Came here seeking help for my daughter. They prescribed something that she had already tried and did not work for her. At the end of our last appointment I went to the desk to pay and make the next appointment and she said "we'll just call you tomorrow". Definitely not satisfied with the level of care here. And the pharmacy side looks like the twilight zone.

If you're looking for addiction therapy at all, avoid. There is ZERO attention paid to this, not a single thought paid to it.. Even certificates issued for time spent is labeled "biblical studies". Incredibly reckless

They are good people. Everyone there is friendly and willing to help in whatever way they can. Been a patient there for about over a year, and they seem good.

This clinic is beyond inept in their capabilities! I will never ever return to this clinic! They can't keep a full staff of Psychians or nurse's... and sometimes you can't be seen because of these staff shortages! They don't offer enough services for women of age... going thru menopausal or just age related services for women 60 and over need. Just horrible! And the Dentist she picks and chooses who she sees! You make an appt only for her to cancel and she never reschedule with you!

I was late for my appointment, and Jasmine went out of her way to get me in to see a doctor. For that I truly appreciate her service. If she had not done that, it probably would have been a month or so before I could see the doctor. Thank you very much.

Chelsea has been very supportive. I will continue to see her. The rest of your organization leaves much to be desired. You seem to be all about getting paid. You refuse to let me talk to Chelsea when I have an issue. You will not provide any assistance when I am having difficulties in getting my medication. Your 1st priority is always about making sure my account is paid before scheduling any appointments. There is never anyone at the front desk when I come in for my appointment. Your policy is to not fill my medication if I don’t come in for a $200 plus 10-15 minute visit every month. I hope your policies are serving you well financially.

My experience has been wonderful! Everyone there is so kind. The receptionist even learned my name at my first appointment and remembered it when I came back 2 weeks later. My psychiatrist really listens and helps work out what’s working for me and what is and offers different routes we could go and really just takes what I want seriously. She is great. My therapist is just as amazing, I booked for 2 weeks out but as soon as I got in my car I realized I rather see her in a week because our sessions help so much and I come out feeling great. It’s such an amazing place with Amazing people!

I think it's a good place. They do their best to make everyone feel safe, happy and well taking care of. I didn't feel judged not one time when I was there. The workers are very friendly and they work hard to help you reach you're goals & to get the medication you need 😊 Thank you guys so much for all you did for me. Very much appreciated.

When I called and asked for a open bed 🛌. They were full and offered me a chair to sleep on. I seen multiple fights and some guy was urinatimg on the floor. I wasn't offered any food when I told them I hadn't eaten in 2 days.

Kelsey is a fantastic counselor. Very helpful place if you want better mental health and/or to be sober!

We have had an incredible experience with Dr Essique. I feel seen and heard and also challenged to be the best advocate for my neurodivergent child. Feeling grateful!

I can only say POSITIVE things about Adolescent & Family Behavioral Heath Services! From the highly community decorated owner to her caring staff, I have personally witnessed great listening skills, professionalism and a true heart for clients. This organization does so much in the community too- from helping with their basic client needs like working and volunteering for food drives, to providing collaborative efforts with other organizations to educate clients and the community. Mental Health is hard work, there are a lack of therapist available and services, I am thankful for this place, it is a blessing!

I started coming here about a year ago. Had other counselors and whatnot in the past and haven't found a nice comfortable relaxing atmosphere like this place in years. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family or anyone that needed treatment or therapy or whatever to check this place out. Would definitely highly recommend!

Family and Children's Services has historically been present in Midland, standing ready to serve their community! Time and again they have proven the ability to make a profound difference in the lives of countless individuals. Whether guiding someone through a period of grief, helping them manage anxiety, or empowering them to overcome past traumas, the impact of their work reverberates far beyond the walls of their center.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Some of the staff were very rude. My 2 girls were adopted out back in 2011 and I was promised pictures of them a few times a year up until they turn 18. My oldest will be 23 this year and my youngest will be 16 this year. This agency LIED to me big time. I haven't received pictures as promised through them or the adopted parents. I will absolutely NOT recommend this agency to anyone.

I have reached out to mike many many times but have not received a call back! I have been going through a hard time and now that he seems to not return my calls it seems that he has more important things to do then care for his clients and he seems to be able to call other people back and take in mind I have been going to Mike for years and out of no were no call back!

I’m so happy Cadillac has a clinic now i used to drive to Grand Rapids and traverse city I really have no complaints about the new clinic the staff and nurses are wonderful people I’m a part of a new home nurse program from there where I get a nurse visiting me at home and a social worker sometimes we all do video appointments or meet at restaurants or coffee shops twice a week I meet with them they are helping me get out into the community more I had a social skills group with a wonderful doctor and fellow veterans to interact with which is great I live alone and don’t have a lot of friends right now so they have some really great programs there for things like weight loss also and when I have to get my injection there or go for an appointment with my psychiatrist everybody is always very nice I really have no complaints right now about the Va healthcare system the Va even has a phone app now you can order refills and send messages to your care team and providers from a device with the app I’m posting some screenshots of my phone app
