I came here for treatment a few years ago, suffering with what I consider to be immense anxiety and depression.

I have had multiple visits and I can honestly say this is by far this best doctor I’ve seen in oxford. The front desk staff is so friendly it’s almost painful, the nurses are also very nice and not judgmental, and Virginia (though I think she goes by Alyn) Bailey is such a kind and thorough doctor. She really takes her time in talking to you and helping. I would recommend, and have recommended this clinic to anyone!

Mississippi adoption services is horrible. They claim to want responsible people to adopt, but obviously it's a lie. My mother went through the entire process from attending classes, too having two people one named Brittney come visit the home and my mother completed the lenghty FBI background check only to never hear from them again after successfully passing the background. She was told she was eligible to adopt so why was she never contacted again! You guys clearly aren't trying to get those kids out the system. The social workers in this office are very lazy and unprofessional! Most importantly your failing the very kids that you are supposed to be helping by not doing your job!

The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. From the time I arrived at my appointment until the time I left, I felt my comfort and wellbeing was their top priority. Dr. Anderson was so very attentive to my needs. He devised a treatment plan that made me feel very optimistic about my future. I am so thankful I decided to schedule an appointment with Pine Grove Outpatient Services. Dr. Anderson is everything I have been looking for in a psychiatrist. I will most definitely be using them from here on out.

I have to give a star. Worse Dr office, will not manage your needed medication correctly or give you proper refills. Having to call the rude front desk to get more refills and never sent in to the pharmacy. Nurse does not return phone calls when needed. Will definitely be finding a new doctor. Completely ridiculous to have to deal with rude office staff and not medication sent to be filled. M Ayas MD was my Dr.

It is like pulling teeth trying to reach someone in the billing department. Then there is no voicemail service to leave a message for a callback.

These people need the help!

These people, who claim they care, are horrible! I was told someone would call me and come by to talk to me. No one ever called. Nor did they come by. They talk at you, not to you. They work off grants, but help only those they choose to help. I do plan on reporting them to the proper people to be investigated. I call, but never get a response. I've even sent text messages. Still, no response. They suck! They do not care about you, or your family. Very sorry humans, to say the least.

They definitely fixed up the place , no more beeping thermostat, no more wall paper pealings, feels less dark , the doctors room is the old waiting room and less cramped , it feels much more open, they got rid of the rugs and got nice bright colors, wood floor adds to welcomeness of the walls that were re painted, and though I do not know if it is permanent I hope it is great job fixing up the place :)

What's the point of having a receptionist if they don't answer the phone.

My son has been helped with his mental health care by Hanna Hernado FNP for 3+yrs. She has made great progress with him and while helping him has had a tremendously positive effect on his home life and parents who are his caretakers. If you are in desperate need of help for a loved one or for yourself I highly recommend you make an appointment with Mrs Herndon.

Ever since I was a little kid since I was nine they have helped me out all through my life through my mental health problems with that being said they have the best doctors best nurses all I can say is blessed people blessed therapist and caseworkers with some beautiful Receptionist

Very bad. They will mess up information and blame you for their mistakes. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else. I'd share photos of it, if it wasn't a breach of information. If the lady starts mixing up numbers of, say, fax numbers and phone numbers, just run. Run, far away.

Nice staff. My daughter enjoys talking with her therapist there.
