I had an extremely disappointing experience at this facility. While the students who collected the patient history were polite and professional, the staff, particularly the receptionist, were rude—not only to the patient but also to their own interns, and this was done in front of the patient.

Honestly it was really good! The nurses are really nice, food good, so are the daily groups!!!! Very nice helpful People 🌹🌹🌹

HNV was a part of the core of my recovery journey. Great staff that truly care, transitional houses were beautiful and resources galore. If you're serious about your recovery, I highly recommend. I was in transitional housing for about 1.5 years - long enough for me to create substantial changes in my life and build a strong foundation to become independent again.

No one answers the phone when you call I don’t like that because I’m really trying to get someone help

Excellent service. I've been clean and sober ever since I completed 5 months of treatment there. Good food also.

The staff is mostly excellent with the exception of one very important person: The Doctor. This guy is the absolute worst.

I suggest you go to another provider. Not a good experience with Amanda as she is very argumentative. Online Video appointments need great attention from this provider.

I won’t go in there ever again. The walls are paper thin, if you want positive sessions where you can think before you speak- this is not the place. They let people come in for groups and just to hang out in general and eat food during sessions so it can be hard to hear. I was unhappy with the therapist they provided me with. When I called to complain and I heard nothing back. Very disappointed and extremely underwhelmed.

This happened a few years back but it's still affecting me and making me upset everyday so I figured I'd review. When doc do or whatever his name was still worked there they tried telling me I needed hardware removed from the right side of my jaw for infection. I pushed them off because I knew It didn't need to be done. One day I get a call for an appointment I didn't make saying I needed to come in to have it done. I gave in and did it, they didn't use any anesthesia and cut my gums open and unscrewed my hardware from my jaw in a dentist chair. I now have a galore of issues related to what this doctor did (said by "actual" doctors) and both looked at the xray this place took and said there was no reason to remove it. Do not trust this place with anything serious.

My mom goes to this clinic they’ve done nothing for her in the 3 years she’s been going there they just dropped her 55mg all at once my mom also has heart disease dropping her that much could kill her my grandmother is a nurse and says that’s obsured the doctor told my mother that after 155 mg for over a year is a very high dose and risky so they drop her 55mg at one time this place needs to be shut down I do not wanna lose my mother over them being incompetent my whole family is in the medical field they can’t believe this . These people have broken hippa laws as well they need to be shut down

I have volunteered with DRMM since 1990. I have taken bus loads of people on urban tours of their sites and collected sheets, towels, hygiene etc. Their facilities meet a huge need in Detroit and Highland Park and are run by incredible people. They are the largest mission in the USA with all their sites and feed and house thousands each day. I highly recommend this wonderful charity.

I called 211 seeking to speaking to CAM. Maybe I could become income based housing right? Working but in a shelter makes u spend a lot of money when there's things this place don't have. No laundry services (broke),etc etc. The lady gives me this place information and tells me to contact them but all this is technically is someone apartment searching for you. How the hell are you developing anything, much less a black family? SAVE THE BLACK MEN, RAISE THEM UP. We in jails or shelters as well as society. Tired of being looked at as a non humane because I'm struggling. The lady was helpful in regards to what she did have, but this isn't what you should be looking for as a housing place of u homeless.

Therapist's are supposed to help you, but the one named Hailey transfered a patient two weeks before their next appointment so when they showed up to thier appointment, they were told they were let go. That they had been transfered to another. No one from our apartments will ever be having Hailey as a therapist. She has lost our trust and respect.
