My name is April Cook, and I have been here at Belmont Gardens for 8 months.I can't begin to describe my experience here. But I'm gonna try. This is my second go round here so I'm extremely grateful for a second chance to get it right. Anyway, the reason I came back here was because the staff and Dr Edney really offered to help me and made me feel like I mattered. I have been to several treatment centers before, but I never felt like I belonged like I have here. I'm in sober living now and I even get to be involved with a work study program that pays for my room and board. They work with you because they want you to succeed. There are days when it's not easy, but I know I can go and talk to any of the staff and they always help me through whatever I'm going through. I have never made it this far in recovery and I'm just so grateful for Belmont.

I can’t say enough good things about Fairpark Counseling. The staff is compassionate, professional, and truly committed to helping their clients. From the very first session, I felt listened to and supported without judgment. They provide a safe, welcoming environment and have given me tools that are making a real difference in my life. I’m so grateful to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for caring and effective counseling in Tupelo.

This woman is sooooo awesome! She’s the director over the pregnancy rehab I was at; and was my therapist for 4 months. At the time I was so stubborn and hated the fact I was court ordered to rehab but looking back; I am so grateful for this woman. She dealt with the mornings I didn’t want to get up and participate in groups, she dealt with my pregnancy mood swings, she helped me through the emotional roller coaster I was on with coming off drugs and being pregnant. During labor with Lydia, she was the person I called to come up there at 9cm dilated, and she zoomed up there just in time to meet baby Lydia as she made her arrival. She encouraged me, showed me new ways to cope with life and the obstacles life throws my way. ♥️♥️ When they say god has a reason for everything, I truly believe that. When I didn’t have support, he sent me to this rehab to gain the support I truly needed. From the staff, peer support, other clients in the program. The support was just unbelievable. Mrs. Heather for laying the law down, her spunky energetic, quirky attitude, she cared deeply for us. Mrs. Latrice for her positive pep talks, being real and all the way honest with everything, quick to check us about reality. Mrs. Ashley for her bubbly, and always positive outlook on life. Mrs. Jennifer for always just going with the flow. And Ole Clayton for always making light of things, always laughing and showing his soft side when it came to the babies, they all attached to him. I’d have to admit, they were my home and my village, something I never had ♥️
This place has saved my life for the better! Now I get to enjoy living in sobriety for the rest of my life! Love all of you here!
Cori is such an incredible person. She truly helped me through a very rough patch in my life and I cant recommend anyone but her if you're in need of a therapist. I've spent the last few months in sessions asking for help, advice, and guidance. She helped me realize what I wanted and never forced or steered me in any direction. Can't recommend enough!
My daughter paid for her doctor's appointment and they didn't even tell her that her case needed to be updated. Then when I was in the office for an appointment I heard two employees talking about my daughter's upcoming appointment and one lady asked the other lady should we tell her mom and the other lady said no.that was so disrespectful of them . They are really starting to show their true colors.
Great organization!! Really cares about their patients and with such loving care. They were a Godsend and a life saver for me. All who walk in their door are already blessed with God's grace and comfort

Not only do they never call for appointment reminders but the doctor I was seeing for medication refused to treat the actual problem, she was condescending and the receptionist spends her time coloring. They do NOT care about their patients

My experience at Parkwood was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The staff was mostly rude, with one nurse even yelling at me and slamming the medication window loudly, which was very upsetting. Cigarette breaks were spaced 4 hours apart, leaving me fiending for cigarettes, and now that I’m out, I can’t stop chain-smoking because of how poorly this was handled. I feel worse than when I went in.
These people don’t care about you they’re just there for a check. My therapist, on numerous occasions scheduled my appointment with her and when I got there I was informed that she was NOT there on that day. This happened more than once . I feel like they were no help to me

I have stayed there many times and the staff was good and friendly the nurses we amazing
