world of difference, and I'm so grateful for everything they’ve done

Been going here for about six months. They've been extremely helpful and flexible with payment when my insurance lapsed. I've been visiting counseling for 20 years, and this is the first place I've been where I really fit in, feel accepted, and have my needs and preferences met. The other person who left a one star review is probably projecting. These people do a great job and work hard. They even provide things like soap, toothpaste, and small candies for people hard on their luck. They deserve all the support they can get!

My brother has been here for more than a decade. It's the best facility he's ever lived in. There's lots of room, privacy, good meals and activities. It's certainly not perfect, but I'm very thankful he is being well taken care of.

I would never recommend this place to anyone, it is very unprofessional! I am a care coordinator, so I work with multiple clinics around the city and I have never found anything more unprofessional and unorganized than Counseling World! They cancelled and rescheduled my client's appointment twice without notifying us prior to the change. From the first I called, I should have known this facility would provide poor services, as they don't have an online system for intake paperwork. Also, while I was on the phone with them, being informed on needing to be in-person to fill out paperwork, the receptionist started talking to someone in the office mid-conversation. After being scheduled out for months, my client never once saw a therapist! The first excuse they gave for the reschedule was because the scheduler was out because of a surgery, so I understood the possible mix up, but for it to happen again is ridiculous! I even called them the week before to double confirm the time, day, and if the appointment was in person and they still moved the appointment without informing me or my client!
