Crazy Mita tried to turn me into a cartridge but i met cappie
My appointment was @10:30 am , i waited in the lobby for an hour. Then 12:30 comes around and i still seem NO DOCTOR. I was told she left for 20 minutes to check on a delivery. Not to mention, she still had patients waiting in rooms. I became very irritable, keep in mind that I was sitting in an exam room, for a extra hour... @1:00 pm I still have yet to be seen. OVERALL MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10:30am IN THE MORNING! I didn’t voice that i was upset nor did i show it because at first i was very understanding, but I will not be coming back here. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Additionally, everyone who is staffed was moving as if they had molasses in their rear end. I was disappointed.

Constantly behind schedule by an hour or two. Facility is not clean. Staff and other patients are rude. Will not be returning here. I highly recommend you don’t come here either.

This is place is a scam. They go months with out telling you about billing issues and copays just so it racks up. It is not a patient responsibility to take care of their months over due billing issues cause their staff is lazy and neglectful.I will be reporting this place to the state of michigan. You can not legally keep charging people for months of work y’all failed to keep in tabs about. Once again will be reporting to the state and including that second therapist I had while i was attending. Also this place lies about how they view mental health. They do not care about your mental health cause they will throw you under the bus and help you lose all progress within yourself. This place is going to get reported to the state, and the state needs to shut this place down. This place has also cause

Quite disappointed!!! I had to cancel my appointment due to transportation problems. I canceled my appointment at the 23rd hour before my appointment. Because it wasn't before 24 hours they socked me with a $100 fee. I wasn't even offered a web consultation. Also if you are feeling depressed and email them, don't expect to be called or emailed back. I thought they were Psychological Care?

Will, the intake specialist, maybe he’s more but he ran my intake today. I felt heard, I felt acknowledged. I’ve been to 3 different facilities for out patient in the last 2 years and 6 different social workers & psychiatrists. I felt like I was being spoken to, and not down to. He asked questions and elaborate he didn’t confuse me. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and not speak on topics I wasn’t ready to elaborate on but briefed over enough to answer his intake questions appropriately. For the first time I feel heard & I’ve never felt that way with any of my mental health. Front desk gal is very sweet, office is welcoming. I see a lot of complaints about billing, I hope I don’t experience this, but I can’t wait to continue my services with this company.
The counselors are great. But the front office staff are the most rude and unhelpful people I've ever experienced in any office. I can't even begin to understand it. Very counter productive to why people are there.

Worst psych hospital in the entire state. I never write reviews on anything but this place deserves all the terrible reviews it has normally hospitals have bad reviews for no good reason but all these reviews are justified. When I was here Dr apple had me on helldol and burpirone which never worked for me but he did not care at all. There was a patient hitting other patients. staff said don’t do anything or YOU have to stay longer so they let the abusive patient swing on other patients and they still didn’t make him go in another room just let this guy walk around while the staff told the patients getting hit to let it happen. One patient was drinking water and the patient swinging hit it right into his face staff let it go. It’s mostly the doctors fault not the staff because the doctor doesn’t do his job with working on correct medications. So everyone in there was doing terrible including me I’ve had other hospitalizations in the past and I never suffered as much as I did in this place and the uncontrollable environment did not help. I suffer from ocd and add and this was the only time in my life I went to a hospital and got out worse then I was before. I don’t blame the staff i blame the upper management and doctors this hospital should have been the one shut down not Henry for Mt Clemens. If you need a psych hospital go to any other one in Michigan this place has terrible reviews for a reason. The difference between this place and any other psych hospital in Michigan is a lot bigger than it should be. (My experience was a while back but doesn’t matter I know it hasn’t changed by the recent reviews)
This practice was incredibly unprofessional. I was prescribed medication, and the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. When I called Dr. Mulder's office (after attempting to pick up my medication from the requested pharmacy, and being told a prescription was not sent) I was told that it had been sent to a different pharmacy. Upon going to that pharmacy, I was told by that pharmacy that they had not received the script either but that they did have record that the script had been sent to another pharmacy of that same chain, all the way across town.

They didn't want to give my child a diagnosis due to his age. Was very inconsiderate on how we felt what was wrong. They weren't concerned at all about him as they pushed him away from his true diagnosis. We pretty much begged for help and understanding basically told we didn't know what we were talking about even with a diagnosis he couldn't get no help. Strange that they said sanilac cmh has different rules then others but they go by state guide lines. They are rude and I believe certain case managers are on power trips instead of caring for your child and his needs!!

If could give 0 stars I would. Took my kids in for help with a divorcee and instead of helping kids they cause more legal matters. Justine was inexperienced and jumped quickly to her own conclusions. If you want to get help go elsewhere! Everyone was better off without them.

Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. Kids were traumatized by their stay, as was I. Their cult-like approach to treatment is abusive and manipulative, using residents as “staff” and maintenance and housekeeping and all meals. It’s more like jail than rehab. Literally go anywhere else. At discharge, they kept my debit card, cash and gift cards. I never had actual therapy or a treatment plan, left as soon as we possibly could. Google “Synanon” for more info on their roots.

I think they can do better by me being a mental patient and eating my medication. They dropped the ball on keeping appointments. They dropped the ball on calling their patients back to remind them of their appointment. Some patients take medication that helps or damage their memory as of me I have a tumor on my brain and every month I ask the secretary or receptionist to please give me a phone call to remind me of my appointment. I never get it then a month ago by then I don’t have my medication it’s kind of dangerous for me because I’m off my meds. Please help them get their things together

I was a new patient to the Cass family clinic in Cassopolis the doctor i went with as my physician because my mother was comfortable with This specific Dr, I probably saw the Dr 3 times before I knew not to see her again, I shouldn't feel like I'm judged by my physician l like I was when I first started trying to get my physical and mental health taken care of through your clinic I thought it would be great because the pharmacy, Dental & Dr office are in the same building. Nope I'm not comfortable being a patient with your facility, the clinic needs to do better for their clients not be judgmental about the personal stuff that occurs and prevents my care of getting proper treatment. I felt mistreated by my chosen doctor because she asked me why I was unable to get the proper treatment for a year after the injury occurred I had no choice but explain why I waited so long, the lady instantly said that she was not going to try and to help me get through the constant ache because she doesn't want to be the reason I start back down the wrong path. Like seriously how unprofessional can you be to someone. I was legitimately being honest so I could have the right treatment for what Ive been having complications with. I can only lift my arm up for so long before it aches and pinches then feels like I've over worked my arm and shoulder. I can't comfortably lay on my right side, lift my arm up higher than my head nor lift heavy stuff. My opinion is I have a shoulder Type II A/C separation and that's based from my initial X-ray and unfortunately it's gone untreated since my initial visit to the ER 3 years ago. Yes I had 2 years to get it treated but honestly I'm terrified of possible surgery on my shoulder. I'm constantly reminded my ex had done that injury to me because one of your physicians chose to treat me like another criminal off the streets I've suffered even longer with ongoing pain and a lot of swelling from the separation being used daily to get by in my daily life. I'm certain Management has an inkling as to what physician was highly unprofessional about my visit to get seen after moving day a dresser was too much for me to assist with and something cracked in the area my injury is located instantly before I knew it I was hurt and in tears. Probably during the interviews of taking physicians on you should test thier bedside manners and people skills with all types of people and weeding out the ones that are stereotyping your patients

I would not recommend going to this location for any mental health service. The receptionist is completely unprofessional and rude, she basically shamed me for confirming if billing was correct for my appointment. I had an issue with the met deductible transferring to my updated account and was estimated to have to pay $500 for services. When this issue was resolved through the insurance company I called to see how much I would have to pay, the receptionist proceeded to shame me for not being willing to pay $500 because "other people have to pay like $3,200, 500 is not bad." Sorry that I simply did not want to have to overpay for overpriced health care. I also missed a call to schedule an appointment to go over my psychological testing and have attempted to call back 3 times with no response to the messages I left in their voicemail.
My doctor Sharon , and Tim McLaughlin have stayed beside me in keeping my 2 cats at the apartment complex Karol King in South bend , it's been a very difficult 2 weeks, I'm very grateful for Riverwood mental health center . Thank you for helping me. Tonya A.
After my initial call to schedule an appointment, I received pages and pages to fill out for my son. Even though he had had a three hour in-depth consultation that University of Michigan would share with the office ..they still required about three hours of paperwork prior to his first appointment.
